友人想食北京填鴨,即時想到嘅當然係北京樓🤔🤔!咁咪訂枱去食,隨即去open rice睇食評,一睇心想有D伏!😵‍💫😵‍💫不過已約好,即抱試一試喇!咪伏囉!🥺🥺北京填鴨完全唔得,偏瘦、鴨皮算脆冇油份,肉有D柴!薄餅冇蒸籠乘載,好快就凍,食一件後,唔得凍晒,難食!咁唯有厚顏問侍應有冇熱的薄餅,她很好,幫加添一份暖的,但即時包一份,全枱人反應係點解咁快凍,雖然室外10°C,但冇法唯有繼續食埋佢!但服務上係可以嘅,服務我哋嘅侍應好有禮貌。但總括不會再光顧! continue reading

一早就聽說呢間,第一次來食,三個人叫左四個菜,一個甜品,啱啱好。一落座就被個餐佈吸引,好靚嘅藍色,令人心情舒適。紅燒獅子頭 $198只有一個好大嘅肉丸,不太抵食,不過味道確實好好,肉沫好細膩,醬汁顏色好深,但鹹淡啱啱好,係我食過最好味嘅獅子頭片皮鴨 半隻 $318個皮可以再脆d,醬汁調得好夠味,半勺即可。糖醋桂花魚 $338甜口,炸得表皮脆卜卜,骨頭都好酥。北京炸醬麵 $98我估落左花椒油,有些許麻,個人覺得有些鹹。蛋白杏仁露飯後飲呢個,好享受呀。 continue reading

老人家突然話想食北京填鴨,星期六沒訂位首輪滿座,知客叫我哋試吓walk in, 等到6:15p.m.入座,話7:30p.m.要交枱。一坐低摧了兩次「仲未落單」。點了半隻填鴨,四人得九塊皮,加皮要$6x。7:20p.m.侍應叫我哋埋單,我話甜品仲未到喎⋯⋯7:23p.m.部長過嚟黑口黑面叫埋單…..7:32p.m.走時周圍啲客已經差唔多走哂,攞好哂枱等第二輪8:00p.m.,門口無人等位。四人食北京樓過千元埋單預咗,食物質素一般及零服務亦是常態唔會覺得意外,係估唔到會衰到咁,有老人家喺度使唔使摧摧摧呀⋯⋯?!如果唔係老人家話想食根本唔會再喺香港食填鴨,連老人家都話無下次。 continue reading

見好耐冇食北京菜,又想支持吓香港經濟,食咗2千幾蚊,食物質素都唔好提喇,服務先差都無得再差。除咗帶位嘅較為好啲,全程係冇人serve嘅,落單都係我自己QR code落。零服務,叫極冇人應。難怪人人北上消費。食物大致上冇咩味,同埋唔夠熱。片皮鴨400蚊一隻,片出嚟啲皮好少,同埋…竟然有陣「騷」味!包鴨嘅薄餅皮…好差!我可以話隨時去一間普通茶樓食片皮鴨都好過佢。好失望!另外,講真,服務可以畀0星星嘅話,我會畀0。一星真係畀多佢。 continue reading

週五晚包房食飯,自選了菜色,當然北京填鴨是其中的一道菜,北京樓嘛⋯⋯份量十足,每道菜都做到美心水準,但總覺得可以再做好點。如乾瑤柱的陳舊味可以去得好點、鮑魚汁可以扣得濃一點、個湯可以燉得長少少時間,相信可以將個湯更有和味的感覺,當然這些都還欠少少。整體水準可以接受,但真想食好嘢,北京樓就不作考慮了。最後,這北京填鴨,已好像變了成燒鴨的感覺,哪裡有填鴨的味道呀? 食落的味道就似係現今食任何普通蔬菜的味道,有型冇味。 另,上菜最好及時一點,溫度影響味道,樣樣都不變,就咁熱辣辣一點,味道亦將提升一點。 終結一句,美心味道,不過不失。 continue reading
