已經來過很多次晚飯,今次餸菜奇差,不知是否換了廚師?食物無味道。最失望是乳豬及龍蝦伊麵。乳豬切到大大件,乳豬皮又油又靭,乳豬又肥,無肉。龍蝦伊麵的龍蝦很少肉,伊麵碎上,個上湯真係湯,水汪汪的。其他的菜式都不能接受。只有茄子炆龍躉頭腩是好味道。不會再來這店食飯 continue reading

我首次出席香港互動市務商會主辦的 2017 雞年博客春茗!設宴 25 席於尖沙咀金巴利道 <御苑皇宴>,當晚雲集來自各方不同界別的博客!我們要預先在網上付款或過數,讓大會安排座位。 我們好幾位食友被安排到近門口位的桌子,席上認識了 travel blogger,sports blogger ,cooking blogger…等!大家互相交流不亦樂乎!由於贊助商眾多,桌上放滿了獎品,我們尚未開席,便忙於分禮物!我很幸運!除了每人有 9份小禮物之外,還有兩份枱獎及抽到獎,獎品卻是得物無所用!最驚喜莫過於邀請前財爺曾俊華先生擔任神秘嘉賓,我們有幸被安排到近門口位的桌子,他一走入來,便跟我們好幾位食友握手!很親切跟我們講:你們都是博客呀! 他繞場一圈跟大家合照,很多博客還跟他自拍,大家樂在其中!2017 雞年博客春茗餐牌鴻運乳豬大併盤 包括:乳豬、叉燒、海蜇、鴨胸、豉油雞。乳豬脂肪豐厚而少肉,太肥膩不討好!叉燒夠大塊,卻是缺乏脂肪,略帶肉質嚡口!海蜇富彈性嚼勁!煙鴨胸凍冰冰,帶出膩滯感!豉油雞看似肉質嚡口,無夾到!蠔皇發財花菇冬菇軟滑入味,豆苗芽青翠嫩綠,口感幼嫩微脆!吸收醬汁精華可減低臭青味!配搭恰到好處!富貴蚌片炒蝦球蝦球大隻份量十足!爽口彈牙!配以荷蘭豆及彩椒,清新不膩!瑤柱竹笙燴雞絲羹質感濃度適中!幼身的雞絲頗多、瑤柱、竹笙、冬菇絲...等,湯羹亦很足料! 調味不濃不淡很合大家胃口!清蒸大沙巴龍躉我選擇魚腩位,脂肪豐腴,魚質肥美鮮滑!御品脆皮燒雞雞皮甘香薄脆而雞肉算是滑溜!生炒臘味糯米飯/ 金菇珍菌炆伊麵當晚胃口不大,選擇了金菇珍菌炆伊麵,伊麵軟硬適中,調味剛好,不過不失!杞子桂花糕富彈性,微甜口味清怡! 還有鮮果盤!這餐晚餐份量豐盛,就如去飲那麼多菜色!我首次嚐到 <御苑皇宴> 的晚宴,覺得水準一般! 純粹跟大家來見識吓!聚一聚!過了一個愉快又驚喜的晚上! continue reading

今晚幫細佬去酒樓攪D野,橫掂成家人都得閒,所以出左尖沙咀開飯! 因為之前擺酒儲左D分,所以去食飯扣數! 大約6:30PM上到去,客人唔多,所以慢慢揀選食物! 見餐牌上有D得獎菜式, 所以都叫黎試下!上菜黎講都上得好快, 可能客人唔多, 所以好快出到野食!呢個焗大蝦, 有點失望, 雖然講名只有六隻, 但比想像中細好多, 呢六隻蝦仔就已經收我百幾蚊喇!! (早知食龍蝦啦)食既時候, 暖暖地, 唔算好熱! 味道尚可, 有蒜蓉味, 但蝦太細隻, 冇乜肉食. 個人而言, 下次一定唔會再叫!人蔘花花膠螺頭燉湯賣相黎講, 幾吸引! 湯既味道好清甜! 不過湯料黎講就好麻麻! 不論花膠, 螺頭肉或人蔘都好細粒! 落單時, 個職員仲話要睇下個廚房有冇, 但我地未夠7PM就去食飯喇喎, 咁早已經冇, 咁其實酒樓每日會預幾多盅黎賣呢...?燒鵝半隻食物又係唔算好熱, 不過又未至於凍既! 暖暖地啦, 都幾好味, 皮脆, 肉厚!金銀蛋莧菜呢個菜得喎! 得在入面佢極多咸蛋黃, 白, 皮蛋, 反而菜唔係好多, 好攪笑! 但個菜好好味!!!金磚豆腐!! 果然得獎菜式, 真係好好味呀! 外層有一薄層炸粉, 用胡椒鹽炸, 第一口咬落去好鬆脆!!! 再咬深D已經食到豆腐喇, 個豆腐滑嘟嘟, 完全冇散, 冇鞋, 好好味!!!另一得獎菜式, 蜜汁叉燒呢個又係好好味!!! D叉燒好腍, 好入味, 真係好好好好食, 食完一碟, 我不知幾想再食多碟! 不過今餐太多肉了.....整體黎講, 菜式好壞參半, 好食既真係好好食, 麻麻既, 真係好麻麻...星期六黎講, 單餐太少選擇....(完全意料之外) continue reading

說起來,今年是第二次參加「HKAIM 博客春茗」,同樣是在御苑皇宴舉行,一共25圍,全是來自不同界別的博客及相關品牌代表。乳豬併盤水準很大路,乳豬芝麻皮可能放得太耐,未夠脆口,而且份量似乎不足每人一件。富貴蚌片炒蝦球其實是象拔蚌片及蝦仁炒蜜豆,但炒得太結實,反而蜜豆很爽口清新。瑤柱竹笨燴雞絲羹芡汁推得夠薄,配料切得幼細,比想像中好。蠔皇發財花菇整晚最喜歡的菜色,花菇夠厚大,而且扣得入味,生菜沾滿醬汁很惹味,當然不能錯過。清蒸沙巴龍躉蒸得啱啱好,肉質幼嫩,甜豉油調教得恰到好處,好味。御品脆皮燒雞能用上店名,實在有一定理由,雞皮的確香脆,而雞肉亦算嫩滑,略嫌雞味稍遜,不過是材料問題,非戰之罪。生炒臘味糯米飯可能整晚在玩交換名片遊戲,吃的不多,所以糯米飯加入了花生、蝦米、臘味及蛋絲,真的有點嚼口,不錯。金菇珍菌炆伊麵另一碟單尾是伊麵,炒得夠乾身,但似乎太咸了。杞子桂花糕甜品來了一件桂花糕,不太甜,但魚膠粉太輕手,用叉一戮就散。其實食物在今晚只是配角,能夠擴闊生活圈子,認識不同行業的朋友,實在獲益不少。  continue reading
