今次去咗間風格濃厚嘅咖啡店,一入去已經俾個歐洲feel攝住我。坐落地玻璃窗邊,一邊望住行人,一邊品味佢哋嘅美食 - 嚟個慢活嘅下午時光啦!眼前一大堆精緻嘅麵包、酥皮、蛋糕點心,令人挑花眼🤩。經過一番掙扎,終於選擇咗幾樣美味來試。蜜桃批,浸桃吸引,結合松脆嘅酥皮,咬落香脆,甜度啱啱好;朱古力波蛋糕,滿滿朱古力滋味,夾著餅底嘅脆米通,一啖咬落有層次嘅口感,真系好滿足😋!輕輕嘗咗煙肉咸批,賣相吸引,味道鮮美,但可能我比較鍾意芝士味重啲。自選沙律就清新健康,蕃茄同芝士嗮一嗮,味道好夾!當然少不了飲品啦,cappuccino上面嗰層花紋靚爆,雖然我覺得啲咖啡味可以再濃啲,不過呢個咖啡time都算係滿意!朋友點嘅黑朱古力,濃郁至極,飲到最後有少少膩,但總體黎講,係款挑戰味蕾嘅好選擇。總結一句,尋日呢個消閒好去處,食物質素高,每一啖都嘗到心思,我話正😍! continue reading

先生知我鍾意食甜品,所以係灣仔買左兩件蛋糕俾我。平時食開朱古力,今次試新野,食左個紅莓撻和紅莓白朱古力摩士蛋糕。外型和味道可媲美TONY WONG,不過價錢都一樣貴,要$50件。雖然第二日先食,但紅莓撻個底仍然好香脆,紅莓略酸,不過夾埋中間既餡和批底,味道就平衡返,而且口感清新而不膩。至於紅莓白朱古力摩士蛋糕就較遜色,個底朱古力脆脆可能放左一日,所以淋哂唔脆,而且有d韌,紅莓摩士稍酸,白朱古力太少所以不能平衡酸味。最唔滿意既係蛋糕要$50件,但竟然無冰包😡😡,由灣仔拎到東涌已經唔凍變左室溫,令我無得即刻食😖,但第二日食口感已經差好遠。建議一定要堂食和即日食,否則絕對糟蹋了件蛋糕。 continue reading

I often use the Cityplaza branch for a quick lunch. No issues with the ambience, service, coffee or sandwiches which are fairly good.My biggest gripe with the place is the salad. Why is it always the same choice? Surely it would be possible to add one or two different varieties and not see the same tired coucous, pasta and tomato salad every time! continue reading

毛毛雨的星期天早上,跟友人相約在灣仔享受一下法式的下午。這次是第三次光顧Passion by Gerard Dubois,頭一、二次都是選店內的甜點。店內的甜點色彩豐富,只看賣相就已經令人唾延三尺。今次友人推介自選沙律、Beef Sandwitch、Salmon Quiche及Blueberry Danish,於是便各選了一個。自選沙律 - 我們選了土耳其小米及紅菜頭土耳其小米的size是平常泰國米的三份一,口感像薏米,味道帶甜,很特別紅菜頭很甜,經過沙律醬的混合更能帶出紅菜頭本有的甜味,值得推介!Beef Sandwitch - 牛肉味道比較咸,但麵包烘培時間剛剛好,軟中帶脆Salmon Quiche - 有豐富三文魚魚油味,可能加上蛋的關係,整體感覺有點濟Blueberry Danish - Danish的外皮鬆脆,當中的吉士醬是全個danish的重點,甜而不膩。整體來說,Passion by Gerard Dubois的質素沒有令人失望,各咸點之中個人比較喜歡Beef Sandwitch及自律沙律中的土耳其小米。到訪的朋友可以一試! continue reading

忘記了這個包什麼名:上面是杏桃肉,帶有少少濕潤;圓形的包上灑上了杏仁片和白色糖霜;麵包的底很焦黑,而且很平均,但不會有焦味;麵包雖然很薄,但都包肉仍然見到有很多氣孔,好有彈性。 杏桃肉的份量一點麵不吝嗇,每一啖都可以咬到 continue reading
