    六位女士每月又舉行飯局, 今次食中餐啦!

    叫了六人餐:

    1.醉豬手–竟然幾好食, 酒味唔太重, 皮爽, 筋肉也爽.

    2.海哲–很爽, 一向喜歡食它.

    3.炒鱔糊–少許油, 但算多鱔.

    4.百頁小棠菜–ok, 清清淡淡, 但百頁成舊黏在一起.

    5.炒蝦球–爽但不鮮, 汁酸辣.

    6.小籠包–汁多但與肉都不算鮮甜.

    7.魚香茄子石頭飯–不算辣, 但也有至愛的飯焦.

    8.附送紅豆沙–豆還豆, 水還水, 無甜味, 差.

    9.另加高力豆沙–熱辣辣, 豆沙唔太甜, ok的.

    lunch time同同事食飯,平時一向唔好中式食品o既我,為左social,所以就頂硬上la...
    其實食物都ok o既,只係個人黎講不嬲都唔鍾意食呢d野...
    我地叫左4樣野...
    先講個上海粗炒,其實係ok好食o既...不過就好油law...
    個石頭飯就一般la...但感覺上無咁油,所以我prefer呢個多過個粗炒...
    鍋貼...一般啫...
    反而個牛肉餅唔錯,好香好多汁...正!!

    尋晚落咗尖沙咀搵友人I食飯,例牌又係我諗去邊度食飯啦,因為I都無乜所謂既,等到佢九點放工出嚟,都唔係咁肚餓,於是便行陣街先。I提議去新港中心行街街,好多舖頭都已經閂晒,行埋it就去咗“儂”食飯嘞,費事太夜食飯變肥妹呀。

    曾經聽過有朋友話好味,有朋友話普通,自己就未試過,一心諗住點都要試一次既心態,就走咗入去幫襯囉。

    侍應姐姐安排妥當,我哋兩人坐卡位檯,好鬼舒服。先嚟個前菜,辣辣哋,幾好食。今次點了:

    1. 小籠包- 一般
    2. 菘子榨菜肉末加叉子燒餅- 普通,菘子榨菜肉末食唔晒,叉子燒餅唔夠熱唔夠脆
    3. 雞絲粉皮- 呢樣算係最好食,不過都係無乜特別
    4. 擔擔麵- 我哋要少辣,湯底無乜味道,麵質亦唔彈牙,不過夠大碗,都係食唔晒

    原來真係麻麻地咋!

    挾著好評四十餘,周日晚殺到此京川滬菜館,帶走的卻是涸爆的喉嚨。

    無論是小菜炒飯或湯類,這店的菜都好像鹽錢的大灑鹽花味精花,咸度處於甚高的水平,那個砂鍋津白,同桌十人只有一兩人能整碗嚥下。

    就算不計咸,這裡的菜式無論價錢和味道也只是中規中矩,較佳的片皮鴨,薄餅也嫌厚了一點,償不了熱烘的事實。

    另一間封面唔對內容的店,好評四十餘,是因為我不識食,還是錯過了它水準最高之時?

    這裏太多菜都非常油,比起金滬庭出品,好似石頭飯太多油很多點心太多油,叉子燒餅不鬆化,小籠包皮太厚,片皮鴨鴨餅太乾太硬,片皮鴨鴨皮不太脆,前菜分魚太硬有魚骨,雞絲粉皮醬汁同雞絲太少,素鵝皮不太脆,肴肉不夠通透,脆鱔不脆太乾,小菜太多不得,例如韮黃鱔,蔥爆羊肉,松子雞米,炸菜肉未,糖醋同糟溜魚片太咸,沙鍋雲吞雞太淡,蝦子大烏參汁太少太濃,油淋脆皮雞皮不脆肉不熟、各式小棠菜不淋,黃魚同桂花魚不新鮮。

    2nd time going there. 7:30 pm 只有三分之一滿

    Ppl\' started coming in at later time ( 8:30 pm)

    7 ppl\' , nearly $600

    龍井, 人蔘烏龍(甘甜)

    雪菜炒年糕

    蔥爆羊肉

    魚香茄子石頭飯(比較油膩)

    义子燒餅( 燒餅was not very 脆) with 雞,松子仁.

    生煎包( VERY 油膩)

    with 2 more other dishes. forgot their names.

    高力豆沙( too oily )

    one more dessert


    Maybe because of its convenient location- TST, many yougsters went there. THere were also some tourists ( foreigners )there.

    4個人去左食dinner:
    燻魚, 有骨o既!!吉親我個口!!
    芝麻脆鱔,最好味;口感似合桃
    小籠包,個皮太厚好粉!!
    豆沙鍋餅, 好厚皮!!
    雞絲粉皮,極少雞!!
    蔥爆牛肉石頭飯,唔好味,D飯又唔焦,牛肉又冇味又"梅"
    酒釀丸子,好味;不過米極少!

