629雞蛋仔隱身於新蒲崗舊工廠區附近,估唔到呢啲地方都出到咁嘅美食。呢度嘅雞蛋仔即叫即整,冇話一餅餅放晒嚮度等人嚟買,所以會夠熱夠脆夠新鮮。其出色之處在於:一)夠脆,而且粒粒都脆,二)夠味,蛋奶香俱備,三)外脆內軟,脆皮之下有少少空心,故成其脆,而空心之餘又有軟處,質感算係洽到好處。值得推薦! continue reading

最近每個週末都會帶小友到新蒲崗區內的工廈內上興趣班。中間的間場時候一個人在附近四處逛,逛逛下給我發現了這間專賣雞蛋仔及格仔餅的店子....喵到經常性在門外有人排隊買。愛吃的我當然也不會執輸,跟著大隊排埋一份....在這兩種食品中,個人較喜歡格仔餅多一些。最大的原因固之然是那以大量煉奶、牛油、砂糖及花生醬混合起來弄成的醬料帶來的吸引力....要吃好的格仔餅,有耐性是必要有的條件。等個五至十分鐘左右的時間換來一份珍味,絕對是值得花的光蔭....格仔餅看上去相當的夠件頭,厚度我小看也有一至兩吋多。嗅起來滿有蛋香的;接著用雙手拿著餅用囗咬,醬料便馬上從手指夾縫漏了出來.....格餅是要這樣吃才過癮的嘛....不要看那餅好像很厚實,咬下去卻是外脆而內軟綿;蛋的香味亦一如嗅到的頗為濃烈;而甜度也調得不會太輕也未覺太濃厚。配合起那偏甜的醬料來一起吃,對我來說是至高無上的享受....許多人說在筲箕灣港鐵站旁的那間小店做出來的格仔餅很好吃。小弟當然也試過....但對我而言,這裡的餅的水準是比這名店高出一皮也不止....下次來時,一定要試它的雞蛋仔了.... continue reading

難得放假,當然要食番啲自己平時好少食既野啦!上次食完雞蛋仔,今日就食番底格仔餅先!佢地既格仔餅比起平時食既有啲唔同,佢地既格仔餅係超厚!!!!而且湊熱食仲好脆!!醬料落得剛剛好,唔會太多漏晒出來,又唔會太少令到塊餅淡而無味!真係厚到個口都唔夠大去食!熱食仲係好脆的,但如果凍咗就會開始變淋。就會好似同平時食個啲無咩分別,只係厚啲咁解。 continue reading

下午茶時段想食小小野,想到格仔餅一定會選擇629雞蛋仔。這裡的格仔餅是厚身版,格仔大,嘴細d都咬唔晒!格仔餅$15,即叫即整,大約等3-4分鐘,外脆內軟,醬料份量也適中。個人認為這間在新蒲崗算是最好味的格仔餅! continue reading

老闆真系好用心做架. 有好多唔同味道, 有椰絲啦, 有朱古力啦, 有蒜香啦, 有花生啦, 真系好多唔同味道, D花生仲系你落ORDER時先加入去, 粒粒好有口感. 仲唔系細細粒個隻, 今次試咗原味, 原味好有雞蛋香味, 聽老闆講落咗好多雞蛋, 又唔會太甜. 個黑白芝麻都系落ORDER時先加入去, 真系一匙匙你睇住加入去的. 嘩! 焗出來好香芝麻味但又食到雞蛋仔味道. 價錢都算OK, 我食過有D話幾出名的雞蛋仔仲要系原味個隻又貴又唔好食. 另外見到有格仔餅, 旁邊有人食緊. 嘩!又大又厚真抵食, 旁邊個人話好好食. 下次我都要試下. continue reading
