    chopstick越式蒸粉卷 -
With Snow Fungus and Steamed Pork. The ravioli skin was pretty decent and so was the filling. Kind of surprised as this place looks like its aimed for Westernised-Vietnamese and Thai food. But it is just neat and one well. In fact, King Parrot Group surprises me sometime, the only let down are their Spanish restos!

    chopstick33 Export Beer -
The 33 refers to the 33cl size of the original Vietnamese beer. A pale ale, this is apparently invented by France but now made in Ho Chi Minh city - suppose to pair well with food. Does it? Well its actually not bad, at least it doesnt taste as fake as the other French beer I'd reviewed just before this one. (the 1664 'Blanc' review).

Surprised at the cleanliness of this shop and the presentation of food on other tables. Might just come back!

never again Cries Dec 07, 2007

3 of us went there and didn't have any expectation at all... but still very disappointed!
we ordered some appetizers (the most traditonal) can't say very bad.. butnot good at all
for the soup, we ordered tom yum kun, the shrimp feels like a rubber!!! same as the seafood salad (today's special) I think is not that hard to find good seafood in HK, but their shrimp and cuttlefish were really so bad!!! No taste at all and hard to chew!
As their price is not cheap, I can have much much better in kowloon city!

    Spending per head: Approximately HKD200

about lunch Cries Jul 21, 2003

    tried set lunch for $58
    including:
appertizer: deep fried prawn cake, ok for general, but for me it's nothing good
main: green curry duck, taste, mainly sauce is Thai mix Western, just a bit spicy and milky, while so-called duck is little and not good in both taste and texture
dessert: mango 西米糕, ok la, texture and sweet
    ---------------------------
overall, just ok for me, maybe other dishes would be better, but not recommand here
