由細到大經過油麻地段的彌敦道,或到旁邊的中華書局,總會留意到這間門面十年如一日的拉麵店。正如店內標明,此店在香港1987年開業,應該是現存香港最古老的日本拉麵店之一。其拉麵部分的餐牌也很簡單(有飯類提供,不過見在場比較少人點),長期都是那幾款拉麵。魚豚骨拉麵 ($98) ★★★✰✰這塊肥叉燒對我來説油膩了點,不過份量及食落感覺都幾滿足,配上半隻溏心蛋、木耳碎、紫菜、葱粒,是很經典的日式拉麵。雖然麵質不是我喜歡的煙韌口感,不過份量剛剛好。可惜略嫌魚湯鮮味不足,有一點「死鹹」感覺。如今在香港一百元以內的拉麵買少見少,這個價錢我認為算是可以接受。加一點辣醬令拉麵湯有更多層次的味道,起到點綴的作用。雖然整體是一間不過不失的拉麵店,不過到2025年的今天,香港有很多風味地道的優質拉麵店,縱使價錢可能比這間略高,但似乎我會選擇湯底更出色的其他拉麵店。

amazingi ordered the Sakura shrimp ramen for $98- the serving size was filling and very good for price- the broth was rich but not overwhelming, and the flavor of the pork soup base didn't override the taste of the shrimp- the shrimp itself added a nice texture to the noodlesthe worker stared at us weird and there were a lot of flies my friend had to kill with the paperback menu but the food is easily top tier and best you can get for ramen in hong kongraise the chef's pay -my friend

再返來食真係好味肉够嫩唔鞋口,再燶嘀可能會更香,湯算燶厚。開放式厨房睇到佢哋一大煲骨頭煲湯,環境有少少旧算干淨,見到抺枱仲用酒精消毒香港其他餐廳都已經無見仲用酒精難得

本來想去果間無開,就是旦搵間拉麵店唯一可以讚既係店員服務係好既極少數店可以加水速度追得上我既飲水速度到重頭戲,想試既拉麵一食就後悔入黎絕對係平價汁開出黎既湯,同超市內既拉麵店一樣味麵算大份不過無特色,只係好過超市內既拉麵店少少個荀好肯俾人既,不過大條到唔多想食囉然後到塊肉,算係咁,入味既,夠軟身既90蚊左右一碗拉麵,表面上不加一實際人地可能78蚊一碗拉麵,加完一都仲平過呢度

湯底唔熱,唔香,唔夠醬油味,粟米粒一大堆,日本假魚蛋一片,完全唔明白點可以生存到咁多年,不如唔好做拉麵啦,做港式魚蛋粉咪好囉。雖然$80令蚊一碗,唔係特別貴,但係都要食得落口先得㗎。
