行過西灣河,隨意發掘了間野叫「甜甜屋」,一講都心花怒放😊,佢嘅北海道牛奶千層蛋糕真係軟綿綿得嚟又層次分明🍰,咬落去忌廉同蛋糕交織成一股醉人香氣,牛奶香濃郁勁,令人一試難忘!不過,如果可以甜啲,我覺得會更加得意!同行嘅阿哥點了薑汁豆腐花,平實中帶點暖意🍮,豆花滑溜溜,份量夠,糖水控的話肯定鍾意。雖然薑味未算攻鼻,但飲住熱熱地,都算是一個好慰藉。總括來講,「甜甜屋」啲甜品簡直係藏寶閣,等待被發掘嘅美味😋。款款都吸引,令人唔自覺想全部試過!如果想食個甜品滋潤下心靈,咁就千祈唔好錯過喇! continue reading

年初二晚食完飯,忽然醒起年卅晚冇食過湯圓,碰巧經過【甜甜屋】,唔理咁多,即刻衝入去。西灣河街另外還有一間歷史更長、更加出名的甜品屋【明記】,但【甜甜屋】開業也超過10年了,今晚就試試出品如何。地下舖面面積細小,只勉強放了兩張二人枱,主力做外賣,堂食客人大部份都上去閣樓。小店閣樓當然沒有裝修,只簡簡單單擺了幾張大枱及膠櫈,但地方總算乾淨企理。四邊牆壁又畫了很多模仿日本電視動畫內的歐洲小鎮佈景,總算添上一些姿彩。餐牌有多款甜品選擇,款式介乎傳統中式糖水舖及新派港式甜品店之間;傳統紅豆沙、芝麻糊等等只是點綴,主打創新口味的西米露、紫米露、豆腐花等等。芒少爺($52)唔算平,勝在材料豐富。用椰皇作器皿,內𥚃除了椰肉之外,又用椰子水、芒果肉及花奶打成香甜帶酸的鮮果汁液,另外還加入切粒芒果肉、台灣珍珠奶茶的粉圓及糯米粉搓成的小丸子;口感複雜,味道甜而不膩。美中不足芒果肉未夠香甜,皆因芒果未係當造季節;如果在盛夏季節、又採用呂宋芒果的話,一定會更加正!今晚食甜品主要為咗補返食湯圓。薑茶湯圓($32)味道正常,芝麻餡的中式湯圓甜度適中、亦有黑芝麻香氣;湯圓大小適中,略嫌餡料唔夠豐富。薑茶抵讚,味道甜中帶點辛辣,薑味濃郁。街坊小店平時沒有收取加一服務費,農曆新年期間,入座前事先張揚要收 20% 服務費!雖然有點過分,但人家只是家庭式經營小店,新年期間還要開舖招呼客人,目的當然想賺多少少 ⋯⋯ 收服務費也可以理解。新一年新氣象,困擾三年的疫情又到了尾聲,大家就開開心心吧! continue reading
