太安樓的美食,就好像是港島區東區居民的夜市,選擇很多,但但這店絕對是長期人龍店,無論何時來到,都大排長龍。平時見到人龍就會走,但朋友在西灣河區長大,叫我一定要試。小店負責人密密手,行動迅速,人龍也移動得快,排了一陣就到我們了!雖然店名是魚蛋佬,我們沒有叫魚蛋,因為友推介一定要食齋($7一串)。沙嗲汁其實是靈魂:少少甜、微辣的沙嗲汁,果然是重點,齋件索滿了汁!超惹味!另外我們點了只賣$4的腸仔,是廚師腸!$4一人條,絕對便宜!

山長水遠嚟食,離遠已經見到好長龍,但諗住幾粒魚蛋應該好快掛,行過去望見到老闆手腳勁慢,但見到咁多人排諗住一定好好食啦,啲人仲話連咖喱汁都要飲埋……結果,排咗半個鐘有多,排到我腰酸骨痛,腳都痛埋,終於到我哋買,嗌咗一串魚蛋同埋一串牛丸,滿懷期待咁樣擺落口🥹點知,真係呆咗,兩樣嘢都唔好食,個咖喱汁無味嘅,總之就係難食🥹點解咁難食都咁多人排😭😭😭真係好唔開心😫呢間嘢就算免費我都唔會再擺入口🥺

排咗半個鐘有多,以為人龍等於質素保證,點知一擺落口就發現中晒伏。叫得做魚蛋佬,串魚蛋一啲特別嘅地方都冇,又淋又冇魚味。反而牛丸質地正常,不如改名做牛丸佬。⭐️重點係,個個吹到曉飛嘅沙嗲/咖哩汁(我食完都唔知佢咩嚟)係超級難食,一陣死鹹,只會令人食到好口乾。而且最基本,魚蛋汁有分辣唔辣是常識吧,佢夠膽死得一個汁,冇得揀辣度,成件事非常求其。真心奉勸大家,唔好浪費時間排呢間嚴重過譽嘅舖頭。太安樓大把好嘢食,完全理解唔到點解呢間魚蛋佬會係排最長龍嘅一間舖。

今日過海去做d野,順便去參觀一下太安樓,無理由咁出名,作為一個香港人咁耐都唔去試下。原本想幾間小食店寫埋同一篇,但只能逐間店寫叫左三款小食,牛柏葉、魚蛋同牛丸。魚蛋同之後再食另一間一樣味可能係同一來貨源?佢既咖哩汁係偏甜口味、微微辣,有少少沙嗲味…?我個四歲仔都食到,幾彈牙,都有魚味,算幾掛汁。牛柏葉無乜底味又不太入味,但爽口搭夠。牛丸彈牙有肉汁,幾有牛肉味。間舖長期都有人龍,因為店主要收每個order先即淥所以都等幾耐下。

一行到西灣河太安樓,我就忍唔住湧去試個傳聞中嘅咖哩魚蛋攤🍢!插秧排隊嘅人真係不絕於耳,但見到咁多心水嘅選擇,真係止唔住口水喇!今次試咗兩樣嘢,一串魚蛋同腸仔,話晒咁多年都幾收晏😋。魚蛋好彈齒,每一啖都咬得到新鮮嘅魚肉嘅味道,而家食到$6咁多粒,真係好抵食!咖哩醬汁濃郁得嚟又唔會太過,帶啲微辣,食落真係過癮😌👌。腸仔同芝士腸就更加讚,芝士腸外層有啲脆,入面嘅芝士又夠綿,啖啖都係濃厚芝士香😍。而咖哩麵筋就有份水磨功夫,啖啖都吸滿咗咖哩汁,一咬落去,咖哩香便喺口腔四溢,夠勁食!成間攤位樸素唔花巧,但食物真心實意,加上嗰份人情味,下次行過西灣河真係要再過黎!哩度嘅魚蛋攤位,多年來嘅口碑唔係浪得虛名!👍🎉
