I went there to have dessert after work, and was much impressed by its good selection of desserts, clean environment, and excellent service. It is located at Ivy Street in Tai Kwok Tsui. I highly recommend the 宇治金時 for all you guys! I have tried this dessert in so many restaurants and it doesn't compare to the one at NOBLE. Look! The size was really big, I just went there alone, so it was a pity that I could not share it with others......haha!!! It was a light-sweet in taste, the ice was rightly flavoured with green tea while the red-beans were soft and chewable...

Price ($30) was really reasonable.
