I love Hutong! I've been there three times total, every time someone from abroad visits me. Maybe I like it so much because it is indeed Chinese food suitable for Westerners. Everyone has loved it so far! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful night in Hu Tong. Our favourite dish of the night was 京城羊肉. It was tender, juicy with right amount of lamb taste (not too "so"), the top layer was very crispy! Oy my goodness. I hadnt seen my sister for more than 20 years. I took her to Hu Tong for a special reunion dinner. And what happened?
