First to Review: Iron Ice
I have been to many Genki outlets in Hong Kong and have been impressed with the consistently high standard of food and service. The Shatin branch, however, left a lot to be desired  .Waiting for a table is a common occurrence in H.K. and almost a neccessity at the New Town Plaza, but waiting 15 minutes for tables to be cleared is not acceptable  .The salmon was not fresh (a staple dish for Sushi lovers) and remained unedible even after the waiter brought another dish  . The soft shell crab hand-rolls were cold and extremely greasy  . The rest of the food was o.k. but still not up to par.Service was atrocious. The waiter only poured us more hot water after chasing him repeatedly and black faces were abound. The worst Genki outlet I have been to sums it up!!!!!!! Recommended Dish(es):

Their sushi have been my driving force during late night working shifts, when my boyfriend had the time to deliver them.... Despite being a fast-chain-store, and being reasonably priced, their sashimi and sushi is always fresh. Apart from the basic choices, they also have innovative sushi's to meet seasonal needs. The in-restaurant service is fine, and the seating is just the usual. Bravo Genki!!! Please- could you start a delivery service? Luv, from your member
