    今日天氣咁凍, 其實好想食煲仔飯, 不過真係好肚餓牙! 而且朋友有 d 唔舒服, 食粥比較啱佢, 次次黎呢度都係食粥, 都係朋友帶我黎, 話 d 粥好好食, 咁味道都唔錯係真, 我本身又唔多鐘意食果 d 腰牙, 膶牙, 咁又食少幾款野! 不過我最唔鐘意佢地果 d 油炸鬼, 鬼咁細碟, 得果半邊都已經要 6 個大洋, 而且又凍晒, 反而食果個鯪魚球好過! 腸粉又要等到 10 點先有, 次次時間都唔啱, 冇計!

    不過今次我試食佢既牛腩撈麵, 味道唔錯, 而且 d 牛腩又夠軟, 又入味, 29 蚊都算大碟! 我想試下食佢 d 碟頭飯, 不過有時候限制去到 9 點就冇, 下次我要放學行快 2 步去試!

    今日唔知做乜,行多幾步就肚餓,由油麻地掃到落佐敦,計埋點都有三四餐.

    原先打算去澳洲牛奶又或者麥文記,不過前者坐唔耐,後者食得太多,一於在附近逛逛.

    入夜後的佐敦,人氣依然暢旺,就在以前常坐車的地點找好了.

    金城多年來斷斷續續都光顧過不少次,食物水準始終是一般.

    晚上九時後,廚房便不再接單,雖然是通宵營業,但之後只不過售賣粥麵之類.

    bowl窩蛋牛肉粥 : 自從有人說生雞蛋有細菌後,都少了人要窩蛋,坊間的食肆,如非顧客要求,或是另加錢,多數不會主動提供.

    先翻翻粥底,將生雞蛋撥開,再呷一口,綿是夠綿,可是粥底有米香缺乏症,失敗,牛肉份量以二十二蚊一碗來說,總不能有太多要求,滑是夠滑,但給師傅幫幫手之後,肉味流失,可能自己有點期望,結果變成失望.

    p.s : 伙計快手快腳,有問必話,雖然有點漫不經心的態度,但有一種街坊感覺,總好過戴上面具扮有禮.

    只想食雲吞個 bowl

    先試湯底幾清, 無多餘的油份
    云吞皮幾薄,
    蝦和豬肉比例也配合, 但欠缺甘香味道
    麵質正正常常, 鹼水味不重, 味道只係真係一般
    以 $21係呢區食覺得有點貴

    油菜也是正常不過而已
    感覺地方都幾污, 應該無下次 sad

    點了泥鯭粥(男朋友的), 還有白粥(我的), 以及一個油炸鬼
    每樣都ok唔會難食, 最估佢唔到既係泥鯭, 真係好滑, 又無腥味!
    男朋友說, 下次再黎試下佢既田雞粥喎...er...都ok!
    我的白粥又是不錯之選, 唔會太淡口, 有少少滋味粥feel!

    最唔抵既就係碟切件油炸鬼, 要6蚊, 一孖都無呢...

    返完教會~約左朋友一齊去行街~
    但係要搵野醫下個肚先~
    之前同個FD講起依間野~不過都未黎食~
    所以今次決定黎依度食下~

    入到去~兩個人~唔難搵位~不過佢就真係幾多人同幾迫下~
    好彩有卡位先唔使同人迫~
    之後叫左兩個招牌細蓉(雲吞麵)~
    好快佢就黎左~一碗有四粒~
    D雲吞唔大唔細~岩岩好~成碗麵睇落亦幾好~
    所以即時飲啖湯先啦~最重要都係個湯ma~
    本身個湯睇落都幾清~點知~飲落都係覺得有D野~
    之後就開始食麵啦~都係差D~係就係有口感~不過唔彈牙~
    到食D雲吞個陣~蜃吞皮好薄~入面都好足料~
    但係D料就真係一般啦~都唔係好夠鮮味~
    食到最後~終於知道點解個湯睇落好清~但係飲落都係差D~
    因為佢真係畀左好多油落去~如果無咁多油會好好多~

    不過有機會都想試下佢其他野~雲吞麵就真係一般啦~
    但係都真係幾鐘意個伙計落單個陣大叫一聲「兩個蓉」個下~真係幾有feel的~

    食呢間係睇"飲xx女"....

