To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

等緊朋友一齊去AIA,人哋話要5pm所以入去食d嘢等口碑一向唔錯，可能係下午茶關係，所以無乜人，不需等，計計吓發現$286 刺身併盤有幾款唔係特別鍾意嘅魚貝類，最後玩自由配搭刺身加件蛋壽司無乜特別，keep 到水準，佢哋壽司一向係原有食材上再加d點蛋軟滑又甜我最鍾意反而係用鮮磨山葵，有少少青草味配豉油味道比較融合d食少少就算啦附近有間Bacha 咖啡，值得一試

嚟到千兩度，死啊心諗我點知今次食得咁鮮咁滑! 先講個辣味三文魚啦，簡直係爆燈，辣得嚟唔搶味，啖啖肉感覺彈牙得嚟唔會過火，夾埋酸甜嘅芥末醬，真係夠晒kick。你話軟殼蟹手卷，啲蟹一啖入口, 即刻感覺到啲脆皮同內裡啲肉嘅鮮香，講真嘅，好想即刻叫多個!👍跟住嚟個安康魚肝，嗯，真係只可以用平平無奇嚟形容，可能啫喱啫喱嘅口感唔啱我。但當原隻生蠔登場嗰陣，我就喊曬出嚟，海鮮味爆棚，新鮮到食嘅時候諗住海邊嘅浪花撲面而嚟嘅感覺。話晒，迷你海膽三文魚籽飯都係必推介，小碗裝得剛剛好，啖啖海膽同魚籽，杯水車薪咁滿足！層次分明嘅口感，食完之後心情都跟住好起嚟!撇去啲炸物凍淡嘅小插曲，今次食得幾High。下次再嚟，我定必重溫海膽同埋三文魚嘅美妙！🍣🥢👀

去完AIA carnival玩完之後，想舒舒服服，飲啖茶，食壽司，去千兩就最好不過😬👍🏻今日我哋叫咗兩set壽司拼盤，我同老公一人一個拼盤，唔使爭，亦都唔使諗咁多😂，費事選擇困難症，之後再叫多一份火炙三文魚卷物，兩個人已經飽晒！壽司拼盤：🌟火炙吞拿魚好好味，充滿魚油🤤🤤🌟吞拿魚正常發揮🌟左口魚裙邊油脂分散到個口入面🤤🌟帆立貝都OK啦，份量足夠！🌟三文魚不過不失🌟炙燒牛油赤海蝦呢個同元氣實在太似啦 🤣如果散叫我會去返元氣叫🌟炙燒帆立貝分量足夠，yummy🌟油甘魚油甘魚都好新鮮，如果再厚啲就好了🌟蟹膏甜蝦不嬲都好鍾意食呢個，佢哋係Perfect match🌟三文魚子 爆出一粒粒魚子嘅鮮味 🌟火炙三文魚卷物可以滿足到鍾意食三文魚嘅慾望，又唔使恐懼食咁多生既三文魚會生蟲嘅危機😂😂滿足～

My Lunch我叫了一個十件的壽司拼盤$2XX 再加了幾件單點想吃的，雖然論魚的肉質和鮮度是OK的，但由於它的定價比另一連鎖店元X（Genkx）高，所以這家單點每件都$3X-5X，下單時會有少許猶豫，沒那麼痛快😂如果午餐有set menu會好些，看舊評是有過的，難道要我問店員才有？？？-____-‘’我這樣看，以人均300的午餐來說，中環確實外面是有很多更火的餐廳可以選擇，甚至寧願再多加一些，也不會只想吃這個普通的壽司盛…….@@

千両嘅壽司出名好食，喺國際金融中心商場食lunch真係要早啲11點尾就要攞位，如果唔係都幾難搵到位，叫咗壽司拼盤，跟住仲食咗甜品，不過叫咗兩盤甜品都話冇要改😅應該啱啱開舖冇耐，冇諗過咁快就冇，不過壽司係好新鮮好味，但係價錢唔平#lunch #food #yummyfood #yummy
