已經唔係第一次嚟,欣賞佢哋嘅食材新鮮,今次試咗「爵士湯」,好清甜,啲湯渣差唔多食晒,估唔到個蜜瓜煲完湯之後,仲會咁甜☺️「話梅豬手」,酸酸甜甜好好食,啲豬手好林,又好大舊,好足份量。「清酒鹽焗馬友」,第一次食鹽焗煮法,出嚟嘅效果又好好,第一次食魚,會清晒所有魚肉😂「炸子雞」,香口,雞肉滑嫩。炒個菜芯,唔使特別驚喜,靚材料就已經好好味。最後揀咗「雪糕涼粉」,「紅豆沙」做甜品。服務方面真係唔使講, 10分周到,主動換碗碟,主動加熱水,有態度,有服務。 continue reading

今次去咗間出名嘅餐廳大快朵頤,嚟到就一定要試佢嘅招牌菜。第一時間點咗爵士螺頭湯,飲一口湯,哩個鮮甜,真係正宗過癮!🍲 然後個豉油皇煎海中蝦,冇呀怪!嗰個蝦真係又大又鮮,每次咬落去都聽到啲豉油皇嘅汁吧吧聲剪,賞心悅目!桂花蚌同花帶子炒得過癮,入口即溶,味道清新得嚟又唔係好沉。講到脆皮炸子雞呢,外皮脆脆哋,啖啖雞肉,咸香得嚟又唔會過份乾。簡直就係炸雞控嘅天堂!🐔定食當然唔少得琥珀嶺南一口牛同清蒸雙喜斑,兩者都做到又香又滑,尤其係個牛肉,實在係口感嘅絕配,嘴巴一啖咁滿足!最後,蛋白杏仁茶湯丸嘅功夫亦唔平凡,細嫩嘅湯丸搭配上口感綿密嘅杏仁茶,絕對係完美嘅飯後甜品!聽名可能似好高級,但其實氣氛親民,唔洗講咁多專業術語都食得舒服,值得再嚟!👍 continue reading

早前出席校友聚會,有幸畢業後也可以回來熟悉的地方共晉晚膳,吃了好幾款𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞的特色菜式。擺盤雖然沒有天花龍鳳、環境更是稱不上美輪美奐,但食物質素實在是心思分打滿,可惜這裡是會員制,非會員無法訂桌呢🥹 ——— ✤ 順德煎釀土鯪魚 煎釀鯪魚是一道著名順德菜。鯪魚味道鮮美、肉質嫩滑,但巨多骨。 煎釀鯪魚超考功夫,先是把魚肉和魚骨起出,留下魚頭、魚尾和皮囊,將魚肉連細魚骨剁爛釀入魚身,回復魚的形狀。菜式既保留了鯪魚的鮮味,又不怕大家食用時骾骨,鮮味無比🐟 ✤ 蛋白寧波湯圓杏仁茶 杏仁茶絲滑濃郁,味道飄香,絕對是吃過最好吃的杏仁茶。嫩滑的蛋白為整晚甜品增加了不少口感,芝麻口味的湯圓十分𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡! continue reading

約咗班姊妹聚舊食飯,因為知道一定會傾好耐,所以揀咗上樓嘅嶺南會所,貪佢地方就腳(近中環站)又唔會太多人太噪。我哋由7點坐到差不多11點先走。店員好主動serve我地,我哋帶咗酒(要收corkage),未開飯都會幫我哋斟酒😅 另外,我哋都有早3日order菜單。呢次我哋叫咗聖子、炒鮮奶、上湯花蝦煎米粉、蝦子柚皮扣鵝掌、半隻炸子雞、生炒糯米飯,全部都好足料、好味、唔覺有好多味精,而且for 4位女士份量都好夠!最後都有打包走半個糯米飯。 continue reading
