APM初開之時,整個觀塘突然不一樣,在這個"包羅萬有"之不夜城沖擊之下,沉熟多年的舊區,突然來個小陽春.所有男男女女不分老幼,紛紛前往趁墟.理得佢間D-Mop百無,i.t開到荼微,照樣行得津津有味.商場內的食店,直覺上得利苑吃得過,其他食店真係睇得,唔多似食得.於是一眾人上Cook Deli,應該會有更多選擇.開張初期的Foodcourt,水洩不通.平日去Foodcourt也要與友人分頭等位,奇景一幕.難怪有口痕友話,去APM食飯,等如在難民營排隊等派飯.眼前所見,此言非虛.Pizza"名牌"野火在此,毫不猶疑去試.友人極愛三文魚,反對無效之下,要個煙三文魚海鮮批,再來個海鮮墨汁麵餐獨食.其他人再到其他counter掃貨.當你見到此煙三文魚pizza後,你係唔會問三文魚去左邊呢個無聊問題.煙三文待到pizza焗起才舖上面.批底薄既脆,餡料有蜆肉,墨魚仔,蝦,份量足.很有水準.獨立的墨汁麵餐,有龍蝦湯,青檸梳打,同小小的Tiramisu送.龍蝦湯出奇地不錯,充滿Congac香,龍蝦味同質感很濃.墨汁麵唔係自家製,一樣彈牙.最後的Tiramisu,無甚特別.只係一個餐,有個甜品埋尾一樣.再加上來自其他舖的食物,幾個人吃得不亦樂乎,吃罷散水,到今日再無聯絡.人生之中船頭過路客,真係多的是..

Signature Dishes
The head office has procured a new software to perform more sophisticated hydraulic modelling. I was one of the few lucky staff who was given an opportunity to take part in a 2-day \"instant-food\" type training course in the \"new\" office conference room in APM, Kwun Tong. The visit of this new head office is an interesting experience to me as there are a few choices of food in APM. The only headache was where I should have my lunch. I spent more than 10 minutes to investigate the food court and was attracted by the big oven in Wildfire. I decided to try that one simply b\'coz of my curiosity of that big oven. I had a set lunch of $45, which included a small pizza (around 6\"), a salad with tuna, \"angel-hair\" with mushrooms, a dessert and a soft drink (grapefruit juice). The spaghetti was quite creamy,which was my cup of tea. But it might be a bit over for others. The pizza was a Mediterranean style one with a crispy thin base. Cheese and ketchup are the major ingredients of pizza and they play a vital role in uplifting the overall taste of pizza. For me, I prefer a little bit more cheese than ketchup as my taste buds are more sensitive to the latter. The proportion of cheese/ketchup was satisfactory. It would be better if there\'s more cheese. The salad was clean and fresh (Note: The toleranace of my tummy to contaminated food is quite low. It will \"alarm\" me within short time. This time, no alarm was received. That means the salad was clean.^o^) I forgot what kinda dessert it was. The size was small enough to satisfy my appetite of sweet food (sometimes size does not always matter). Quite a perfect ending of the whole set lunch. The main selling point was the price of the set lunch. You only need to pay $45 and you will get 4 things!! Talking about its environment, as Wildfire is situated inside the APM food court, the marks for this field should go to the management office/developer, i.e. SHK Property. The food court design has adopted a lot of natural light. Some tables are with a pergola type shelter over it. It\'s an enjoyable moment to have my lunch in an air-conditioned space while having a little sunshine at the same time.

我和男友一向都係幫親開海港城個間因為好食, 但因為執左而剛剛又去開觀塘區, 所以就食呢間, 我以為有幾間分店既食店應該係食物品質上唔會差別好大, 誰不知呢間真係好唔掂囉!我地每次都係叫兩個套餐, 一個pizza加一個意份, pizza焗得唔夠脆之餘又厚, 意份又唔夠橄欖油又細碟, 沙律只係粟米同tuna fish加小小生菜, 我自己都識整啦, 甜品只係jelly, 行貨都無人有, 所以我以後都唔會幫親呢間分店
