Randomly pick this restaurant after soccer at Victoria Park. Saw an articale from "Ah So" and it should be a save pick. I ordered the clear broth beef Brisket with "Ho Fan". The broth is very sweet, in fact too sweet probably becasue of the MSG; don't get me wrong I am not against it and it is actually very tasty but I think they put too much MSG in it (I was very thirsty for the next couple hours). The beet brisket is tender and the ho fan is cooked perfectly. If you do not like MSG it is not your cup of tea but if u don't mind it is worh a try Recommended Dish(es):

I have dinner here sometimes and although not a big fan of beef brisket, would like to say that in my eyes, 大利 is better than 華姐 almost each time. The biggest difference is 華姐's beef is usually too tough - but understandably probably because this type of beef cut takes longer to cook and they're more popular? Not sure. I know 華姐 used to work in 大利, but unfortunately the latter is still better, although not that good either. 大利 in the old Central shop was way better than both of these!
