    好地地一個Happy Firday 就俾呢間餐廳破壞左! 放學之後友人黎接我,打算一同去大坑搵好野食! 同上一位留食評既朋友一樣講法! 唸住大坑甘多間餐廳,我唸求其入一間都無事呱! 就咁行到去門口,見到都有幾張table有人坐wo! 就行左入去! 叫左四樣野! 同其他朋友留既食評同講既野十分相似! 一入去...係8:45pm, 個waiter 已經話last order 係 10pm...嘩..仲有1個鍾15mins wo, 好明顯係叫我地唔好坐咁耐!! 都算啦~叫左4樣野

    chopstick洋蔥湯 - 超恐怖! 一上檯個樣好似隔左幾日果d湯咁, 放左件包係中間,好稀好稀,稀過涼茶!! 亦完全無味~
    chopstick海鮮意粉 - 一上檯已經覺得似碟乾炒牛河多d~ 算啦,可能入口會好d~ 跟住d意粉係好似未熟過咁,好硬,似香口膠!!
    chopstick羊"馬安" - 味道最正常! 但係未見過可以熟成咁. 係10成熟~
    chopstick檸檬蜂蜜綠茶 - 一片檸檬都算了! 話明蜂蜜,我飲到菜蜜既味! 仲要 $20!!

    跟住好多野都食淨晒, 好曬野甘樣埋單走左! 個waiter全程係度玩iphone, 叫都唔想理! 廚房果個又打爛野,好嘈好嘈!

    呢間野係大坑生存到,真係好勁

    要知道大坑大部份餐廳都要排隊,見到有位,咪入去,點知...叫左:西班牙海鮮飯--用左普通白米,有d咖喱味,仲食到一d紅色無味粉!我估可能係花紅粉,但唔係真的!d飯好硬,d魚好腥!芒果海鮮焗薯蓉 -- 一樣係d好腥嘅魚,一d好細既蜆肉,好少薯蓉,加埋好多白汁同油,情況相當恐怖!味道好"樓"!如果小白屋再係咁,好快會喺大坑消失!

    同朋友行完差不多成個大坑,本身係想去隔離食越南嘢,但係唔想等位,睇menu 同埋d 客食緊d 嘢覺得okie,就入去試下...

    好老實,坐得唔係咁舒服,比普通茶記坐得仲辛苦

    先看了Openrice最近幾篇有關小白屋的食評,不少是大讚tongue的,開始懷疑自己是否去同一家餐廳,可能我特別點了他們做得最不好的那個午餐吧!?
    餐湯是洋葱湯,洋葱還未炒香,未炒至深啡色,就胡亂下點味精清湯煮一下,法包下桌時已浸得全爛,難吃!
    海鮮墨汁麵,也是我吃過最差的,海鮮還吃出雪藏味,墨魚韌力驚人,配料如蕃茄洋椒等跟意大利麵完全沒發生關係!
    小白屋曾有星級食家推介過,但....我不懂得欣賞o羅!

    樹大有枯枝, 之前大夥兒去過大坑, 發覺餐廳林立, 以為隨意找一家就可以找到美食,
    今日同 Honey 去大坑食 lunch, relax 下, 返工實在太大壓力, 無論得唔得閒都要輕鬆下, 用美食去慰藉我們的心,

    當日同幾個朋友去完銅鑼灣行街,行到有少少餓就話不如去大坑睇下有d咩好食啦~~
    由於好耐冇黎過大坑,所以都好驚訝係短短幾年間呢到竟然變得食肆林立,
    一時之間唔知食咩好ge時候,就見到小白屋門口個餐牌d野食都幾吸引,
    咁就入左黎試下,
    我地叫左個凱撒沙律,一個周打蠔湯,忌廉蘑菇湯,一個美式生燒豬肋骨,一份是日精選ge葡萄牙燒乳豬
    凱撒沙律:同平時出面食果D唔同,佢呢個我覺得佢菜的SIZE大左少少,CUT細返少少會好D,同埋個汁幾特別
    周打蠔湯:個湯好正,好有蠔味同埋夠晒creamy
    忌廉蘑菇:有d細細粒既野係個湯到,應該係蘑菇粒,都好creamy,但我個人比較中意個蠔湯
    美式生燒豬肋骨:侍應哥哥話係招牌,味就幾好,薯條都夠晒脆,好味!!另外一提ge係拌碟ge沙律菜個汁好好味~~
    葡萄牙燒乳豬:侍應哥哥話呢個葡萄牙燒乳豬都係佢地開左咁耐第1次賣,中國乳豬就食得多,葡萄牙ge就真係未試過,感覺係同中國果d差唔多,但係食落又冇中國果隻咁濃味,幾好..
    我地食到咁上下,好似唔多夠,之後叫多個意粉,我地叫左個雞蛋煙肉汁ge意粉