    又話粥底鮮味..唔單止無...連味精都無...根本無味
    叫左泥鯭粥....但d 泥鯭好大條...係人都知大條既泥鯭又鞋又唔鮮味架啦...只可以用濃味醬汁蒸之...佢攞黎滾粥!!!!sadsadsad

    牛腩牛筋撈粗....太咸喇mad...用左黎送粥.........咸到 lung 呀!!!...麵好强梘水味,食一呢 d 牙已經'挖'哂sad

    白灼魚皮...呢樣最最最最最過份huffy...因為一坐低已經問"有無魚皮?..","有?一碟丫"...諗住呢 d 街坊小店咩錯得去邊,誰知望一望個價...$28....shocked...就在呢一條街圍住行一圈,都有三間賣同一樣野呀huffy..一間$15,一間$16,一間$17......金城賣 $28!!!!!!!...食味,份量方面亦唔覺有任何分別.....huffy

    人在佐敦, 肚餓但無胃口, lunch 決定食碗粥就算. 呢頭唔少粥店, 已食過鋮記 (http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1892133) 及新興棧 (http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1956761), 今次試試門口幾殘舊的金城.

    想食的腸粉要 10:00pm 後先有得供應, 唯有淨食「金城及第粥」($26) -- 粥底好稀, 味道淡口, 似「飲粥水」多過「食粥」喎; 配料以薄切豬心最好食, 質地爽口滑溜, 味道鮮甜, 正 lol 較厚切的豬膶淥得剛熟 (唔使驚, 無血水滲出來的), 爽口彈牙又鮮味, 一樣好好食; 豬粉腸好粉; 豬肚腍得嚟又不失咬口; 彈牙肉丸味道就較鹹.

    店外有點樣衰, 但店內衛生 ok 的.

    一碗招牌 (?) 收 $26, 雖然粥底麻麻, 但豬雜係幾好食, 值得試試的.

    又話好出名, 但d腸粉把鬼...好油...同d粉好厚...
    碟蝦腸...d蝦仲細隻過海皇粥店個d...
    食佢, 我寧願去海皇粥店

    d粥都尚算ok, 我試左個泥鯭粥
    d泥鯭係就係好鮮甜, 但只限條魚!
    碗粥, 除左有大量陳皮絲, 我真係乜味都食唔出

    豬手撈麵都係普通貨仔...

    最唔掂仲有係, 間舖好污糟...莫講話d碗筷, 張台, 手踭揩落去都感覺倒有油...

    呢間野既知名度, 睇怕都係做出黎, 又或者係...出名唔好食!

    果日我唔舒服, 男朋友話帶我去食粥, 佢知我鍾意食豬潤, 佢就極力推介我食金城, 結果真係冇令我失望, D豬潤真係好正, 好爽, D雞就一般啦!最唔開心係冇腸粉食, 個伙記話十點後先供應, 我地去食果時七點幾....未有耐有得食sad

    老牌粥店,粥是主角,心機時間火喉,不會太差,喜不喜只是個人口味問題吧!

    地方,無裝修可言,老牌夥記,毛筆寫的菜牌!

    叫了個豬潤魚片粥,粥底較稀,綿滑,米較小(溶了) ,有米香,味精更有!

    豬潤大塊無渣,算新鮮吧!!魚片普通,份量極小!!

    個人觀察,大多熟客都叫小炒客飯或炒粉麵飯,加送例湯,约29-36蚊,真抵,即叫即炒,又大碟,我這碗粥都24蚊啦,下次必吃!!

    都係怪自己無抄低,明明想試以魚粥作主打既「鋮記」,但就唔知點解入左「金城」shocked
    坐低左,睇睇下菜牌先知應該入錯店madmad 算吧~ 試碗粥就走吧....

    chopstick魚雲 + 魚腩粥﹕$ 32,由於落單時剛好是師傅們用膳的時段,所以都等左好一陣先有得食mad 粥來了~ 賣相不俗,比「和味」的靚仔lol 但食左一啖就覺得......唔係好對路mad粥底係就係夠稠,但一d都唔好味sadsad 唔識得點形容......只覺得好似有d怪怪地既味mad d魚又唔新鮮,完全無咩魚味,同「和味」比,簡係不入流tongue 真係唔係我既作風......食左唔夠一半就頂唔住shockedmad 浪費左d食物......但我都唔想架!!!

