我食過幾次港島海逸君綽酒店自助午餐，今次同大家分享下！😝食得酒店自助餐大家當然最睇重海鮮🦞🦀🦐🐟，我午餐未係好有胃口食太多海鮮，但咁新鮮咁靚點都要試下！刺身我只係試咗三文魚，好肥美好新鮮，絕對有酒店水準！蟹腳蟹鉗都好有肉地，不過就稍為鹹啲。磯燒鮑魚仔好有驚喜💯，我自己都食咗幾粒！生蠔🦪就幾新鮮幾鮮甜，但唔係好大隻，不過不失！大家未必有耐性睇，所以講咗甜品先！有個😛朱古力蛋糕👍我唔知叫咩名，超級好食，極度推薦🤤！另外仲有名廠雪糕，但老實講得一個胃，我都係會揀食蛋糕，因為真係好有水準！我會推薦埋芝士餅同埋芒果拿破崙！如果你真係食得落，食埋個朱古力火鍋啦！其他嘢食都有好多款式，中菜亞洲菜西餐沙律，咩都齊！我覺得呢度燒味都幾好食，唔係經常會食酒店嘅燒味，呢度都幾有水準！另外蘑菇湯超級濃味，真係有酒店不惜工本嘅氣派。但係唯獨有一個唔知咩肉丸❌，真係幾難食，某傢俬牌子肉丸實在將標準定得好高！老實講下中午食好少人，攞食物嘅地方有啲細，我估計晚餐自助餐可能會有啲逼！不過食物質素真係唔錯，性價比可以！ continue reading

    此次主題很多鮑魚,海参和花膠的菜式,花膠海参等份量都好多,其中炸海参好特別,位上燉湯內裡有齊鮑參翅肚,但飲完好口乾,泠盤海鮮方面生蟓新鮮但無咩蠔味,長脚蟹則太咸了,是浸太耐鹽水了嗎?刺身好新鮮,帶子同甜虾都好大只,仲有現場即劏藍鰭吞那魚,總括太多野食我連牛扒羊扒都沒有試上,補充食物的速度也很快,整體表現對得起呢个價. continue reading

    試過唔同酒店嘅自助餐，覺得依度嘅性價比最高，最抵食。 試過有啲自助餐得一杯飲品，又或者冇龍蝦。 最吸引我嘅係依度有片皮鴨，，龍蝦同埋生蠔。仲有pancake雪糕，刺身方面亦都有比較少見嘅赤蝦， 好鮮甜。當日酒店送咗每人兩隻鮑魚，同埋花膠湯 好好飲。個人認為凍海鮮同埋刺身片皮鴨都好好食🤤片皮鴨真係好正😍😍😍I have tried buffets in different hotels and found Harbour Grand Cafe to be the best value for money. Some buffets where you get a drink or no lobster.What attracts me the most is :the beijing duck, lobster and oysters. There is also pancake ice cream, and the sashimi also has the rare red shrimp, which is so fresh and sweet.On that day, the hotel gave each person two abalones and fish maw soup, which was delicious.Personally, I think seafood and sashimi are both delicious🤤The beijing duck is really good😍😍😍 continue reading
