Though there is 25% discount on weekdays, the restaurant is not full. Seating is nice - beside the window and appreciate the service.

There are chefs serving the Japanese bar, making salad and sushi for you. Salmon is delicious but Tuna is a bit icy. Standard desert without surprise. marble cheese is the best.

Dreyer - strawberry favour is available. No papagallo, movenpick. Other is Dairy Farm. Bad !

Fry ice-cream is using Dreyer's vanilla and almond favour. The waitress - not chef, mixed ice-cream with your selected m&m, marshmallow,.... .

I like the steam fish and crab too.

All to all, it is a standard buffet in TST without surprise.

Went there for an anniversary lunch buffet on a saturday and was not impress. The food was limited and the quality wasn't good either. The only good part was the desserts.

We had the congee, but there was no rice in the congee.

The fried rice was terrible too.

Would not try again.

This is my first time to have a tea buffet here. I celebrated with my friend's birthday. My friend said the restaurant has been renovated and it looked very nice and cozy. Though there are not too many food for you to choose. I still find that the place is very clean and the staff is very nice. For this price, the food is better than expected.
Some food can be recommended here.
Salmon is very fresh, must try.
Deep fried fish fillet, Porguese styled pork ribs, `蘿蔔牛腩, creamed squid, curry and of course all the desserts are very good. Do try the blueberry cheese cake.

Pork chop (too hard), finger food (like sandwiches, too dry) and Sushi

It is also nice for you to chat and the waiter would not bother you much.

I really liked this restaurant. It was very awesome. I went there with some friends from work while I was in HK on a business trip. The Japanese Sushi was very nice, especially complimented by English red tea. Sushi is much more expensive in the US and less tasty. I was very impressed. The service was great, and the environment was clean and enticing.

If you want a great meal for a decent price, especially if you are just passing through HK, make sure to stop by this restaurant

It was on the New Years Day and it's also my sister's birthday, we've booked this restaurant because I heard lots of good comments about it and plus my sister and I wants to have buffet for a long time so we choose this restaurant for lunch.

I alway like lunch buffet better compare to the dinner buffets....hehehe

The foods are nice and fresh but not much variety on the seafood section. Overall, the dessert section was my flavour, there are both traditional chinese dessert and western desserts. I like the cheese cakes and ice cream plus refill cafe and teas^^

The environment was really comfort and relaxing there are also decorations and party goodies on the table, I think it's because of the New Years Day^^ Everyone had lots of fun except for my birthday sister...... she didn't have time to eat any desserts

Speaking of Buffets around Hong Kong, this one cannot be overlooked. It's located in China Hong Kong City, it's where the Macau Ferry terminal is on the Kowloon side. It's not easy to find but a delight when found. I came here for lunch with some friends to try their buffet.

According to their website, it's an "International Delicacies" theme. I guess they named it that way because they had quite the variety of different dishes, such as sashimi, Hainan chicken, some chinese style dim sum and western dishes.

Their selection was quite decent. Salad selection could be expanded as I couldn't find some of my usual. They had something like a beef tar tar salad (i'm not exactly sure what it is) but it was extremely fresh and very good, i even went back for my second serving!!

They didn't have a large selection of sashimi, only saw salmon, but my my my, the salmon sashimi was really fresh, comparable to some of the better Japanese restaurants around town. Not to mention, generous portions as well, the sushi chef just seemed like he wanted to give me more!

Ohhh.. I also tried the foie gras pate. The cracker that was served was very crispy (not soggy like some places) and the foie gras paste, you can tell was pretty good quality.

There were trays and trays of chinese dim sum, I only took some shrimp dumplings and this bowl of radish cakes (my favorite). It wasn't pan fried like most places, they had it in small little bowls and was steamed. The aroma was extremely strong (good if you like radishes), the texture was so tender, almost like a gelatinous congee! Hard to explain, you've got to try it for yourself to know what I'm talking about.

The hainan chicken was also pretty good. i guess it's cuz their specialty is Singaporean food, as I believe the hotel owns a pretty renowned Sing/Malay restaurant. Nothing to complain about.

Service was quite attentive. My juice was too sour and the waitress was able to provide an alternative right away. Now, only if you know what I mean, good service isn't easy to come by in this city; it just makes your meal so much more enjoyable when you've found it.

Ohhh.. almost forgot. the lunch was pretty cheap, like $100 something. forgot the exact amount.. but parking was free!

自助晚餐

I had it last month for a business dinner.

Cold plate: seafood was only ok, however the sushi was good.

Hot plate: even thou it didn't have too many hot plate, the quality was good.

Dessert: Ice cream -- dairy farm and hagen daz. NICE.. other dessert were ok, acceptable but not outstanding.

They had different promotion over time, I remember I had a coconut燕窩

I would recommend everyone to try, coz it worths its price.

I went to hv lunch buffet wif my sister bcoz of the advertisement from the magazine. I know it just finshed renovation, datz why the enviornment is quite nice. There are quite a lot of variety. There are even lobster and mussels in hte lunch buffet, but not fresh oyster. But then there are baked one. The most impressed me is the banoffie pie, which u can rarely find in other hotels.

I go there to eat the dinner buffet last monday, the octopus sashimi is very fresh and delicious(coz I never and hate to eat the raw food, except the octopus sashimi),besides that the bbq food also very tasty, the beef is juicy and very good. Some of my friend loves to eat the Oyster and salmon sashimi, they said the food were unbelievable fresh. Excellent Food With The Reasonable Price ^_^
