Introduction
Chef Danny had worked at Hotels before, and has also went to Japan and Taiwan to learn Japanese deep-fried technology before starting his own restaurant. Danny sees the importance of best ingredients and has a unique cooking method. Germany pork knuckle and al dente pasta is the focus. Using Western way of marinating and Chinese cooking method, knuckle would be stewed for three hours, taking the oil away but keeping the glutinous, and then dipped in fresh tomato sauce to get the flavor. continue reading

頭盤-雞翼,豬手,雞尚算正常之外,其他菜式都不會推薦。 先說ristto 飯質太多水份 同小朋友糊仔有得比,分別叫兩款 1. truffle, 用嘅係松露油(調味劑) 得陣味,完全食得出個廚師對食材冇挑選; 2. pumpkin, 有南瓜味 但始終飯質差極。再來意粉,亦是兩款 linguine麵質正常 但配汁奇差, 1. 番茄鴨胸, 只用茄膏開配 所以味道偏苦;2. 帶子+蝦, 都係雪藏平價貨, 蝦唔爽 帶子冇味。 的確豬手(廚師推介)係全晚最正常, 都係唔好配紫薯做伴碟啦 一咸一甜, 但肉質正常。 燒春雞都正常菜式。 最後, spare ribs 肉冇味不特止 仲要有陣雪味 存放很久的味道。 continue reading

很久沒來Toscana, 見他改了menu 有任食前菜,湯就再來試一試。2:30 到包埸,可能已過午市所以任食的前菜已收起,但唯一的侍應(廚師)都係她好好,幫我另上。抱歉,前菜的雜菜碎上,看起來像放了很久,侍應說是汁(醋)染上了色,這有可能但賣相不好。意粉沙律和粉絲也不覺得好食。我們點了burger 和 煙鴨胸意粉。此餐廳應該被旁邊的餐廳搶了很多生意,所以要節流。Burger 的薯片是筒裝薯片。burger 內的漢堡不夠juicy.煙鴨胸是用微波爐叮熱而意粉又是碎上,我好似食緊baby food. 餐茶coffee冇味得如開水一樣。坦白說是有失望,也不會再來了。雖然包場但冇冷氣。其實價錢80幾食個burger 如人手製作不貴,觀塘也有很多價錢相約而好味。但此店的burger 真的不值。 continue reading

前菜是自助的,我們吃了沙律、麵包和雞湯。沙律裡的意粉口感很厚、好好食、好特別;麵包配搭橄欖油和黑醋,挺不錯的;雞湯味道濃郁而且鮮甜,添了2碗。另外點了2隻特價生蠔,新鮮好吃!!主菜是德國咸豬手和大蝦煙三文魚意大利奶油飯。豬手有別於以往我們吃過的,既不油膩,味道亦不會太重,配上南瓜、紫薯、芝士蕃茄和茄汁,整體都很美味!奶油飯裡的三文魚和蝦份量很足,而奶油飯更是整道菜的精華,口感香滑、奶油味濃郁,很美味!!最後就是餐飲,大大杯的!!整體是主廚友善、坐得舒服、食物美味、吃得開心、下次再幫襯!! continue reading

唔係朋友帶都未必會嚟呢間餐廳~😛地點近石蔭商場,唔近地鐵站唔知係咪地點無咁方便,客人都唔算多,除左我地嗰枱得一枱客但靜靜地傾偈來講係一流🤤我地人多可以叫多幾個主菜,餐牌仲寫住唔知幾多週年仲有八折!叫左4款「生蠔 $4x /隻」🐚除左一隻無咁新鮮之外,其他大家都話鮮甜好食「Toscana 招牌德國咸豬手$198」🐷個皮唔係焗到好脆好硬嗰種,唔肯定咁煮法係咪正宗,但肉質好腍,唔會太咸,可惜欠缺酸菜薯蓉😋「BBQ汁美國燒排骨$228」🐷燒排骨無特別,可試可不試「香草牛油汁三文魚扒$178」🐟見到塊三文魚扒有少少失望,因為未免太細塊..... 大家只能夠分到一細塊😭個汁配三文魚好夾,size 大番少少就好喇「忌廉汁海鮮燴意大利粉 $238」🍝海鮮都齊哂menu寫嘅三文魚、帶子、大蝦、蟹柳、青口,但意粉味道一般般,無乜海鮮味,好似海鮮同意粉分開煮咁😐「鴨胸茄汁意大利粉$108」🍝如果嚟食一定要試呢個意大利粉,厚切鴨胸大家食過都話好食!另外仲試左水牛城雞翼、白汁焗西蘭花、鴨胸紫薯雜菜沙律白汁焗西蘭花個芝士好濃味,芝士愛好者係必叫!🧀有樣嘢幾搞笑~老闆每次上菜都會問要唔要黑胡椒,可能每個菜都落黑胡椒會比較好食?😅總括而言,餐廳好似無侍應,得老闆一個招呼人客但老闆好似又要忙其他野😣加水換碟都要特登叫佢,服務有進步嘅空間~但好處係你坐幾耐都應該無人趕你走住附近嘅朋友可以去試下~💁🏻 continue reading
