難得大埔墟街市入面有一間平民得來又傳統嘅手工點心店,梗係要去得閒同屋企人飲個茶食點心☺️雖然去到都坐滿曬,但係只要姐姐總會搵到位比你😆,好快就有位👏🏻.🍚豉汁排骨飯($18) 鳳爪(+$1)呢個係必叫‼️排骨唔似出面食嘅,食落似係新鮮排骨,肥瘦適中唔會話淨係一味肥膏😝啲飯係蒸個時吸收晒排骨嘅精華,食完仲encore多碗😋不過覺得加鳳爪得一隻有啲sad,想食可以另外叫一籠會開心啲😂🐓四寶雞扎($14)抵食之選,一碟有兩舊雞扎,有芋頭、雞髀肉、蟹柳。雞髀肉好入味,又唔會好鞋。芋頭都蒸得啱啱好😋🦐蝦餃($14)相對其他呢個就有啲失色,雖然餡料有好多同埋味道都好鮮甜,不過個皮就厚左啲,整體冇咁好食😗.🥢燒賣($14)呢個價錢仲要比四粒手工燒賣,味道雖然冇特別出色,但係食得出係手工製,覺得值得大家都可以嗌嚟試下😚順帶一提,啲茶都好有驚喜,以性價比嚟講,真係滾水茶靚🫖.評分:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5人均:$40-60.📍 林記點心 (大埔)大埔鄉事會街8號大埔墟街市及熟食中心2樓CFS08-09號舖

林記~ 真心有啲就點心唔係正統,味道OK,點心$10 ~$14嘅價錢,茶錢$3@1個,真係對得住有餘,成班公公婆婆喺飲茶食嘢吹水,眼見好似仲開心過去大嘅酒樓,幫班後生等位嘅公公婆婆~今日我叫左雞札~ 味道ok 有朋友曾話用蟹柳喎,你都岩?$14 你想點?蝦餃 ~ 皮唔厚,味道偏淡 ,ok 嘅 ,但皮爆開魚翅餃 ~ 正常啦 比起坊間細少少雞絲粉卷 ~個料同 魚翅餃 一樣,粉皮冇過火,冇爆 整體味道上嚟講 唔錯嘅 ~ 但如果你有比較執着嘅朋友就唔係好建議你介紹佢去

而家手工點心買少見少,難得呢間小店仍然堅持凌晨時段開工做點心,阿姐話佢凌晨四點鐘開工佢都唔係話唔得人驚,真心敬佩。因為坐得遠,阿姐好好人話攞啲點心俾我哋慢慢揀,佢攞咗八樣,我哋兩個人就話全部要晒,費事咁重叫佢攞嚟攞去啦,本來仲想叫腸粉,不過阿姐話食晒先再叫,如果唔係凍咗會冇咁好食,真係細心。咁多樣嘢之中最好食係蝦餃,細細粒,餃皮夠薄,有時WU係好鍾意食嗰啲巨型蝦餃,食咁大粒蝦不如我直接食鮮蝦好過啦,蝦餃就係蝦肉筍絲同埋膠皮嘅混合味道。燒賣都唔錯,傳統燒賣上面加啲蟹籽,餡料撈得唔錯。鵪鶉蛋燒賣都OK,最主要係入面粒肉新鮮彈牙唔會霉霉地嘅感覺。山竹牛肉、鳳爪同埋鮮竹卷就正常水準,都好食嘅。鴨腳炸舊芋頭就唔夠粉,雞扎無啦啦加條蟹柳就有啲奇怪。整體唔錯,可以encore。

扺食,四款點心每款 $14,茶位$5⋯ 食品質素緊隨其價錢。佢客似雲來,理論上啲點心應該好新鮮,腸粉見到係一路賣一路整,但係鴨腳扎啲芋頭竟然係有截係乾身,百思不得其解。蝦餃係用$20一斤嗰啲細蝦,但係都有蝦味,有人搣埋殼俾你食,重想點?見到好多人都係點盅頭飯,可能嗰啲先係好嘢。店員同老客戶關係好。聽到有店員問:阿伯你凍唔凍啊,凍我就閂細啲個風扇~ 🥰剛好食到汗流浹背嘅我,成個變定格⋯ 好在阿伯話:唔凍唔凍 😄

星期六下晝兩點鐘嚟到竟然好多嘢都賣晒,好辛苦先至搶到以下嘅點心:燒賣:呢間嘅燒賣真係唔錯,因為自家製所以d肉好新鮮。魚翅餃:而家好似好少地方食得到,係細個嘅味道,最鍾意食個餃子餅整到好薄嘅皮,即係好似魚翅嗰塊。牛肉腸:牛肉就普普通通啦,不過佢個腸粉皮好好食,唔會林pat pat。豉汁蒸排骨:啲排骨偏瘦,幾好。反而蒸飯就仲有好多,不過都係得兩款,分別係排骨飯同埋肉餅飯,因為已經叫咗蒸排骨所以就揀咗肉餅食。
