Simple is always good! Boiled salted ox-tongue, slow-cooked (boiled/simmered) until very tender, similar in flavor to beef brisket! Tasty and meaty! 中環區午餐, 要吃得好的HK$500大有餐廳在, 要普通的HK$50以下都太難, HK100左右這個算"實惠"的價錢而又很不俗的, 相信這裡是其中一間。 中環區午餐的特點是一定要訂位, 好在我預先訂了位, 不至於要和我同時來到而又沒有訂位的食客一起等位。tongue 先來餐包, 很不錯, 大大個又香軟, 暖暖的。smile羅宋湯亦足料, 濃淡適中, 讚! 朋友的茄汁豬扒飯, 賣相很不錯, 豬扒味美。我的葡國雞飯, 上桌時很熱, 葡汁很不錯, 只是雞件全都是雞胸, 較"鞋口"。最後連飲品, 這個價錢這個質素, 很不俗。smile
