今晚諗唔到食咩,就去咗依間大排檔食對比起其他大排檔,呢度環境通爽,都幾乾淨,地下唔會濕笠笠黐笠笠,同埋坐得到舒服。第一碟上嚟嘅係蝦醬炒通菜,蝦醬味濃郁,唔會好鹹,食落啱啱好第二碟上嚟係生炒骨,比想像中幾酸吓,不過連埋啲肉一齊食,中和到,啖啖肉,份量都幾多。跟住就係椒鹽鮮魷,就咁食幾好食,個醬係生炒骨個汁黎,點完醬之後反而覺得唔夾,好似食緊咕嚕魷魚🦑茄子🍆牛仔骨原本睇個名伏伏地,點知上到嚟好惹味,送飯一流,茄子好食,入晒汁,牛仔骨拖過油,口感好正生炒牛肉飯一黎到已經好大陣炒焦左既焦味,跟住都試左一啖,滿口焦氣味第一次係大排檔會食到焦味炒飯整體小菜好食,炒飯唔得 continue reading

心血來潮,突然間想食乾炒牛河,好彩太太又肯陪我出嚟。 本來想去茶餐廳。 行去天樂里的途中,記得好久以前在樓上吃小炒, 老婆着條靚裙,但也不反對大排檔,所以和她上來吃晚餐。時間大約六點已經差不多坐滿。還有一張小枱給我們。馬上叫了乾炒牛河,椒鹽九肚魚及一支青島啤酒。太太喝一杯,真的是很relaxing 的事情。牛河份量足夠,非常夠鑊氣。少許油,預咗。炒得非常均勻。九肚魚炸得好乾身。隻碟食完係乾嘅。外脆內軟非常出色。再來一碟炒蜆。份量充足,成碟有兩隻有少許沙,但可以接受。沒有死蜆。服務很快手,餸菜都好快送上。見到有其他小炒都很多人叫。老婆說要帶埋阿女再來,吃田雞,蒸魚腸,及魚雲煲。坐的時候大約八點,已經出現人龍排隊。喝了三支啤酒,過了一個非常浪漫的晚上。 continue reading

之前跑了去九龍灣食大排檔,原本我平日經過的鵝頸熟食中心都有。榮記飯店 晚上時段非常熱鬧,感覺很地道。因為朋友經常來吃,所以就由她來點菜囉。上菜速度不算太慢。✨蒜蓉粉絲蒸大蟶子 (時價)看起來很吸引,但吃落就強差人意。蟶子近乎韌到咬不開,侍應說是因為要煮熟點怕客人拉肚子 ... 但舖面的粉絲又非常乾。✨脆皮炸大腸 ($98)脆是幾脆的,不過吃落有微微的腥味。🦑椒鹽魷魚鬚 ($78)沒怎吃到椒鹽味,炸粉不算太厚還好。🦀避風塘炒蟹 (時價)要說這頓飯最好吃的大概就是這蟹!兩隻蟹都幾大隻,肉質鮮美也有膏,而且炒得超香。每一口都很惹味,辣得很好吃。另外也有點到炒飯、炒菜和芥蘭,吃落普普通通沒有特別驚喜。最後埋單加上開了幾支啤酒,平均每人$250。朋友都有感食物質素比以前差了不少。 continue reading

去呢間野叫左三樣餸:咕嚕肉、椒鹽魷魚鬚、啫啫通菜煲。咕嚕肉都黎得快,但椒鹽魷魚鬚等成30分鐘先黎。問啲員工點解咁慢,佢地就話:炸野系要等耐啲架啦,等下啦後生仔。咩事?有時間串客人,無時間吹廚房?好野喎佢地,椒鹽魷魚鬚真係逐碟逐碟出,而唔係全部一齊炸。serve餐次序錯曬,後面個台黎先叫嘅野一樣,但比左佢地先,我地仲要等多15分鐘。都未完,啫啫通菜煲系要再等多半個鐘先有。本身已經諗住叫賣單,個煲野就上菜。一望落去,啫啫通菜煲啲肉連一兩都無,碟野仲要凍嘅,成隻手掂住個煲都唔覺熱。佢最好野嘅地方系半個鐘前佢地出到蝦醬通菜炒牛肉、鮮油炒通菜,一碟最basic嘅啫啫通菜煲都出咁耐。$234蚊三碟餸,前後食左1個鐘15分鐘,無下次🙏🏻🙏🏻 continue reading
