To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日得7度,約朋友食lunch,真係想搵啲熱食中環真係太多人，所以行到去上環永吉街小雨天小鍋米線,真係不停encore嘅快食。今日order小辣 ，配菜首選滑雞，全部都冇骨，仲要係好滑口👍。另外牛丸都係唔錯。辣唔會太過份食完即刻 warm 返曬

小雨天 (永吉街)上環永吉街21-27號誠興商業大廈地下A號舖 坐港鐵上環站E1出口，步行兩分鐘就到：）舖位寬闊，店員很熱情招呼入坐，地方大眾化😁酸辣紅薯粉可選： 大 中 小辣或唔辣窩底配有: 炸醬 酸菜 花生 芫茜蔥自選餸料每款另加 八元我要了中辣；酸辣紅薯粉，加雲吞， 麵上放滿了花生正合喜歡的客人湯底酸辣味(可以自行加辣醬)，紅薯粉有彈性夠煙韌和爽口，非常之美味雲吞皮比較厚一啲，份量也足夠食完 一碗薯粉； 叫了一杯出名的凍檸茶，非常之滿足

這裏的豬骨湯麵好好味！原條豬骨食完後可以連骨頭內骨髓都食埋🤣。另外蠔仔肉碎湯飯都好正！今次食這間平民價米線，無餸米線或薯粉只需33蚊，加6蚊就可以配一個餸，如此類推⋯⋯個人覺得滑雞、滑牛、墨魚丸、大腸及餃子都幾好的配料選擇。滑牛小鍋米線 $39不過呢次牛肉肉質差咗少少，唔夠滑米線質感一如以往，都算保持到水準，不會過淋身或未煮熟湯底方面都幾好，要了小辣，有足夠芫荽蔥等等，但略嫌芽菜少了一點，而且湯底肉碎不是新鮮豬肉有點失望。

上環分店有兩間，分別在士丹利街和永吉街，兩家我都吃過，但就覺得這間較為好吃，而且位置充足，人流較少，疫情下更較安心。餐廳主要是出名小鍋米線或紅薯粉類，餃子和骨湯飯都很好吃，特別是餃子，餡料飽滿，調味適中，加醋吃可以減油膩感。但我大多是來享用酸菜牛腩飯，餐廳自家調味的酸菜咸度適中，酸味亦不搶喉，還有加入辣椒，酸甜中帶辣勁，特別惹味，配飯更加吃得出原味道和增加香濃感覺，牛腩入味，不會太多肥膏，亦至少有4-5塊，但稍為細件。配菜還有冬菇，菇味濃郁，令米飯增加香味。這個飯的醬汁特別惹味，而酸菜是主角，令整個飯生色不少。光是酸菜已足夠拌全個飯，下次會試酸菜雞翼飯，感覺更為美味。

係附近食完晏唔夠飽，見到有淨水餃食就入去試下。叫左8隻韮菜豬肉水餃 $44 ，食咗兩隻先記得影相😂 淨水餃無跟湯，跟湯好似會好食啲。講返隻水餃先，大隻嘅，多料，皮唔算厚，都幾煙韌，但係冇湯就會有啲黐口。韭菜香口，出面食過有啲唔知係咪放喺雪櫃太耐所以冇晒味。點落醋食，正👍🏻