    同場仲加映 「媽媽生」與「睇場老大」講數......真係以為拍緊戲呀!!tongue

    年來常去附近的魚粥店吃粥,好像差點遺忘這間在白加士街垃圾站的舊愛"金城".

    剛吃罷串燒,只吃少少東西.來到已經大約晚上十一點,可以吃腸粉,來兩碟即拉的牛肉腸同叉燒腸.而另一友人尚未到位,就要多一碗魚片粥.

    老店風格的腸粉皮偏厚,咬落帶點點米香.口感也夠爽滑,同以前吃的水準差不多.如果胃口好一點,一定會來多一碗田雞粥,畢竟也吃了十年八年.友人看見有魚皮,又想吃,我說:{細份量也要成$30一客,貴呀.不如去七喜啦.}事實上早年亦領教過金城的魚皮,又的確沒有七喜的好.

    說到魚,想到一眾"新歡"如新興棧的魚粥,爆魚卜,又再流口水了.

    離開堂記, 好無癮咁行, 淨係想食腸粉, 咁有咩好食, 忽然師傅醒起呢間食店都話腸粉好得架喎, 於是就同好友食家"乜都放入窿"入去試一試啦!

    入到去都算多人, 不過兩兜友好易有位啫; 一坐底就睇下有咩好食, 先叫左兩碟腸粉, 有魚片腸粉同豬膶腸粉, 由於師傅從未試過呢度嘅腸粉所以都幾期待! 但由於試過呢度嘅雲吞麵, 所以都特意柯打番碗, 等好友食家"乜都放入窿"可以一試!

    等左一陣就有得食, 先試下豬膶腸粉, 豬膶又老又鞋, 一d都唔爽口, 仲有帶少少苦, 而腸粉又厚身, 口感其差, 失敗; 而魚片腸粉嘅魚片有骨, 加上幾腥, 一d都唔好味; 至於碗雲吞麵反而維持水準, 雲吞麵一碗有五粒, 雲吞唔算大粒但皮夠薄個餡都可以, 好細隻蝦仔不過就好爽口, 而麵好爽口彈牙, 煙煙韌韌好有口感, 係有少少鹼水, 湯底夠清味精唔算重, 得喎!

    最後唔信邪再柯打多一碟炸兩, 炸兩嘅油炸鬼又硬又韌, 好明顯係隔左幾晚, 加上腸粉本身好差, 所以成碟炸兩堪稱全枱最差, 失敗中嘅失敗!

    總括而言呢間食店質素真係唔算得, 除左雲吞麵可以外, 師傅大膽講句其餘嗰d係垃圾, 服務一般, 環境一般, 埋單幾多錢就唔記得左, 不過真係唔算抵食! 師傅黎過一次, 所以已經知道雲吞麵係得得地, 但其他野真係不知所謂, 呢餐垃圾宵夜亦不禁要向好友食家"乜都放入窿"洒個冧; 所以喊臉一定要比, 應該唔會有下次!

    因工作關係,又要一個人食野~~
    係openrice見到鋮記一品粥鋪好出名,mad但點知黎左金城~~ 個名太似啦tongue

    叫左個窩蛋牛肉粥,以前都未試過 粥加蛋。

    一望落去就知d粥有幾棉~~
    一食落去就知蛋同粥加埋係咁特別~~
    d牛肉都ok,份量剛剛好

    如果想食腸粉要到10:00pm先有呀!!

    下次要帶埋相機同叫腸粉~

    食過無數次,一路都好鍾意金城嘅豬膶腸粉同埋魚皮,腸粉早嚟係冇得食嘅,要夜晚十點後先有,所以每次都係嚟宵夜,呢次係佢火燭之後第一次嚟,我哋叫咗:
    chopstick 爽脆魚皮:水準最穩定,實食!魚皮一啲腥味都冇,好鬼彈又好爽,薑蔥豉油好香,仲有芝麻同花生助興,非常精彩!mad
    chopstick 豬膶腸粉:啲皮同伴食嘅豉油差咗!淨係豬膶冇變,唔得喎!皮冇以前咁薄咁晶瑩剔透,有啲厚,食落真係太多粉嘞;豉油亦冇以前咁香咁甜,以前浸極都唔會好似而家咁由佢浸住會好鹹!sad

    喺度至愛嘅腸粉唔知會唔會變番好呢?都會再嚟希望再食到以前味道嘅腸粉,至少都比多次機會佢,唔係又少一樣嘢食架啦!
