5.5.2013 (日) August 午餐吃的多是粉麵,但如果遇着胃口大增的日子,就會去挑戰「男人的浪漫」。(笑) 祥勝是首選,滿滿的碟頭飯也只是$30左右,經濟實惠。所以很受男士歡迎,光顧的多是司機大佬。
(單叫) 兩塊厚切豬扒都煎得香脆、肉質鬆化但偏瘦,加上大量半生熟洋蔥,伴飯吃一流。
(午市套餐) 男友吃過一次便愛上,以腸仔、餐肉、煎蛋和豬扒組成。甜甜的黑醬油是點晴之作,令整個白飯底變得美味。

Average Hong Kong tea restaurant food such as Fried drumsticks (cha gai bay), Western toast (sai do see), and Stir fried chicken with scallions on top of a bed of macaroni (sorry, don't know how to say this in Cantonese, I just pointed to another diner's plate). Fried drumsticks are average. The inside is not the juiciest, but ok la. The outside is good and crispy, though. The western toast is average. It doesn't have the creative peanut sauce of Cafe de Coral nor the Texas Toast thickness (1 inch = 2.5 cm) of Cheong Kee but it is good and without fault. The chicken with scallions on macaroni is properly seasoned and flavorful. The macaroni is store bought, but the dish still works and is good. They also serve very hot milk tea (yeet nai cha) or cold milk tea (don nai cha). The hot milk tea is fresh off the stove so it is extremely hot. I really hate it when hot milk tea is lukewarm. Cold milk tea costs $2 HKD more but is twice as big. They don't speak any English, so that's why I've included a translation here. However, it is not necessary to speak English. The place is always packed with people so all you have to do is just point at someone else's plate to the waitress. The food here is ridiculously cheap. For the price I paid, I have absolutely no complaints. It is one of the restaurants nearest to the Hong Kong library. So, for the hungry book worm with no money, then this is the place to eat! 以前聴位朋友讚,這裏的食物美味,而以往都行過時,聞到奶茶非常香,於是今早去 library 前,到此一試早餐。 叫了一客早餐,抄蛋+ toast。甚知原來用這個類似豬仔包的面包來 toast,比用多士,多了新鮮感呢! 奶茶又真的又香,恰到好處,服務好,又有禮貌,食得寫意。 後來,買了朋友介紹這裏的炸雞翅回家品嘗,好有讀書時期學校小食部的風味,正正!! Recommended Dish(es):

喜歡大坑~靜中帶旺, 想吃的也可在此中尋, 有好貴有中價亦有好平, 總之緊有一樣啱食! lunch時間多人到不得了 ~ 小店碟頭飯~首選"祥勝" 圍住店鋪開滿枱仔~泊滿車(9成係的士司機放飯)~行埋去唔洗問店員, 見位就坐罷! 自動會有醒目店員沖來問你吃乜!! 每次來看下看下餐牌也是叫這款 ~ 吉列豬扒飯豉油汁 ~ 唔該小飯 !! 豬扒 ~ 外脆內軟, 最仲要係即炸但絕不會油林林 !!! (唔會有鬆肉粉那到太淋既感覺) 千奇唔好睇小佢 ~ 個碟細細塞滿飯再疊上2大塊吉豬 ~ 基本上主要吃吉豬已足夠飽肚! 三十幾蚊有凍飲 ~ 何求呢 ??!! 希望小店長存 !!!!!

