Old Captain Restaurant    老船長東南亞餐廳    

It is a new restaurant at TST. The decorection is quiet special but the size is not big. I had counted it just has around 40 seats but the seating space is confortiable.
It provices Thai, Vietnam and fution foods. 1.The old captain dragon egg is use the fresh prawn meat coated on the duck egg then deep fired it. The taste is sweet with the fresh prawn smell.2.The braked oyster makes me very suprice and memoriable becuse the size is very big. It looks like a small boat full of golden chesse.The oyster meat and the braked cheese is a perfect match. Generly speaking,the taste is very good but the size is a little bit small. It is good for me to have changce to try some more. The price is reasonable. I think it should be one more good choice for dinner.
