睇住Holly Brown既Gelato Menu係好吸引, Brownie、Oreo、紅桑子...各式各樣既topping滿滿咁插喺雪糕上面, 對於貪吃既foodies係好難抗拒!可惜可惜...雪糕同配料經炒過融為一體之後, 只是大大既一球喺眼前, 觀賞度下降不少~  雖則眼球未被吸引到, 但味蕾就能享受到雪糕與配料相夾既豐富口感. 黑武士 (前) , 夏威夷甜心 (後中), 薄荷旋風 (後右)呢度Gelato溶既速度係好慢, 唔知係咪因為經過炒製.  假若飯後想食下甜品雪糕繼續暢聊既話, Holly Brown係唔錯既選擇! continue reading

      以前在中環區上班，這裡是其中一個飯堂選擇，本人愛西餐，工作繁忙又要快，這裡確實是一個很好的落腳點。今日經過這裡，特意邀約舊同事午餐短聚，享受昔日忙著歇息的時光。以前愛食意粉類，或者panini，今次來個突破，嘗試classic beef burger! (以前好像沒有供應)。麵包烘得很鬆軟香口，飽面鋪滿非常香口的芝麻，配合很有肉汁的牛肉漢堡，內加新鮮生菜，很滿意。來到這裡，指定動作是嘆一杯咖啡，今次點了Americano夠香濃，醒神。 continue reading

      Holly Brown的雪糕奶味很重，加上配料炒在一起，口感和味道也很豐富，難怪貴錢不便宜亦成功吸引了不少年輕人幫襯。只是個人感覺價錢偏貴，不太值。一杯普通的雲呢拿，加入藍色的色素和裝飾一起炒，便成了一杯獨特的高檔意大利炒雪糕。可想而知，包裝有多重要。 continue reading