今日同同事來開呢頭做野 , 心思思想去嘆番個傳統既茶餐廳餐蛋麵或百炸豬扒麵 , 點知去到炳記剛好洗爐 , 原來佢地收五點 , 於是係附近睇下有咩茶餐廳食先 , 見到 [ 祥勝 ] , 記起之前都來過食飯 , 好似都 ok , 於是係門口睇下有冇下午茶餐 , 阿姐即埋來介紹 , 於是入去試下 , 坐下後阿姐推介我試下 [ 四寶方包 ] , 我問她 " 四寶" 即係咩呀 ? 原來是 : 餐肉 , 腸仔 , 煎蛋 , 豬扒 , 我決定試下 同事就叫左個 " 火腿奄列牛油方包 " , 阿姐仲建議我地一個方包烘底 , 一個唔烘 , 交換試下 兩個餐分別都係 $ 23 / 個 , 有埋野飲都算抵 而兩杯餐飲我地就叫左凍奶茶少甜 , 送來時真的冇咩甜 , 不過奶卻照舊多 , 搞到猜咩茶味 , 所以好似飲水咁 烘底方包夠脆 , okj 火腿奄列一般做法 , 無驚喜 - . - 最後要講既 " 四寶方包 " , 個名夠創意 , 其實無非係伴隨我地多年既早餐主角 , 無食佢地好似冇食到早餐咁 ~ 不過豬扒比較肥 , 雞肉腸又超咸 順帶一提 : 呢區的食肆中西合壁 , 新舊交替 , 新式 cafe 在其他區也不少 , 但想嘆傳統港式的奶茶 , 這區都算數一數二

因工作關係去大坑去左一轉,一向都知大坑多好野食,走之前梗係醫下個肚先啦~ 一心諗住去炳記試一試佢個豬扒面,點知去到無開,唯有去第二間啦,機緣巧合下就黎左祥勝。 祥勝係一間傳統既港式茶餐廳,傳統港式茶餐廳俾人感覺係:污濁、殘舊、伙記態度差。原來已經做好心理準備先入去架喇,點知入到去又無想像咁差,唔算乾淨,但可以接受;舊,不過唔殘,最驚喜係伙記既態度好友善!加分! 坐低已經兩點鐘,叫個下午茶食啦。呢度既下午茶一律二十蚊,不過一個餐叫得一款野,即係叫炸脾就得件炸脾,無薯條食,算啦,叫個炸脾試下啦。等左一陣,炸脾就到喇

八月中旬.晴 其實早上只想吃一件多士,加杯咖啡。約了朋友吃早餐,是他說來這裡的。我早到,看了早餐餐牌,見有個「四寶包」幾有趣。只是19元,心想,「四寶」者,也不外乎是幾款醬吧。就要這個,加烘底。 但原來,所謂的「四寶」,真的毫不欺場,就是煎豬扒、腸仔、餐肉及煎蛋,再加兩片牛油多士,要是說笑,不要說午餐,晚餐我也只是吃差不多這個份量的東西 多士是好吃的,切了一小豬扒,也厚厚的,不差。蛋是溏心的,煎肉也略煎過。19元,烘底還不需要加錢,經濟得無話可說

大坑總令人諗起民聲冰室, 但很想介紹一下這一間茶餐廳 門口位置很多車位, 更加可以坐在門口的位置 環境當然不夠大坑那些有特色的貴價餐廳好 但如果茶餐廳的情況下係唔錯的 出名既食物豬扒!! 超好味的 唔會"干憎憎", 煎得好香 最愛食佢既豬扒撈麵, 佢既有湯個種反而無呢種撈既咁好味 另外想介紹一下佢有個餐叫四寶 其實係多士, 腸仔, 餐肉, 豬扒加杯飲品咁既 如果唔想食個麵咁飽, 可以試下呢個餐架 服務其實都係一般茶餐廳咁啦, 但去得多佢會認得你 會多下野傾個種咁~ 食物送上都幾快手

