To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩人吃兩份午餐,每份$100 左右,生炒骨迷你一碟得幾舊,粟米班塊一碟得4舊,包例湯,青紅蘿蔔粟米湯,奇怪在湯是白白地色但完全無味,飯碗也是特制的,超細碗,好似細個亞媽拜神嘅碗咁細,價錢唔包茶同要加一,叫左普洱,完全無茶味,食完都唔覺飽,結賬$250環境方面,入到去還有一張枱,位置望到廁所,個位好大陣尿壓味,好不衞生, 我哋食完野已經拿拿聲叫人結賬,但無侍應理我們,有個老男人走埋嚟我哋張枱以為佢係客人想座我哋張枱,後面才知原來條友係喺到做野想俾壓力我哋趕客走,野食好食都無用,下次唔會再去 continue reading

今次食咗啲咩?嚟「彭慶記」試吓佢哋嘅家常味啦🤤。一入到去,見到金色大門迎面,搭住中式裝潢,感覺好親切!一落座,就攞起餐牌四圍望。侍應仲好親民,服務到位,感覺好放鬆👍。首先,蟶子皇嘅香味夠曬噴鼻,食落去爽口得嚟唔膩,蒸得啱啱好,粉絲又吸晒嗰鮮味,真係惹味至極。跟住試咗個炸生蠔,啲蠔肉彈牙又鮮甜,外皮脆得黎唔油膩,食落好滿足!然後啲糯米釀雞翼,佢嘅外皮脆卜卜,啖啖肉感,填滿咗糯米和瑤柱,咬落去香口得滯,真係腦漿都要迸出嚟🤩。不過那啲士多啤梨生炒骨就實話實說,嚡唔係特別吸引,啱啱唔太合我胃口。最後嚟個椒鹽鮮魷同肉絲炒河都炒得掂,魷魚鮮香又唔過韌,河粉滑口得黎各有特色,嗰啖芽菜是晚最出奇,清甜得嚟唔會搶鏡。食物總體上係正!平民化又夠味,真係大滿足嘅一餐,仲會再嚟!👏👏👏 continue reading

幫襯呢間小店10幾年,因為疫情所以呢兩年主要買外賣多。但係呢半年每次落去攞外賣,老闆同啲夥計嘅態度差都非常差。尋日落去見到老闆,我好有禮貌咁問一聲請問外賣有未,佢好唔耐煩兼黑晒面咁講一聲,未有啊,轉身就走咗。如果你唔想做外賣咪出聲囉,我落嚟買嘢,唔使我受你氣呀!仲有次次都話攞啲食物去我架車度,結果次次都淨係擺咗喺門口枱度,冇人理,又唔出聲,想點啊?仲話米芝蓮推介,服務咁差,點對得住D食客。唔會再返去買嘢 continue reading
