今日約了一家之煮睇話劇,睇之前要食晚飯,一家之煮說,她要食生牛肉河,小妹當然聽命啦~ 所以就去到越朝,試試它的生牛肉河啦~六時到達,餐廳只是半滿,所以沒有訂枱也可以輕易入座~ 晚餐的選擇也不少,粉麵可配一份小食,另外還有飲料,價錢頗相宜,所以我們點了兩份晚餐來分食~當然少不了生牛肉河啦~ 湯頭頗清甜,河粉滑溜,半生熟的牛肉稍稍浸在湯中就熟透,肉質有咬口,不錯~香茅豬扒撈檬,豬扒雖然其貌不揚,但鬆軟而富有香茅味,檬粉加點魚露,跟蔥花、花生碎、醃蘿蔔等伴在一起,酸甜開胃~ 小食方面,我們點了一份上湯時菜跟一份越式春卷~今日的時菜是菜心,清甜爽口,補充纖維是最好!! 越式春卷一客三條,外層炸得香脆可口,餡兒不黏糊,蘸上甜酸汁同食,也不錯~眼闊肚窄的我們,另外又單點了一份軟殼蟹米紙卷~ 一客四件的米紙卷,晶瑩剔透,入口煙韌,除了炸得香脆惹味的軟殼蟹外,用了紅蘿蔔、醃蘿蔔及生菜作餡兒,清新爽脆,而且可以減低炸軟殼蟹的油膩感,美味呀!餐飲我們只點了熱檸水,好消消膩,質素還可以~是晚的越.美味,就這樣~~ 電話:2366 8868 continue reading

Pho Yum was extremely average. It wasn't good, it wasn't horrible. With the line even after lunch hour, I thought it would be amazing. I ordered the Vietnamese sausage as an appetizer and I was not impressed by the abundance of grease and oil on the sausages. All I could taste was grease in my mouth. The pork chop vermicelli was good. The pork chop was tasty and crispy, and the vermicelli had a nice texture to it. However, don't expect great service as its typical "dai pai dong" service. But if you're around the area and looking for a cheap, big-portioned and fast meal to satisfy your Pho cravings, Pho Yum could be an option. continue reading

隨同事到越朝午膳,餐廳裝潢比較老舊,給附近越菜館比下去。午餐選擇不算很多,天氣炎熱點了一客香茅雞翼撈檬作午餐,論賣相,菜式比預期稍遜,配料亦較簡單。香茅雞翼熱辣香脆,味道不俗。撈檬食味口感OK喇,亮點在於不顯眼的葱蓉,味道甚為香口,混入撈檬吃美味度增進不少。來多一杯凍奶茶,奶香茶香皆很一般。 continue reading

首先 佢環境真係好差 周圍勁多跡 地板見到有點兒那個 算 我老婆話想食越南野 所以照入去座 點知入到去 男果個侍應都仲會理下你 女果個直情係唔理人的 睇到都扮睇唔到 舉左大約五分鐘手 終於忍唔住要叫 佢見個男嘅整緊野先至慢慢行埋黎 一句道歉都無照樣唔出聲 其實佢兩個無論係個樣同打扮都十足十未瞓醒咁 呢間野唯一嘅優點係菜上得快 真係無其他 叫左生牛河同火車頭金邊粉 一杯奶茶同椰子冰 仲有炸蝦卷同春卷 生牛河牛肉太淡味 火車頭金邊粉有同樣問題 春卷同炸蝦卷一陣油溢味 卷裡面嘅菜同伴碟嘅菜都係爛的 蝦卷D蝦嘅肉霉的 椰子冰好似飲緊好白色粉狀水 奶茶好苦澀 我覺得食物質數好有問題 大佬呀 你野食唔得都起碼環境都唔好咁差吖 仲要連服務質數都咁差 你想點呀 今次諗都唔洗諗 直接黑名單! continue reading

今天本來想吃德國菜,但因為需要等一小時,腳太累了>___<! 女孩只是多走點路,腳酸軟的,因此放棄了,改為周圍走走,尋覓一下新去處!看到一間有濱海、又有撈檬的越南餐廳,對它十分有興趣,於是興致勃勃地進內!門面簡單,入店內就有一陣陣金不換的味道,洋溢在空氣中。客人有洋人,有本地人,有內地人,客路國際化!雞絲湯檬($48)雞絲不幼滑但是量意料之外的多!含有很香的天然金不換,為湯檬生色不少。湯水有牛肉味道,味精多,我吃完有如沙漠的人,需要不停灌水!生牛肉金邊粉 ($58)這碗比雞絲湯檬份量比略小一點,牛肉都鮮嫩,入口良好感覺。可是,一樣受味精的影響。有一種說法,自從日本人發現了味精,有些廚師便努力把味精「發揚光大」,什麼食物都加味精(在食物加了味精,可令舌頭吃到倍感的肉味,即使只有少量肉類)其實如果減少味精,真的煮不出食物嗎? 事實上,有大量新鮮香草,而且貨真價實,真的不必如此重手的味精吧!調味料任君選擇。廚房傳菜位,Banner上面的照片拍得很美! continue reading
