又想食生蠔!搵下荃灣有冇邊間餐廳有蠔食。呢間喺荃新天地二期,望落冷冷清清。我覺得特別係有個中東國籍叔叔喺門口彈住結他唱歌。講返食物先,我地叫左一個套餐+生蠔+意粉。生蠔揀$28法國生蠔,非常新鮮,3隻其實唔夠喉,不過留返下次再食啦。頭盤麵包個醬幾惹味,我食右邊嗰個吞拿魚味。其實好普通嘅野,但佢整得係好味。湯係南瓜湯。湯比較水,睇相會見到,味道正常,唔會水得黎勁淡冇味意粉叫左個蝦意粉,散叫嘅,太耐都唔記得係咩味,記憶中係正常野,味道唔差嘅意粉。然後係我最期待嘅主菜!鵝肝+牛。男朋友麻麻地鵝肝,所以大半舊都俾我KO左。正正常常,果然兩個人食ok,又牛又鵝肝真係搞唔掂,太油膩。最後係甜品,心太軟配雪糕。呢次食心太軟覺得有啲怪,因為配嘅係咖啡味雪糕,始終心太軟配雪尼拿雪糕先係perfect match 。人均消費大概300-400蚊左右,餐廳睇落比較噏耷,傢俬比較舊,唔知係咪因為咁所以冇乜人黎,加上我地比較早黎食飯。我地走嗰陣開始有客黎,但都係比較靜。野食正常,都唔錯。check返先知依家舖頭改左名,全部傢俬轉哂翻新,依家睇落光鮮好多,下次會去間新舖試下。 continue reading

假日甘啱同朋友去到荃新天地,機緣巧合下就試到呢一間餐廳,初頭俾佢的平價餐單吸引了。點知一坐低嘅時候,就已經發覺到餐廳內充斥着一陣非常之奇怪的味道,如果真的要我去形容,我只可以說是坑渠味,以及有一種濕濕粒粒的感覺。朋友叫了一個卡邦尼意粉,我就叫了蜆肉炒意粉。朋友的卡邦尼意粉,煙肉的部份改用了辣肉腸,個感覺,味道完全是另一回事。感覺整個意粉及辣肉腸是完全分開的兩回事,只可以說,當辣肉腸單獨進食是好味的。我的蜆肉炒意粉,就表現正常,味道偏淡,搞到我要落咗好多鹽同胡椒粉去調味。最搞笑的是,我從來未試過喺餐廳飲過一杯可以咁難飲的凍檸茶,茶味非常之奇怪,完全冇味道,只有顏色。我只可以說水吧的員工刀功必定非常之出色,因為每一片檸檬都比紙更薄。 continue reading

一早想試,但門牌寫住oyster bar令另一半一直不肯去,直至屋企人吃過早餐後,我抱住嘗試心態去帶另一半試。價錢不貴,午市套餐$48也有交易。我自己叫了香草魚扒飯,熱檸茶。點餐時要求多汁,賣相不差,汁也算可以,很香口,但我還覺得不夠多。魚扒比較乾,也較硬,近來要吃很林身的食物,最後一口魚扒已經吞不下去。環境非常舒適,門口也寫住通過檢測,吃得較安心。 continue reading

誤打誤撞入左呢間餐廳,真係有驚喜!叫左一打生蠔送左支白酒,生蠔真係好新鮮,好好食!揀咗四款唔同級數法國蠔,特別推薦女神和Gillardeau!兩款生蠔分別鮮甜同好creamy,同白酒真係好夾!店員好Nice,教我哋生蠔好食啲嘅食法,分辨Gillardeau真假,今次食生蠔真係學到好多嘢!店員、表演者同客人都有互動同交流,令餐廳氣氛唔錯,最鍾意係有真人彈結他唱歌,唯一美中不足嘅係餐廳嘅環境相對狹窄。 continue reading

今日主題是美中不足。原本計劃去溜冰,原來因為疫情關係,未開放俾公眾人士。只好用美食來彌補遺憾。我們2人將下午茶配搭到正餐,full set錦食,完全係平靚正。包含了前菜沙律,主食,甜品和飲品。最愛就是心太軟甜品,是黑朱古力,不會太甜,再配合咖啡味的雪糕,一冷一熱的配合超讚。重點,心太軟是流心的,有時候其他餐廳控制得不好,會做成實心,但這個不會。以$38的價錢包含飲品真係超值。全部加埋一都不超$150,已經食飽飽,2人share 食來做下午茶,已經非常好,會下次再去。 continue reading
