This little place has a really refreshing and unique atmosphere. The shop is tiny but feels open and clean. The hand decorated blackboard style signage makes it feel one of a kind.

The service was friendly and prompt and they are open to have modify the meal a bit (leave out ham or bacon for vegetarians).

We tried the eggs benedict which was very creamy and at a good price compared to other options in Sai Kung. Also the egg omelette with a croissant (which we requested to vegetarian which means it was then scrambled eggs), was cooked just right so not to runny or rubbery. Both had a tiny 'salad' which was a nice touch with a tart salad dressing that was an unusual taste for breakfast. The portion size for both was small but filling, perfect for doing something active soon after. Do not expect the 'Full English' British or 'Family Style American' sizes, think more Japanese/Hong Kong "Western" size. They also included some strong coffee (I think tea is an option too) in the set price. Having some jam to add to the croissant as an option would be great.

We also had a yoghurt smoothie, which was very sweet, well blended to an icy smooth texture and cold. It would be a great on a hot day. However in this case the portion size was huge and we found great to share or perhaps another time as a small meal in itself.

I should have come here a long time ago because the menu has slightly changed.They use to offer waffles with fresh strawberries but now perhaps it is not the strawberry season so they have replaced fresh strawberries with jam.

Even though it was jam, it was quite nice because I asked for the waffles to be soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside.The whipped cream and chocolate sauce was really nice. The chocolate sauce was strong, bitter and not sweet.
Hopefully they will have fresh strawberries again but if they don't plain cream and chocolate sauce would be fine for me!!!

It would be good if the potato wedges could be replaced with some fresh fruit such as sliced bananas or berries or even canned peaches so that the set is not savory and a sweet combination.

After the last hot dog I was already craving for another, so went for another one and had the eggs benedict as well.

This time I tried the Piri Miso dog which has grated radish, miso sauce and seaweed.
I asked for the spring onions instead of the seaweed.

The miso sauce was darker than the Ponzu sauce and the hot dog bun was crispier this time.
Again I really liked this hot dog and the hot dogs I have tried at Juicy J's because they are the best fusion hot dogs I have ever tried because of the sauce, bun, grated radish and spring onions.
MOS Burger and Freshness burger also have hot dogs but they do not taste as good as the ones here and it is just Japanese Mayo.

This was a set for $48 which was really reasonable in terms of price.
It was a muffin split into two each with a poached egg on top with Hollandaise sauce.
There was fried potato wedges and salad to accompany it.
I was really surprised because the Hollandaise sauce was thick and the taste was how it should be, the quality was as good as The Flying Pan.
I felt the muffin was too crispy that day, but the eggs were poached just right with a runny centre.
I really loved the sauce and wish there was more Hollandaise sauce!
The potato wedges were really nice too and the oil was fresh so the wedges kept the potatoey taste and the flavoured coating on the wedges were extremely delicious.

Tea:
The set came with tea which was also impressive because there was a choice of English breakfast tea, Earl Grey, Jasmine, green tea with lemon.It was a perfect finish to my eggs and benedict with some real proper tea!
The tea was served in a proper way too, the tea bag was immersed in boiling hot water and milk and sugar were given as well.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

When I entered Juicy J's I saw someone eating a hotdog and the hotdog bun was different from the previous reviews and the product shot.
The product shot shows those standard hotdog buns that are commonly used for hotdogs so I assumed the person eating there ordered a different bun.
The bun that I saw was a dusted bun.

Although I am not a fan of Chinese style Japanese foods, their ingredients used in their Japanese style hotdogs attracted me.

I set my eyes on the Olopon Dog because it has grated radish, spring onions and Yuzu ponzu dressing so I ordered that and a peaches and cream smoothie.
I just had to pick the Olopon because I havent come across any hot dog place that uses yuzu dressing on it with grated radish topping.
There were other hotdogs to choose from but the sauce on it was Japanese mayonnaise, which can be found at other hotdog places and the Teriyaki sauce as well.
For the sausage you can choose honey, black pepper or original. I chose the original because I didn’t want the honey/black pepper to overpower the sauce and filling.

The drink arrived first and I was really impressed that they supplied Knives and Forks, which was very thoughtful of them because eating hot dogs can get messy.♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Next came the hotdog, which impressed me even more because it looked better than the product shot, the amount of spring onions was generous and more than shown on the product shot!
But perhaps there were fewer spring onions on the product shot so that the grated radish could be seen on the picture.The bun that was served was the dusted one and personally I think that bun really matches the hotdogs served there.
On top of the hotdog there was generous amounts of grated radish and finely chopped spring onions.The hotdog reminded me of Agedashi tofu which also has radish and spring onions.
Anyway the taste was amazing and it did not feel dry because the grated radish and yuzu sauce complimented it perfectly along with the spring onions.The yuzu sauce was authentic and refreshing as well and not the Chinesey style Japanese ones that taste sweet.
The sausage was nice and soft and not too crispy.

I rarely finish hotdogs because it is too oily or heavy but this one was just appetizing and I could have eaten two.

Lemon pepper marinade:
It was so lovely and tangy with a strong lemon taste and hint of pepper.
As this is a marinade the taste was very strong because you are supposed to use it as a marinade and not eat it like that.
Jelly belly breakfast syrups - cherry:
I only tried the cherry and found it sweet with a heavy cherry flavouring.
Taco Bell:
Unfortunately there isn’t a TACO BELL branch in Hong Kong but the sauce was thick and strong.
Trappey’s spicy hot:
This just tasted like watery chili sauce.

As for the drink it was not as creamy as I expected and the artificial taste of the peach syrup was strong and too sweet.
