Yesterday is Valentine's so dont want my mom to cooking for me. Therefore, just go a restaurant nearby us, finally, we picked "Blue Bird".

We ordered, Abalone sashimi and 章紅Sashimi- fresh and served cold and even serve on ice.

Then we order salmon head served with hot-port, grilled fish, here must say, the grilled fish had very good taste and charged only $28 although take long time for it. But worth to wait cos' really juicy and yummy for the grilled fish.

Next, we order additional 2 dishes sushi with crab cole sushi & salmon sushi. The sea-weed for the crab cole sushi really good and crispy, the sushi rice is really good that did add vinegar when the rice ready. Therefore, we placed additional order for the salmon sushi again.

Finally, we order soba in hot soup. The sashimi chef recommend us to take half portion instead of regular portion. He is really concerned to us, not only taking money from us. Yes, we all feel too full after taking the soba in hot soup. The soup itself is clear color but not too strong...we all like it.

We did not eat dessert there last night due to limit selection they had yesterday. Although the resturant is full house, the manner they served at the same. Very polite....

Total: HK$212.00 for the bill.

Honestly, we don't eat much sushi, but 2 set sashimi plus other hot dishes. We feel so great after dinner there.

Blue Bird is highly recommend to all of you if you live nearby. Trust me, you won't disappointed and worth to try. (good food, good customer services and cheap all in all)
