Previously I disliked Delifrance in Hong Kong because it does not taste the same as the Delifrance in UK.
In UK, there are no Delifrance restaurants or Cafes because Delifrance products are bought from supermarkets or as frozen goods from the chilled section.
At the Delifrance Hong Kong Wholesale booth, I was told that most of the products served in Delifrance restaurants are locally made, hence the difference in taste.
The products I tried at this showcase were different and authentic just like the bakeries in Europe, so I tried as many pastries as I could to my hearts content even though I had a tasting afterwards.
Delifrance HK Wholesale imports Viennoiserie, bread, savoury, pastry and retail products and they use healthy ingredients for their bakeries.
They look better out of the packaging shown in the cabinet below.

Sundried tomato puff:
Initially I thought it was salmon because of the orange colour but it was tomato flavoured and really nice.

Spinach and cheese puff:
The spinach and cheese puff was filled with generous spinach puree and ricotta cheese contrasted by the lovely puff pastry.

Mille Feuille:
The icing was not too sweet nor was the custard cream which was great.
The mille feuille layers were flaky and light.
★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Chocolate eclair:
The chocolate filling was rich and not too heavy.

Macaron:

Overall I enjoyed all their products and I would have tried more if I did not have a tasting afterwards because there is another choice for authentic pastries in Hong Kong as well as La Rose Noir!
