專誠來拜會這間遠近馳名的牛腩麵店，網上有很多好評，又有很多明星光顧，以往都要排隊。最近受疫情影響，很多名店終於都不用排隊了。牛腩河粉$55份量極小，只是比飯碗大小小，所以有少少驚訝。湯底呈淡啡色，聞起來有牛香，一嘗起湯汁，是清淡之餘，有濃郁的牛香而不肥膩，你都可以在碗中見不到油光，真是好好飲的湯，所以我是第一次在吃牛腩河時會喝完所有湯水，真是好棒的湯底。至於牛腩都煨得好軟霖，但不稱得上勁好吃，河粉都滑溜，還好。