    朋友提議到大坑晚飯, 但是沒有明確目標要吃哪一家或哪一國的菜, 只是純粹走走看看.
    後來看到這家餐牌有豬肋骨, 加上圖片吸引, 決定一試.

    餐廳雖小但感覺寬敞, 只是桌與桌之間排列有點擠.
    氣氛不錯, 只是服務生都面帶愁緒...

    先點了pork ribs和一道芒果海鮮薯蓉.
    那道薯蓉還不錯, 奶油味香, 芒果鮮甜, 只是量有點少, 薯蓉有點鬆散.
    至於pork ribs, 因為之前在國外嚐過超好吃, 所以期望很高, 誰知道吃下去跟一般豬扒完全沒差別, 配菜薯條又鹹又軟.

    吃完, 不夠, 再點了一個意大利飯和焗薯皮.
    意大利飯點的時候, 侍應哥哥已經提醒飯會有點硬, 沒想到真的那麼硬!! 像把一堆未剝殼瓜子往嘴裡送的感覺, 而且味道很淡.
    至於薯皮, 不過不失, 只是如果能選擇的話, 我寧願吃Oliver's超級三文治的焗薯皮.

    買單盛惠$350, 兩個人吃不算太貴, 但老實說這樣的質素不值這個價錢.
    不過不得不讚是那位捲捲頭的侍應哥哥, 做事勤快, 但是整晚愁眉苦臉 sad

    身在港島區,不期然就會想到大坑食晚飯。
    這次來到大坑,就選了這間小白屋。
    即制自選意粉 $68 - 選了鮮蝦和鮮雜菌、忌廉汁和天使麵,忌廉汁濃而不膩,不錯。

    法國布袋牛柳配雜菌汁 $98 - 厚厚的牛扒,外面包著一片煙肉,以致牛肉也沾上了煙肉香。裏面有芝士,配起牛肉很好味。配菜也用心,還有炸過的意大利粉裝飾。

    看到menu的甜品好像很吸引,奈何趕時間,下次有機會再試吧~

    燒豬肋骨-豬肋骨味ok,但D肉仲係好連骨, 不過薯條幾好食(香脆)

    約了朋友去食晚飯, 去到餐廳, 店不太大, 要等位。等了5分鐘比了近門口的2人位, d位有好似茶餐廳位有d迫。
    我地叫左
    1.海鮮手打薯蓉- 好食, 有d新鮮芒果同海鮮白汁smile
    2.焗薯皮-一般, 我覺得個薯皮不夠香濃huffy
    3.焗香草醬鮮茄子-特別,茄子好好食, 有個香草醬係個茄子上面。
    4.燒豬肋骨-豬肋骨好入味, 不過薯條不夠脆身lollollol
    5.三角形朱古力mousse cone-好濃朱古力, lollol
    6.Earl Grey Pudding with Fresh Fruit Sabayon-布甸好食lol

        汁很香,但扁意粉非常硬,好乾。

        雖然肉不太入味,但都算好味,薯條亦炸得很香脆。

    店子燈光及音樂都很舒服,不過其實坐位及食物又有點快餐的感覺。

    好耐以前好似都好多人去依間食, 星期五晚經過諗住入去試下, 叫左個茄汁意粉, d 茄汁麻麻, 比較乾, d 意粉偏硬. 碟子邊也有很多爛的口, (d細菌會存於破口位嘛).
    到結賬時, total $201, 那$1 我以毫子支付, 但那職員立刻版起臉, 眉頭緊湊的看著我那一蚊,, (個感覺係我好似俾左十蚊毫子佢咁), 然後問我,:" 有無大餅呀", 我說沒有, 不可以收嗎, 她說, "我地唔收". 其實只要兩蚊以下的毫子都係可以俾的.

