    其實我好鍾意尖咀新記既芝士撈公仔麵
    特別係double芝士口味既芝心丸芝士撈公仔麵
    但係見住佢愈來愈貴之餘又細碗
    連最基本既食得飽我都做唔到既時候
    我當然唔會將佢當晚飯食
    身為大埔人既貓仔同藍益講:大埔都有芝士撈公仔麵
    藍藍即刻雙眼發光
    市區既樓買唔起就買新界的
    市區既芝士撈公仔麵食唔起,不如就食新界的XD
     
     
    呢度既芝士汁同新記既一樣泛濫
    足夠撈到每條麵都充滿芝士
    聽講呢度既芝士汁係由芝士加牛奶製成
    可能因為咁而有dd酸味
    味道黎講個人都係鍾意新記多d
    因為呢度既芝士味唔夠濃同香
    好彩個汁無好杰或好稀
    所以還好
    但係個麵就唔係好得
    煮得太耐無晒口感
    唔似得新記個水準 次次都咁好
    配料我地食左豬頸肉同吉列豬排
    以一般小店黎講算幾好
    豬頸肉香口 吉列豬排唔un
    我地都係食大碗
    價錢同新記差唔多 但係飽到上心口 我仲要食淨少少
    就算叫埋野飲都平過新記 所以係抵好多!
    如果佢改善一下麵質既話絕對值得encore
    間店應該係多左個舖位係商場內
    舒適度比新記高 而且伙計都比較nice
    所以各有各好啦~

    今日入開黎大埔釣魚,所以順便在附近食埋dinner先回家,第一時間就諗到黎呢度,因為好掛住呢度既芝士撈麵,就算要keep fit都咁話tongue
    男友order咗芝士豬頸肉撈麵(因為我唔食豬頸肉,所以冇試過

    朋友order咗芝士雞蛋雞翼撈麵,搞穿隻蛋黃,等d蛋黃汁+芝士醬撈埋仲香ar!! 而且d雞翼好野味ar!!
     
    我就order咗芝士雞扒撈麵,一大塊雞扒切開,食得好方便
     
    每人加多$5就有杯特飲,好滿足ar!! lol

    呢度只做晚市及宵夜,想食都唔係成日食得到。
    今晚無要到我至愛既芝士撈丁,要左金茹牛肉炒丁,加左中辣既辣粉炒,野味非常,但略為乾身了些,而牛肉就份量十足和肉嫩。
    朋友要左燒豬頸肉芝士撈丁和肉醬撈丁。前者既豬頸肉又簿片又燒得唔香;芝士份量又唔夠。後者肉醬太稀和唔香濃。
    跟住要左個炸雞翼,咬落去時覺得皮脆肉香,但食食下覺得里面味道怪怪的。
    今晚既質素好似 down grade 左咼。

    第一次光顧這間食店

    雖然店舖的裝修跟一般的「街邊檔」沒兩樣,不過這間店舖的招牌菜都幾吸引─芝士撈丁smile

    我跟男朋友分別點了大碗的「烤豬頸肉芝士撈丁」和「肥牛拼腸仔芝士撈丁」,各收費:$35,而多加$5 特飲。

    先講好味的地方:lol
    1. 兩碟芝士撈丁都有滿瀉的芝士汁,仔細看更有一粒粒的芝士!!
    2. 烤豬頸肉雖然比較乾,所以有點似烤肉乾的感覺,可算是另一種風味。

    改善的地方:sad
    1. 講明是「撈丁」,除了汁料重要外,麵質都很重要。這裡的公仔麵煮過了火,
    吃起來已經太軟身,所以實在浪費了那些芝士汁。
    2. 肥牛簡直難食,不值一「點」!

    本來我們覺得晚飯的食量會較多,但是沒想到一碗「大的」撈丁都會吃不完。所以奉勸食量不大的朋友,都是點「小的」份量較好 $30,都應該夠了。

    11點幾去食宵野, 好多人呀, 不過好彩仲有位
    叫左一個雞扒肉醬撈丁 & 一個吉列豬排芝士撈丁
    肉醬撈丁好快上...唔錯, 我平時鍾意食肉醬, 所以覺得好食
    個吉列豬芝士撈等到肉醬撈食完先到...之前有追過老闆娘, 佢好好心機咁解釋一輪咁啦........
    好彩等左咁耐都唔係浪費時間, 個吉列豬排芝士撈丁的確唔錯, 雖然個芝士醬似cream多過chesse味, 但都吸引到我.. 個吉豬又炸得好, 沙津醬唔好慳, goodtongue

    我同男友成日來食晚飯,雖然坐得冇咁舒服
    不過食物真係又快又熱又好食
    價錢係30蚊左右
    我食日都食八爪魚,炒鳥冬
    加左沙爹好好食
    唔加就無咩味的

    另外芝士撈丁都好味
    豬頸肉好淋,好入味

    jan 17, 10同友人們行完山之後,見呢度嘅人流不俗,所以揀咗呢度食lunch,其實重點喺之後嘅甜品店。3人叫咗 :

    1) 烤豬頸肉芝士撈丁午餐 x 2 (@hk$30)
    -好抵食,連埋1杯特飲都喺$30/人
    i) 荔枝乳酸特飲

    ii) 芒果乳酸特飲

    iii) 烤豬頸肉芝士撈丁 x 2
    -見到芝士汁泛濫嘅情況有點駭人,好似芝士湯咁
    -試咗友人少少撈丁,個丁都唔會過腍,但就唔多熱
    -相信豬頸肉味道正常
    -2位友人都食唔晒,所以肯定都幾"漏"吓

    2) 豬扒炒烏冬 (hk$30)
    -豬扒碎上,喺有香茅醃/撈過吓,肉質唔實
    -烏冬都彈口,ok,不過無嘜味
    -整體淡味咗少少
    -落單時,女店員問我+不+沙爹醬,食唔食辣,只可惜我無本事,如果佢+埋嚟炒,可能味道上會好好多

    尋晚同班打完波見肚餓
    就去大搵野食啦
    佢地話去源汁源味 我就第一次去
    坐低叫左個豬頸肉芝士撈丁
    好多芝士tongue 之前去其他鋪頭都冇咁多芝士
    食落去好香 好食過我整個dlol
    我d fd食個d都好似好好食
    咩咩炒公仔面呀 炒飯咁
    野飲就ok啦 唔算特別
    埋單都唔貴
    最緊要係吹水吹到大大聲都唔緊要matongue

    今日由大圍踩單車去馬鞍山,必去"天河食坊"食咗個lunch之後,再由馬鞍山踩去大埔,還完單車之後,在大埔周圍行,俾我見到一間食芝士撈丁既店,諗住試下,點知就俾我撞到以前在沙田美林商場開小食店(撈撈撈、豬腸粉超好味)既老闆,原來佢把美林小食店結業後,在這裡開了一間食店。
    食過之後,發覺老闆既芝士撈丁的確好好味,芝士醬比出面食到既多,如果咁都唔夠,仲可以問佢攞多D,最衰好飽,如果唔係,仲想order芥辣沙律醬配八爪魚粒,相信由老闆調製既混醬應該都好好味。
    切記:因為露天關係,營業時間由晚上至凌晨
