晚上好友們約了在這聚餐,說這裡的食物新鮮和高質,是開了19年嘅老店。這店非常近宋皇台地鐵站,由地面出口步行3分鐘左右就到,另外有巴士站,所以吃飽後,晚上回家也很方便。看看最新的菜單: 湯底選了香茜皮蛋和節瓜鱆魚。前菜是有泰式菜常用的青木瓜(用醋醃過,爽口和酸甜味)(下圖中),採用青木瓜可能是因為這餐廳的週邊都有挺多泰式菜,令這前菜富有特色,因平常去中式茶樓打邊爐都是用花生和酸菜做前菜。點湯底後,朋友首推安格斯肥牛因牛味濃郁,厚質適中,不是薄切,每次來都必食。嚮鈴和墨魚滑都是必點。點了菜後,待應隨即給了我們調味盤,有新鮮蒜、炸蒜、新鮮辣椒粒、辣醬和蔥粒。點餐後的十分鐘內,火鍋和食物陸續送到,都挺有效率。香茜皮蛋有豆腐附送,都有四块左右,味道較清淡,節瓜鱆魚較濃味,有很香的鱆魚乾,令整個湯底都有出味的鱆魚香氣。菜青翠爽口。安格斯肥牛果然是好的推介,肉質滑嫩,牛味足!墨魚滑和餃子有驚喜,前者非常彈牙,也食到有粒粒墨魚肉;後者足料,菜是碧綠色,也有帶子粒在內,皮薄餡滿~黑毛豬也有水準,肉片厚度適中。還想食多點,所以叫了封門柳,也是質量上佳之品。熟了後是心型的,和伴侣食都有點意外的情趣。 continue reading

餐廳環境舒服而且私隱度高,適合三五知己恰下恰下,傾下心事。蕃茄牛柳粒湯底濃濃既蕃茄味,味道清甜。配料有蕃茄粒、牛柳粒、豆腐好豐富。牛柳粒邊位有d膏,肉質冧身,好味🤤豉味醬打邊爐一定要試呢款醬汁:類似XO醬,味道超香濃。黑毛豬肉片油脂分布適中,簡單滾熟後便可,肉質嫩滑。大邊爐四色餃好誇張,其中一款餃子係有帶子及菠菜;另一款則有大大隻嘅蝦肉混豬肉,讚👍椒鹽大蝦🍤兩隻哈哈真係好大隻,將蝦蝦炸後好香脆。椒鹽味好重,蝦肉彈牙。椰青打邊爐,通常都會口渴飲椰青一定解渴,而且仲有好多椰肉,口感豐富。 continue reading

嚟到九龍城唔一定係食泰菜,仲有其他好選擇。今次就去左試大邊爐,一間老字號嘅打邊爐,裝修比較懷舊香港style,地方整潔企理👍🏻👍🏻天氣一涼返少少就full booking,真係唔可以睇少香港人熱愛打邊爐嘅威力🤣🤣🤣🥘自制沙爹湯底湯底自家調制,唔會太鹹,濃郁得嚟又夠惹味,湯底伴隨住花生粒,食落更加香口😋😋🐮封門柳手切封門柳十分新鮮,肉味濃郁,封門柳本身冇咩脂肪,但肉質軟腍,所以超好食,淥一淥就食得,加埋沙爹湯底簡直係絕配😝😝😝手打墨魚丸墨魚丸真係手打,粒粒好彈牙,真材實料,冇加過量嘅粉😛😛🥗西洋菜打邊爐必備嘅菜,西洋菜吸哂沙爹湯底同肉汁嘅精華,而且菜本身唔韌,好快就食完一兜😆😆 continue reading
