我們一家二十幾年來,每逢做節和慶祝食飯,都來這間泉章居,由波斯富街食到這裏銅鑼灣廣場一期,但經過昨晚的一餐,大家都異口同聲說,以後都不想再幫襯了。最近一兩年,都發覺泉章居的套餐價錢越來越貴,但餸菜就越來越細碟,連羹類也要額外付款。由於食物水平比較平穩,所以都有繼續幫襯。昨晚我們如常來做節,坐下來後就看着點心紙點餐,突然全間酒樓開大冷氣,冷風直吹我們的頭部,連紙張的被吹動了。我們有禮貌地要求關細一點或其他安排,但女侍應則很大聲說:「冇辦法了,是這樣的!」並不斷用凌厲眼光望着我們這圍。我們再叫另一位男侍應幫忙,他完全沒有理睬我們,直行直過。餸菜來了,我們點了金銀蛋覓菜、咕嚕肉、粟米班球、蝦球炒西芹和炸魷魚酥,本來都應該很好吃,有着應有的水平,但由於太大風,不用五分鐘全部都變凍了,連白飯也變凍了,很難吃。我們吃完後,就急急腳埋單走了,全程不用一小時。本來是開開心心的一家人做節,變了全家人都凍到不想多說。如果他們想用冷氣趕客,希望客人快些吃完就走,他們是成功的,並將我們開心做節的氣氛也趕走了,以後不會再幫襯。

今天午飯朋友提議去銅鑼灣廣場一期的泉章居,唔講晤知這間客家菜店在香港已開業七十年了。一出電梯便見到有一隻雞的金牌,早年泉章居的鹽焗雞賣到街知巷聞,當然要保留這個金漆雞牌。另外還有是草書寫的招牌,據說是由譽為近代草聖的於右任先生題字。這兩樣東西都可以列入食物博物館了。霸王雞飯,霸王雞上有切絲的姜䓤,賣相不錯。此雞夠雞味帶點咸,加點沙姜汁更增加其咸香味,令食慾大増,怪不得要配上一大碟白飯。排骨炒麵,油炸過的面很脆口,可以加醋吃,大件排骨配上紹菜和味濃的芡汁,有著懷舊的炒麵味道,很不錯。$56一碟無需加一無需茶錢,坐得舒服又有熱茶水供應,在銅鑼灣的確是價廉物美。怪不得可以引來上班族藍白領食客。

霸王雞飯,霸王雞上有切絲的姜䓤,賣相不錯。此雞夠雞味帶點咸,加點沙姜汁更增加其咸香味,令食慾大増,怪不得要配上一大碟白飯。

在泉章居吃晚飯就是一件很”佬”的事情, 但偏偏這是我和女朋友其中一個最常吃飯的地方, 某情度來說, 這是件有點不可思議, 但又很舒服的一件事. 她因工作關係, 很多時也要晚一點才收工, 開到十一點多的泉章居就變成了我倆的福地. 儘管很遲才開飯, 但端上來的菜也是熱呼呼的, 作為Comfort Food, 首先是能溫暖自己的腸胃, 所以沙津就不會是我的選擇. 霸王雞的蔥油香, 梅菜扣肉肥實相間的層次感, 豉汁蒸鱔的彈牙以及蜜燒骨的油甘甜美, 全部加多一碗白飯, 就成了我倆每晚, Down-to-earth的小浪漫.

之前一直都食開旺角個間,但今日路過又心思思想食下所以就同朋友衝左上去食。對食物的信心是有的,但食完之後大家都決定不會再光顧了,原因是伙記的態度真 的 很 差!成個就係睇唔起我地,覺得我地專叫平野食一樣!其實本身晚市價格都唔係真係特別平,我地都係點啲好大路既野食,唔明點解伙記有需要咁對我地,有朋友話過我知老牌的中式餐廳的服務都唔太好,未有見過一間好的,總知今日成個用餐過程都唔係太開心,但如果大家覺得受下氣都無咩所謂既推介大家去一試。

打電話去book星期五晚食飯,打去個時對方話有兩個時段,頭圍6:30,第2圍7:30. 好啦,我地3位book 左7:30。 7:25到達,門口已經有好多人等緊,但其實已經心知不妙,因為睇好多枱d餸都啱岩到. 諗住15-20分鐘都okay啦,點知一路都淨叫大枱,由6位起叫,最嬲係明明張細枱(頭圍走個時人地得3個) ,但佢地照塞6位落去,都唔俾我地,個6位仲要係約左7:45. 不停skip晒d 細枱,有幾枱人已經嬲到同個知客講,個知客話無辦法無細枱😡。話再等等,到8:25忍唔住我地同個知客理論,終於8:35先有得開飯!其實佢地係咪淨做大枱生意,咁就唔好book少人枱啦,頭圍6:30. ,話第2圍7:30, expect 人地1個鐘食完?!我未試過book左位都要等成個鐘囉!一定唔會再去!

