As a frequent visitor on Openrice, I have never (to date) felt sufficiently compelled to register an account and review any eateries. Well, that is until I brought some pain from this bakery for an extortionate price (I thought I had misheard) of HK$96. Seriously.?! We are talking about one loaf.

There are things I think an establishment may do a decent mark up price-wise but bread, which is conceivably brought as takeaway (cf a glass of wine in which one can consider the ambience aspect), is not one of them. No matter, $96 is just ridiculous.

This place needs to seriously rethink the prices they are charging..

Because this was my holiday, so I can have a decent breakfast.
After I finished some personal matters, on the way back home, I stopped my car right in-front of this cafe.
The front door was not attractive but stylish. It will be easily missed if you don't pay attention.

I was the only customer & I picked the seat close to the front door so that I could watch my car during my breakfast to prevent addition "dry beef sheet" to my bill.

The waiters were handsome with stylish hairstyle. I just ordered a cup of Cappucino and a chocolate muffin.

The latte art was rough but the coffee was strong.The muffin was just usual quality without significant chocolate taste.

But the environment was definitely relaxing & I can watch my car during the whole breakfast. May be next time I should try some hot dishes.