    好彩服務搭夠;態度不俗
    加上蔥爆牛肉石頭飯係送o既,如果唔係就一定唔止呢個價錢

    b表弟的一個電話,造就了今晚的飯局,即時連絡弟妹,大表妹,到差不多要出門時,妹妹亦有兩位朋友加入,想起今日是節日,又選了去尖沙咀吃飯又未定吃那一間,妹妹想起新港中心有間上海菜,就叫弟弟他們先去看看情況,估不到他回覆說不用等位也並不多人,我們亦不多想就叫他們選定這間好了,這裡的環境真的幾好,雖然枱與枱之間都排得密,但並不感到有壓迫感而且坐得幾舒服,還有卡位最適合2-4人暢聚,來到b表弟告知L表弟會來,亦估不到連平日很少參與我們聚會的細表妹也會來,好在表弟他們取到這張枱都足夠我們9人坐.

    今晚點了以下幾款餸菜:
    1.小籠包(3籠)~第一次吃到這麼多湯汁的小籠包,而且不會穿皮,陷料清甜,真的好好味,值得推介
    2.鍋貼(2客)~味道幾清甜,但大家覺得小籠包會好味些
    3.五香薰魚~甜甜地幾好味
    4.風沙鷄(半隻)~肉質不夠嫩滑,香味不足,一般啦
    5.芙蓉玉帶~蛋白炒帶子,帶子並不鮮甜,味道普通
    6.蒜香豆苗~份量好少,一般水準
    7.北京炒拉麵~韮皇炒麵,簡單配料幾清淡
    8.魚香茄子石鍋飯~味道香濃都好味
    9.椒鹽軟殼蟹~起初點菜時問了侍應份量,她說有兩隻不過可能好細,夠一人一啖吧!沒想到上枱時侍應捧著一大碟子,有兩大隻軟殼蟹,表弟他們爭先拿起筷子,好香的蒜頭味,軟殼蟹炸到又香又脆而且啖啖肉,總之就是好味道
    10.百葉棠菜~小棠菜幾清爽,百葉就毫無味道覺得麼麼地

    吃到差不多完,妹妹同她的朋友提議玩個遊戲,輸了還可把剩下少少的餸菜吃掉,絕不浪費,這個遊戲名叫"夢蘿,麗沙"在遊戲過程中,大家都捧腹大笑,就這樣在吃吃喝喝,談談笑笑中,又渡過一年的聖誕節.

    因為屋企人鍾意嚟依度食飯,所以都嚟過幾次晚飯,因為貪佢環境好同唔洗點等位,其實佢哋d食物質素都不錯,服務又好,但唔明點解生意都好似唔係太好咁,次次都唔洗等位的,所以座耐d,慢慢食或談天都唔會話黑你面,要你哋快d走咁,食過的食物種類不是太多(因為食嚟食去都係嗰幾款),但可以保持水準,賽螃蟹,小籠包(好味),香酥鴨,砂鍋雲吞雞等都可以一試,特別係個小籠包.入面d湯汁好好味.

    周日晚上,二人點了︰北京炒拉面、紅油抄手、生煎包、烤夫、石頭窩蔥爆牛肉及龍井。
    整體食物於水準之下,多油、多味精,牛肉用了太多鬆肉粉,紅油抄手及生煎包的豬肉餡鬆散得緊要,紅油抄手的餡還未熟透,退回給侍應生。
    數月前還是可以的,想不到如今食物質數竟如此。

    上星期五和男友出街,去左'儂'
    見佢門面幾好,在門口睇左2人set的menu ok, 就入去了.
    環境幾好,服務員很足夠,常常加水,但食物就一般,要辣的不夠辣,無一樣有深刻印象.
    以這個價錢,我覺得銅鑼灣的金滬上海飯店好味好多.

    好耐之前黎過,再重溫0下先......

    同男友2人點左:
    1)砂鍋雲吞雞--佢有幾個size,我地要左最細0既例牌,湯幾清,雲吞好味!!
    2)小籠飽--不過不失咁la
    3)紅油抄手---都係不過不失咁la

    要求唔太高的話,呢度係比較容易搵到位0既食肆,食物質素比以前差了點,
    價錢算相宜,不過唔會有咩驚喜

    小妹妹同事生日, 她要求要吃酸辣麵, 在甚無選擇之
    下, 又再去光顧

    叫了一個人蔘烏龍, 完全無味道的, 比淡壽味更淡, 花了$9一個人......

    叫了一客酸辣麵, 味道尚算不錯, 麵有咬口份量多, 湯的酸味充足小量辣味, 但料只得很少,只有蛋花及小量木耳.

    煎餃油得很, $18五隻都平價, 但是一咬開入面的全部都是油, 見到都不想吃

    小籠包不錯, 皮薄但夾起都不會爛, 包內的湯都清而甜, 肉質有點爛爛的, 不好吃.

    醉雞都不錯, 雖然不太醉, 但是雞的肉都很滑及厚肉, 不錯的

    是次坐在卡位, 光線射進來都感覺不錯, 但食物水準再下降的話, 便不會再來了