話說星期日路經銅鑼灣,遇到街邊一位婆婆派發傳單給我。收下以後正好肚餓,於是乎女朋友就話一齊食佢。"泉章居"個名就聽過,但真係有眼不識泰山。本來諗住平平地食個下午茶就繼續陪葉妃娘娘繼續shopping。點知葉妃娘娘話呢間好出名。然後就兩個人開開心心咁走上去食。2:15pm先開始下午茶,葉妃娘娘提我金牌霸王雞份量較少。於是乎我點了一碟鮑汁炒牛河。而葉妃娘娘則點了一碟霸王雞飯。鮑汁牛河的鮑汁香甜,最重要的是牛肉並非就咁掉落鑊炒,牛肉非常"林"。葉妃娘娘點的金牌霸王雞,雞肉結實而不老。比起一般用黃油雞的雞更有咬感。香蔥用麻油爆過,非常香口。特別一提,葉妃娘娘點的熱檸檬菜蜜異常香,比起茶記以前曾經飲過的檸蜜,更加香濃。檸檬與蜂蜜兩者味道香醇,完美咁融合一起。而本將軍點的"朱古力",廚房實太謙虛。明明就係一杯"唂咕粉"連奶沖出。街邊不少用柯x田沖出黎交貨就話叫自己朱古力,或者買盒吉x利就沖杯朱古力出黎。唯獨此店用上唂咕粉,重新將朱古力由原始的味道調配出黎。此店甚多驚喜,滿心快樂。享受完美味的下午茶,又充滿力氣繼續陪葉妃娘娘"做牛做馬"(Shopping)去。

葉妃娘娘點的金牌霸王雞,雞肉結實而不老。比起一般用黃油雞的雞更有咬感。香蔥用麻油爆過,非常香口。

特別一提,葉妃娘娘點的熱檸檬菜蜜異常香,比起茶記以前曾經飲過的檸蜜,更加香濃。檸檬與蜂蜜兩者味道香醇,完美咁融合一起。

而本將軍點的"朱古力",廚房實太謙虛。明明就係一杯"唂咕粉"連奶沖出。街邊不少用柯x田沖出黎交貨就話叫自己朱古力,或者買盒吉x利就沖杯朱古力出黎。唯獨此店用上唂咕粉,重新將朱古力由原始的味道調配出黎。

此店甚多驚喜,滿心快樂。享受完美味的下午茶,又充滿力氣繼續陪葉妃娘娘"做牛做馬"(Shopping)去。

上次因為服務態度唔好,所以食得唔開心,隔左幾個星期,又心思思想黎食,好,一於俾多次機會佢先今次最出色嘅係梅菜扣肉扣肉入哂味而且好淋,肥膏同肉嘅比例好好,食落去唔會感覺成口油,我呢個大食積就係因為呢個餸食左2碗飯今次明顯服務態度比上次好,希望可以keep繼續努力

香港七八十年代出名的客家菜食店都是醉瓊樓和泉章居天下,時移世易,現今年輕人喜愛的食肆都會集中西餐廳和日本料理,今天中午和太太來到銅鑼灣一期八樓的泉章居,懷緬昔日的味道,今次點了二人套餐,包括木瓜雪耳煲鷄腳、霸王雞和豉汁蒸大鱔,例湯都算夠火候,不肥膩,霸王雞配上大量薑葱,烹調入味,肉質嫩滑,不慚為招牌菜式,蒸鱔的豉汁相當冶味,加上鱔新鮮,火候適中,如果蒸得太久,鱔的脂肪會散佈在碟上,味道會大打折扣,總體來説以$222吃到昔日的懷舊菜式,算是不錯的收獲!

老細請食飯,問食咩好,一班八九十後同事話放題或打邊爐,上咗年紀嘅我,腦海中閃出「泉章居」三個字 ,加上不自覺衝口而出,老細一位聲唔出自已走咗出去訂位,今次出事啦!睇一睇各社交綱上嘅食評都喺麻麻地,又話員工無禮貌、梅菜扣肉似罐頭、D嘢無以前咁好食、訂咗位都要等。當晚食咗咩:鹽焗雞、金銀蛋菠菜、炸大腸、咕嚕肉、龍躉兩食、酥炸魷魚和糯米飯(甜品唔記得叫咩)。最後老細和同事都覺得不過不失,喺呀!無叫梅菜扣肉,因為大家都唔想搏,驚失望,其實我對上一次食泉章居佢仲喺波斯富街舊舖,我自己就覺得都唔係網上講咁差,可能個日樓面同廚房都係狀態中,不過隻雞仲係咁正。
