* To start with all the staff were moody.

* There was a loud generator in the background. The generator was so loud you could not hear yourself think nor the person next to you speaking.

* My main dish was dumped on my table 10 minutes after I had sat down, I was not any given cutlery and had to ask another server for some.

* The plate was still wet from being washed and looked as if the dish had just been dumped on the plate.

* Besides the appalling appearance of the dish my garlic bread was dumped on my table 5 minutes later (cold).

* I had 2 mouthfuls and decided that was more than enough, the taste was ghastly. I didn't wait for the soup to arrive, I left.

* Am now in the process of writing an official complaint to head office.

wow..randomly decided to give this fast food chain a visit.

Ordered Honey Grilled Chicken wings, Cream of Mushroom soup with puff pastry, Chicken & Sweetcorn spaghetti and a Spinach Groupa spaghetti.

1) Seriously, visited this restaurant just because the Honey Grilled Chicken wings were very tasty in accordance to my and my girlfriends taste-buds Absolutely delighted.

2) Cream of mushroom soup was pretty normal and tasted a little bit out of Campbell's soup and the puff pastry was very buttery and crispy to go with the soup.

3) Chicken and sweetcorn spaghetti: the dish was a bit dry in terms of the sauce wasn't enough and tasted quite salty

4) Spinach Groupa spaghetti: this dish was much better than the chicken & sweetcorn as the sauce was plentiful and not dry at all BUT yet again, it was quite salty.

To be honest, it's a fast food restaurant so couldn't proivde much comments, which I think it's average for a quickie.

Honey Grilled Chicken wings for the win

I'm a fool. I seem to expect good service whenever I eat out at something more upmarket than a chaa chaan teng or a dai pai dong.

It started with the 6pm entrance - we walked in and I announced to the waiter in red (named R***) that i wanted a table for two. He looked right at me as he continued walking towards me, and then right past me, failing to acknowledge my presence. It was then that my dinner partner advised me we should simply choose our own table.

We ordered at the counter, then chose the table right at the entrance and waited. No problem. The problem was R*** walking behind us back and forth talking on his mobile phone......

The food arrived. My partner's spahetti was forgettable, saved only by her copious sprinkling of parmesan cheese and Tobasco sauce.
My half-order of pizza fared marginally better. The winner hands-down was the cheese-covered mussels. There's always a danger of them losing their original taste when caked in a topping, but the cheese fell right off (I guess it isn't supposed to, but it ensured the steamed mussels retained their original flavour).

Back to the counter I went to order. A gentleman in black took my dessert order. He asked me questions to confirm. He advised that the bread pudding which I wanted would take 40 minutes (hence my decline). He interacted with me! SERVICE!!! So, we settled on a cake and a pancake.

Then R*** appeared. Since we were seated right next to the cake display, we watched aghast as he slid open the cake door with MY PLATE, then proceeded to use HIS FINGERS to place the cake on to the plate! But I can't blame him totally - I didn't see any utensils for him to use. That explains why each cake was individually wrapped in clear plastic......

No surprise, the banana pancake was fattened by cheap cream, but at least there was banana inside the pancake too - the two slices on the outside were just to whet my appetite. (Hey, Das Gute, why don't you try that too?) The cheesecake also was slightly above average, but the strawberry itself was wonderful.

The menu looks attractive and the prices are reasonable, so we will be back...but only after R*** quits.

pasta was served on aluminum foil plates! is this a fast food restaurant (the price certainly suggested otherwise)!? totally unacceptable!

my cod fillet pasta had 3 piece of tasteless fillet in it with tonnes of cream sauce that stick to my mouth when i ate @@. The pasta was soggy. disgusting.

my friend's pasta was also tasteless and again filled with loads of cheese and sauce. I would say the food taste like XHIX is an understatement.

The meals doesnt come with drinks which have to be ordered separately. We asked them for water. However water was only refilled upon repeated requests. They had to take our cups to the counter for refill and at that point we had no way to know if the cups got mixed up after giving back to us.

stay away from this restaurant at all cost!!! even once was too many.

they have different type of pizza, the best pizza is acrid sausage pizza~~
i can buy half of pizza for myshlef or buy whole one to share!!
the dessert and cake have special flavor, but cheese cake is best chose~
the coffee test also great too~
