We had ordered this 5 pounds cake for 12 people consuming. After the birthday party, we still left half of the cake at the end. You can imagine how HUGE this cake is.

Well, it looks absolutely gorgeous and it looks exactly the same as the photo shown in the website. It weights 5 pounds as stated (some companies may make less weights than described). I’m so satisfied with its appearance (thumb up). Towards the taste, we chose the typical chocolate sponge cake. It tastes soft and not too sweet, nice! Personally I don’t really like cream but the proportion of cream applied on the cake is acceptable. I think this cake can serve 20 people or even more! I like the seasonal fruits decorating around the Barbie cake, makes the whole appearance more colorful and fresh! After finishing the cake, you may help the Barbie to “take a shower” to clean off the cream and help her to dress up (the dress is included in its package). It is recommended to give a try if you never happened to order a Barbie cake in your life, why not flatter yourself once from the stressful life?

As requested by my friend, I bought a Maxim's angel's cake to his new house.

The forsting was excellent. The cream taste unsweetened or lightly sweetened(!?) The spong cake was surprisingly elastic. The caramel chuck is value added to the cake.

As an angel food cake, its quality is very high. After using HSBC visa card, it costs less than HK$130. It worth that much.
