Deli and Wine  

I went there last Thursday afternoon with my fds and celebrate my bday.
This place is very comfort .I ordered a cheese with a cup of latte which is asfternoon tes set, and my friend have forzen yogurt.However, the latte is quite sweet to me.
My fd is really surprised about having fresh raspberry for her yogurt.
The soup of the ''la-sa'' noodle are really good ,not spicy at all . And the price for anfternoon tea is acceptable.
One of my fd wanted to try the hamburger ,but they said they sold out all of the bread . The time was just 5:30 p.m.
But when we left the restaurant , we found out that a customer was having hamburger!

I went to the restaurant on a weekday morning. It’s 10 minutes to 11 when I tried to order the lunch set. The waitress at the cashier talked to me in a rude manner “It’s still breakfast time!” Of course I know but I just want to have a try! And when it’s 11, I went to the cashier again, the same waitress said with a poker face ‘the chef need 10 minutes to change to prepare lunch!’ it’s ok~ but I just dislike how she said. I ordered cheese burger with fries, mocha. The quality of food is good: the beef is juicy and the fries which r thinks ones and spicy enough!! All r my favourites!
I like the environment of this restaurant v much but I hope there is improvement about the services of people there.

Visiting Cultural Centre for a photography exhibition, and found this place; nicely decorated with strong environmental friendly sense, small plants, wooden tables and charis.

They serve soup/salad, pasta/rice and cakes...simple menu and pictures look quite attractive.

We had laksa and linguini wtih shrimp and home-made tomato sauce. The laksa was surprisingly good, big and fresh shrimps, delicious soup-base; the sauce for the linguini was very tasty too

Not many people at noon time during weekdays, enjoyed a relaxing lunch in a "cultural" place

Frozen yogurt is still being popular in HongKong due to the hot and high humid. weather. I would like to have an cold dessert to refresh my taste buds after an Italian dinner and so we are there. This restaurant got a pleasing decoration and atmosphere

Perhaps it’s located within the Cultural Centre area, perhaps it adopted such European wannabe name – Deli & Wine, and perhaps its warm lightings and stylish interior design in the house, I totally satisfied with my visit right here.It’s a western design-like café, which serves not only the western cuisine, but also the Asian cuisines. We had ordered the traditional Bolognese Spaghetti, fried fish with cheese sauce in baked rice and simply curry chicken rice.

it's the premiere show for the Galazy International Ballet Gala. that's quite an event and i wouldn't miss it of course. i called up an old friend to watch the show together, and of course we will need to find a nice place for dinner and talk for our reunion then.
to think of nice places with an affordable price near the cultural centre, Deli and Wine popped up and lingered on my mind. we both agreed to go there and have a try then.
the decor of the place has given me a very comfortable and cozy feeling. however, the flaw was that there were so many people in there, but that wasn't their problem. we've ordered two dishes from the main menu. i had the grilled mushroom linguine with balsamic vinegar, while my friend had a baked garoupa rice in lobster sauce. we were given a stand with a number on it after ordering and paying for the meal. we managed to find a small table despite the crowds.
we waited a while for the dishes to arrive. i can't stop looking around the decor and a little bookshelf. this would be a place that i'll love to sit and spend hours at, only if there's fewer people.
it's probably a very busy hour at that time so the food didn't arrive particularly fast, but it's not too slow either, not that slow to make me impatient at least.
i loved my mushroom linguine. the grilled mushrooms were aromatic, and there were different types of mushroom too. i really loved the slight sourness contributed by the balsamic vinegar. it's pretty appetizing. for the pasta, yeah it's al dente, just right for me.i had a few spoons from my friend's baked rice. i liked the golden yellow surface of the cheese on the dish. the garoupa and rice were okay, not bad. but i couldn't taste any hint of the lobster sauce, not even a hint after few spoonfuls of the dish, and my friend says so too. so that was a little bit disappointing then.

The interior of the restaurant are nice, which given you a very relax feeling! Maybe it was too early so not much people around! I ordered the crispy fish fillet, scramble egg together, pan gilled tomato with a thick toast! The presentation of the dish are great, everything just go well together! Yummy!!!!!I ordered a black coffee to go with it, is just a good round up for the morning!!!

Incredibly yummm fish burger, obviously made-to-order and the fish fillet is so tender & oh-so-juicy! the thick french fries which go with it is another great thing of this beautifully presented cafe! Lovely afternoon tea
