To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如大家有機會去中上環食飯，可以考慮到此酒家。就服務質素(自動有禮)、食物質素(蝶蝶餸都精精神神)而言，其性價比之高在現時嘅香港，實在難得之至。大家北上之餘，也看看有沒有值得撐嘅本地店，以汰弱留強嘅理念，進一步優化香港聲譽和經濟。昨晚自帶了一支紅酒，問問店員是否有開瓶費。店員話無此收費，還主動協助開酒。因為酒塞老化，有木塞碎入了紅酒。我地不知如何處理，店員就自動提供了隔篩，讓我哋把紅酒隔乾淨。碟碟食物就都好味新鮮，特別是龍蝦🦞伊麵更加是一絕。另外，有主動幫客人換骨蝶，在香港已經是歷史了。每人206蚊，就開開心心享受了3個多小時了。希望佢哋繼續努力做好，成為業界嘅榜樣，救到自己、也救救香港嘅日益走下坡嘅經濟。

喺嘉豪酒家嘆完一場好滋味既早茶，真係滿足到我呢位平民美食愛好者！開頭嗰啖蜜汁叉燒包，香甜得嚟不膩口，每啖都咬到飽滿叉燒，真係太正啦！流沙奶黃包嘅流沙心夠滑夠綿，呢個比賽，流沙奶黃包贏晒！面層嘅流沙香濃又唔會太甜，食一個真係啱哂！嗰個咸水角就有啲失色，餡料不夠豐富，改善空間大大有。至於栗米煎魚餅就係性價比之王，香脆可口，實在讚呀！鮮蝦菜苗餃個皮剛啱哂不過軟硬程度，餡料新鮮十足，咬落去仿似個口都回春咗！燒鴨瀨粉嘅燒鴨唔算好多，但佢隱藏嘅美味係嗰啲令人驚喜嘅甜美菜心，同粉條軟硬適中，可圈可點。燒賣皮薄香嫩，肉感十足，一啖一件嚟個滿足感真係💯！最後，飽魚菇雞粥真係豐盛得黎，每啖都食到雞肉同魚菇，粥底幼滑入口，雖然少少味精味但都接受到！啖啖肉香，滿足感爆燈，嘉豪酒家嘅點心真係唔使太多花巧，已經係咁搞掂！試完之後實話實說，下次想食個靚早茶，我知道邊度揾！🥢🍵🥟

【中西區】【嘉豪酒家】同浣紗娘喺西營盤搵嘢食，我就因為返香港冇耐所以想打吓邊爐。附近好似都諗唔到有邊度可以去食，浣紗娘就講起呢間喺上環嘅酒樓。我就之前已經見識過佢哋其他分店，晚飯小菜或者早午飯市都食過，呢間就第一次嚟。嚟之前望吓 Openrice 先，見到都有啲負評，講到個火鍋幾差吓，攪到我哋聞之而卻步。但係我一向秉承「自古成功在嘗試」同埋「人有多大膽，地有多大產」嘅原則去做事，所以大膽建議不如照去，唔係點証明食評真偽。去到就食 $208 嘅「任飲任食海鮮火鍋無限時任食」，佢哋有「重慶雞鍋」可以揀不過我哋直接要「鴛鴦鍋底」打邊爐算。個鍋有啲問題，侍應都好好態度咁幫我哋解決。而火鍋料方面，啲肉類都可以，估唔到都唔差喎。因為啲食評講到佢哋啲肉類同服務態度都好差，所以特登留意呢兩點多啲。而任飲嘅飲品包括罐裝「醇滑嘉士伯」同「果汁先生」，唔差。佢哋呢度嘅火鍋係冇加一嘅，所以埋單價兩位夾埋係 $416，我覺得又唔算貴喎，可以。。。（地址：上環皇后大道中328號中源中心一樓）#1amfoodie #foodie #hkfoodie #thatfoodiething #food #instafood #globaleats #dessert #foodpics #followforfollowback #love #eat #1am中西區 #上環 #嘉豪酒家 #任飲任食 #海鮮火鍋 #無限時任食 #重慶雞鍋 #鴛鴦鍋底 #罐裝醇滑嘉士伯 #果汁先生 #1am1172 #1ambackup

同屋企人食飯 比佢地揀都一定係叫餸食飯難得係上環收工 諗住叫下回憶啲任食火鍋… 點知係依度真係搞唔掂😓幾年前係度食過午市點心 諗住都可以但晚市邊爐真係不了…嘅野95%嚟到都係冰….. 雞煲.. 算啦 是但啦唯一聽到好多都係外國客 所以可以？….以前香港任何火鍋真係好好多

DO NOT go to this restaurant!I went there for lunch a month and a half ago (March 31, 2023). The floor was oily, food wasn't hot at all. I ordered several dim sum, one of them is a pork short ribs and rice. At the middle of my lunch, I found a curly hair in my rice. It was really disgusting.I do have a picture as reference however I don't see an option for me to post it here.The hygiene of this restaurant is really bad. Staff wasn't nice either.If you like traditional dim sum, there are a lot more options in the area.
