同亞爸亞媽去開大成街街市買餸, 剛ARM有人响街市門口派傳單, 比佢地既去骨海南雞吸引左, 即管去試一試!order左一碟去骨海南雞飯套餐, 一碟泰式鹵豬脾飯套餐, 另外叫多一碟泰式豬頸肉(例牌)雖然餐牌寫套餐奉送老火靚湯或熱飲或(凍飲加$3), 我地叫左兩杯熱飲之餘, 老闆好好人, 送我地每人一碗靚湯! 有點喜出望外, 例湯竟然系木瓜雪耳煲雞腳湯, 老闆特別加多句話無落味精, 味道好清甜, 應該比左好少鹽!跟住講講招牌去骨海南雞 , 份量都幾大碟, 雞肉嫩滑, D雞皮又好爽, 最緊要系吾使"倫"骨呀嘛, 啖啖肉!至於醬汁方面有兩種, 一隻系濃醬鼓油, 另一隻老闆話系佢地秘制既泰式醬, 味道有D似薑蓉加蒜蓉味, 個人比較喜愛濃醬鼓油!至於黃油香飯, 個人尼講, 覺得無咩特別!!泰式鹵豬脾飯, 豬脾炆得好淋, 好入味, 咸酸棻味道好淡, 但佢個醬汁好好味, 酸酸辣辣好野味, 不過吾記得影!!最後要特別講下尼碟泰式豬頸肉, 肉質好爽脆, 配埋佢個辣辣既醬汁, 食完一舊再一舊, 不過吾食得辣既朋友, 點少少好喇!!總括嚟講, 三十幾蚊一個套餐, 可以接受, 下次再尼, 想試下佢既冬陰公海鮮湯飯!! continue reading
