I have dinner here sometimes and although not a big fan of beef brisket, would like to say that in my eyes, 大利 is better than 華姐 almost each time.
The biggest difference is 華姐's beef is usually too tough - but understandably probably because this type of beef cut takes longer to cook and they're more popular? Not sure.
I know 華姐 used to work in 大利, but unfortunately the latter is still better, although not that good either.
大利 in the old Central shop was way better than both of these!