閏五月十七‧炎熱 本來想去順興,但不知何解休息一天,唯有去別處。見這邊人氣也旺,想其水準應不差,不然的話怎會這麼多人幫襯?就進來搭檯坐下。 左顧右盼,看有不少人吃撈麵,但只是黑醬油撈即食麵,沒有什麼興趣。而豬扒也是熱賣的,就來碟豬扒飯吧!但見午市餐牌上有個「祥勝百搭飯」的,人家放得個招牌上去,理應有番咁上下信心,就要了這個百搭飯。 這個百搭飯,有煎豬扒、餐肉、腸仔及煎蛋,淋上醬油就是了,除了煎豬扒還有期待,就真的沒有什麼特別。豬扒炸得香口,肉質鬆化得過了頭,令人不太相信是「純天然」的效果,而味道是不錯的;餐肉、腸仔沒有什麼好寫,而煎蛋是全熟的,沒有好吃之道。配上的黑醬油甜甜的,不難理解人們會覺得這裡的撈麵好吃。 連凍咖啡一杯,埋單32蚊,下次真的要確定順興有開門才來。

This local cafe was busy and fully occupied during the breakfast time; it must be the pricing or the foods quality - we gave a try today. We were recommended with the combo noodle without any soup - it came with pork chop, sausage, ham and egg - how it was called combo. We also ordered the beef noodle. The beef was preserved with too much corn flour - it did not give you the fresh or original taste of its texture. The noodles were so so and the milk tea ordered was far too thin - not showing the tea's taste. For cheap eat, this place is not bad, for only HK$18 a set.

一支公在大坑那邊,到了吃飯時間也終需要吃飯的,就快快手來附近食店的浣紗街進發,吃個方便的午餐。 本來想去炳記撞一撞阿Eason的,但走到附近從遠處望好像是未開檔咁,就求其找一家未吃過的吃吃吧。 最後到了一間叫祥勝的茶記,在正午時份,也是全院滿座的,很不容易找了一個角落的位置坐下。 先看看餐牌,見到有什麼祥勝招牌飯,通常唔知吃什麼的話會叫這些的,所以也好奇的問問店員其實是什麼,啊!原來是餐肉腸仔火腿蛋飯,是港式的大雜會的貨色來的,今天沒有興趣,店員立即推它們的蒸餸,我也立即反問有什麼好介紹先,她說試試豆豉綾魚蒸排骨,我呆了一呆,什麼?豆豉綾魚蒸排骨!隔了良久,才如夢初醒的說就要這個吧,另外由於也有一點點感冒象徵,所以也點了熱檸檬茶,吸收維他命C。 飯來了,蒸餸與飯底是分開上的,飯底加了點老抽及兩條焯菜心,而豆豉綾魚蒸排骨則用上大概三分之一至四分之一罐的豆豉綾魚加上數片腩排蒸成,既然大家吃豆豉蒸排骨吃得多,現在也不用另外自己入貨買豆豉,以現成的罐頭豆豉綾魚當豆豉的部份,還送你一片魚,還要求什麼,而肉排也是軟軟的,肉質不韌,但肉味欠奉,但與豆豉此等濃味的東西同蒸,也不會難吃,所以也輕易的下了這碟白飯。 熱檸檬茶是正常不過的,沒什麼好評了,但要提的是茶味也夠,檸檬也慷慨的有厚厚的四片,不錯的了。 總結整體不是特別好吃,也絕對不是難吃,但創意及在有限的資源中作出變化的態度是可取的,所以也給它一個笑臉吧。

24-1-2009 食完糖水再搵地方食 tea, 見炳記無開檔, 0黎了呢間人多擠迫的街坊茶記迫埋一份. 熱奶茶先0黎, 茶味奶味 60:40, 飲落夠滑, 正! 不過朋友就話覺得太「茶」, 嗜奶味重的, 睇0黎應該叫「多奶」. 再0黎朋友的西多士, 煎得金黃色, 賣相幾靚, 不過唔脆, 十分 soggy, 唔夠蛋香, 唔多好食. 我就叫了腿蛋治烘底, 賣相一樣靚, 炒蛋厚厚的, 又香又熱辣, 如果有蛋汁就好了 環境十分迫夾地 mou, 衛生一般, 阿姐阿叔們就粗聲粗氣得來幾友善, 果然係舊式街坊茶記. 埋單每人 $18, 百份百平靚正, 會再0黎的 -- 為0左試試佢個煎蛋肉餅飯!
