The Suckling Pig is probably one of the best I have ever tried. The Char Siu with its Maltose was also addictive. Hard to fathom why I discovered here so late either. Totally amazing Pig!!
Another wonderfully fragrant dish. The Baby duck meat was tender with crispy skin, but the sugary tea aroma was so exotic. A must order. And priced so fairly.
Fried with Duck Meat, Prawns, Gai Lan and lots of eggs. This was the elegant hotel style of fried rice without being too dry like a Dai Pai Dong version. Really appreciated this.
Very tofu soy like in taste, but smooth as milk. Probably one of the best tofu fas I have had in HK.