    lum住喺屋企附近搵間普通嘅餐廳醫肚,所以去咗小白屋。其實冇lum要求d 咩,因為以佢嘅裝修、格調都知唔會有驚喜。

    雖然lee幾日天氣有d涼,但係間野細泠氣又唔開,一入到去(我又行咗一段路)真係覺得有d局。不過lee樣都算la,係d食物質素同價格不相稱先令我不滿意...

    1. 田螺 -chopstick lee 個ok,其餘菜式都係靠攞番佢個汁lai撈 (雖然買相差)
    2. 薯蓉 - 完全冇味 sad
    3. 青口 - huffy BAD 怪味汁 ($78+) (and 我prefer黑色赤殼嗰種青口)
    4. 凱撒沙律 - 菜真係唔chop完片上,禁大片點食...(買相好d至少可以今我唔覺得係就咁攞por菜灑d cheese 上碟就收我幾廿蚊)
    5. 龍蝦汁蟹肉意粉 - 意粉唔夠'林'、唔夠味 sad
    6. 薑茶 - 超辣,但係辣=好or唔好就見人見志 tongue

    咁嘅 quality,lee d 餐廳仔附近搵都唔駛禁貴。如果佢平d,我都會可以接受佢嘅 quality

    我非常喜歡吃天使麺
    看到門外的餐牌
    有自選配料的麺條
    甜品的名稱跟照片還真不錯
    所以就進去了
    叫了:
    1.天使麺+蝦+三文魚+忌廉汁
    2.意式炒雜菜
    3.香辣海鮮墨魚面(差不多的名字吧都忘了)
    4.炸廣島蠔

    每一碟菜都是隔很久很久很久才來
    是刻意安排?
    不知道
    但我並不滿意=)
    最可惡的是
    天使麵過了很久很久還未上菜
    但廚師(?)竟然在吃雪糕
    o了shocked

    先來的是炸蠔, 還不錯吧
    一般水準,無特別
    再來的是雜菜
    就是用茄汁炒一些瓜菜(不知名黃瓜, 矮瓜等)
    因為貌相不太吸引(我覺得有點嘔心)
    所以沒有吃, 不予置評
    再來香辣海鮮墨魚面
    重頭戲來了!

    我一直吃的都是那些想意大利粉的麵條
    再淋上墨魚汁
    不應是這樣的嗎?
    可是這個香辣海鮮墨魚面
    那些麵條是粗麵, 麵條本身是黑色

    是還未熟嗎?
    雖然海鮮還滿多的

    After dinner, was still hungry, so came here for dessert, this restaurant had nice high ceilings and the tables were nicely spaced out. There was a clear pathway with carriage tables on both sides.

    Anyway ordered White wine jelly with fruit, and Earl grey pudding with fruit and Sabayon sauce.

    It was presented effectively in a clear glass cup, the Jelly looked nice with the colourful pieces of fruit.
    This needs to be tried first, because the taste is very light and gentle. There was a slight taste of white wine, and the fruits went well with it.

    Earl grey pudding with fruit and Sabayon sauce:
    Personally I didn’t like the fruits with Sabayon sauce, the sauce was good, light and foamy, it tasted like frothed up milk. If they had used other fruits it would have matched better, the watermelon, cantaloupe and papaya didn’t go well with the creamy sauce. If strawberries, banana’s, berries were used it would taste better, as the creaminess goes well with the tartness of the fruits.
    As for the earl grey pudding, it was excellent, the texture was not like pudding, but mousse like, and the earl grey taste was strong too.

    There was another one I should have tried too, the hazelnut crème brulee, but will have to try it next time.
    Strangely enough the restaurant is called Cherry Garden in English, but in chinese it is “Little white house”.
