To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港仔南記粉麵，我諗佢哋最出名都應該係佢哋嘅春卷，平時多數都係幫場下午茶，今日第一次食佢早餐；選擇方面唔算太多，但係有將佢哋嘅春卷擺落早餐入邊，識做咁就一於試試佢個春卷早餐。今次點呢個係鮮茄套餐，鮮茄春卷米通，配牛油餐包加炒滑蛋。鮮茄湯底，食落真係似用新鮮蕃茄煲，唔係剩落茄膏，冇嗰種腥腥地嘅鐵味，米通爽滑，口感不錯，春卷都係平時嗰啲咁樣，吵吵地又實實地，但都幾好味最緊要最緊要係咩？成碗嘢夠熱！其實炒滑蛋都有好多種，有好多種炒法，不得不提係幫你切埋、擺埋牛油嘅牛油餐包，係餐包，唔係方包；講真喺中環都食過有幾間早餐係有餐包，但係間間啲餐包都怪怪地，唔係硬就一係實，今次個供應商來貨不錯，咬落鬆軟，似返一個麵包。實話實說，喜出望外。

去呢間南記買外賣，超中伏！用南記apps網上落單，純粹買1碗米線，點知等咗1個鐘先有得攞。中途去counter想要求退錢，counter就話要打返公司申請，但係個電話號碼係冇人接聽。冇下次！

等一人外賣等了一個小時，我以後都不會再在這餐廳食。好生意可以買嘢食時同人講聲嘛，加一句有幾難，我得一小時午飯時間，排隊就已經一個小時，真係痴晒線，浪費人生，千祈唔好幫襯。

朋友哋，喺中環行累嗰陣，揾到間南記米線，我就湊熱鬧去試吓佢哋嘅招牌菜。話說，肥牛酸辣米線真係正！湯底夠哂勁，酸酸辣辣，完全挑戰你嗰個味蕾，點個中辣就已經夠晒刺激。肥牛滑溜溜，薄切得啱啱好，喺辣湯嗰下，煙韌過癮！😋仲有呢，魚肉春卷嗰個香呀，外皮微脆，裏面卻保持咗肉感，配埋酸辣湯一齊嚟個口爆浪漫，真係唔錯。若唔係魚蛋，換上魚片，軟腍腍嘅質感亦都唔錯，食落少少清新，平衡咗湯底嘅濃烈。梗係少唔到三寶嘅組合，魚蛋彈牙、牛丸軟綿綿，每嚿配料都係得嚟又唔搶戲，都算係好貼心。嚟到中環，能夠搵到咁嘅地道好味道，仲要唔洗煩選擇，嘆碗米線搞掂，實在太方便喇！而家諗返起，都覺得肚仔再叫我幫襯番次！🍜👍
