今次就試咗間拉麵店嘅豚骨同埋黑骨拉麵,仲有加了3隻溏心蛋!豚骨湯頭真係香得嚟啦,麻麻地滑,麵條啖啖肉感,啱晒我呢啲愛麵之人。而叉燒呢?講真,咬落去感覺就好似喺口裡化咗,咁滑!🍜至於黑骨拉麵,湯底黑滋滋,一啖湯落去,得個字——正!墨魚汁豬肉碎混埋喺湯底,滋味滿分,真係惹味到不得了!濃郁嘅湯汁加埋硬啲嘅麵條,啱曬我嘅口味。😋最後個溏心蛋,跟足口感啫喱啫喱,溏心啲黃啲流嘅啫喱啫喱圍住,咬落去流心,真係夠哂feel!店舖環境搞得好有日式風味,職員又nice,即使有啲等位,但換來嘅美食絕對值得!👌🏻 continue reading

我都未打,都未再去試埋其他佢已經頂唔住了... 可恨啊!襯唔出得去食野,快手追多幾篇🙈呢間野係大坑,個湯好好味! 佢地亦有好細心咁講解同話你知個辣道咁, 仲有仲有,佢個期間限定,聽落會覺得做乜野係拉麵站整個牛筋撈麵? 但你真係估佢唔到咁好食! 完全打破左我對牛筋撈既定義! 個麵好味,個汁仲好味,牛筋仲要好“林”,但“林”得黎又有咬口~我就揀左赤骨,佢都有話如果真係唔夠辣,可以再問佢,真心好禮貌同耐性到一個點,我都唔好意思再問XD (咁其實我又唔係要去到噴火,我比較鍾意既係平衡到香同辣,大辣又好小辣又好) 真係諗住會再去食埋佢其他,但... 要等佢再搵到舖位再去,放心page已like,會follow住睇佢重開再食! continue reading

又來到懲罰小店系列💛大坑不嬲都有好多特色嘅美食,今次就嚟介紹一間位於大坑嘅拉麵店!呢間拉麵嘅款式非常特別除咗有一般嘅豚骨、赤骨拉麵!🍜🍜如果想試特別嘅拉麵,店主推介食綠骨拉麵,綠骨係指由意大利青醬加入豚骨湯而成嘅拉麵~💚不過今次嚟到呢度我就比黑骨吸引左~推介菜式:綠骨 (店主推介$88) 、黑骨 (適合重口味愛好者$88)味道:🌟🌟🌟🌟環境:🌟🌟🌟🌟價錢:🌟🌟🌟🌟服務:🌟🌟🌟🌟首先先講環境方面,店內大約有10-15個座位,假日時間也會較多人排隊,所以都要預返大約30分鐘等候時間~🤣而今次我試咗黑骨拉麵,黑骨拉麵係由墨魚汁、加黑蒜油、及豚骨湯而成嘅拉麵,拉麵除咗有一般嘅叉燒之外,亦有一個肉碎球。雖然非常重口味😋但係食落一啲都唔油膩同埋會令你食完又想再食!店員亦都非常細心,由於係點左黑骨拉麵嘅關係,特別提供一塊即棄圍巾!咁就唔驚黑色嘅汁會沾染衣服🤩🤩🤩拉麵本身比較幼食,食落都幾可以掛到湯~豚肉方面中規中矩,唔肥唔瘦亦都唔算厚身😂不過最主要係湯底濃郁!非常推介大家嚟試吓 continue reading

這間拉麵店不推薦大家 職員嘅態度極不理想及友善 佢地嘅態度令我聯想到黑警對市民所做嘅一切 尤其係穿紫色衫 身型較大嘅廚房師傅  他以不友善嘅目光望住我 感覺我好似與我有仇 其實我只係想問仲有幾耐可以入去貴店 我明白貴店生意好 客似雲來 但只係簡單嘅一句詢問 換來嘅係職員不禮貌嘅對待 這店拉麵就算幾好食都好 如此服務態度點讓人進店幫襯 都係第一次見服務態度差劣嘅黃店 希望貴店可以改善 continue reading

喺東京食過幾次凪煮干拉麵,佢嚟咗香港開分店,幾年前食過一次,最近又食過一次。香港分店叫凪豚骨拉麵,連名字同日本都唔完全一樣😅。喺大坑店叫咗豚骨拉麵,再加隻糖心蛋。可以選擇咸度、濃厚度、蒜泥多少,我全部都揀咗最高級別😁,麵就選擇咗超硬。好快麵就嚟到,飲一啖湯,確係濃厚,幾好味。麵身夠硬,非常合我胃口。叉燒都幾好食,不過有些少硬。總體來講都係一碗有質素嘅拉麵,但又未至於食到舔舔脷,亦唔會飲晒啲湯。凪喺日本其實最出名係佢哋嘅煮干湯底拉麵niboshi ramen, 係用多種大細不同種類不同嘅魚乾煮成湯底,超級鮮味。佢哋碗麵裏邊仲會有類似雲吞皮,真係非常惹味。喺日本我會連湯都飲晒。唔知點解香港分店唔做🤔除咗大坑凪嘅照片,亦附上東京ラーメン凪嘅照片,以供參考。 continue reading
