Free chocolate~ risotto 出名滯, 有啲擔心食吾到dessert~ 但忍吾到口, 食咗free chocolate, 應該係dark 既, 但係吾濃既chocolate 味, 比起地球另一面的可可豆造的chocolate... 不能比較~

休息了足足30mins, 終於覺得無咁滯, 加錢叫tiramisu! In fact, 我吾係特別鐘意tiramisu, 只係想試下正吾正宗(係我join Study Tour 果陣個host mum煮咗每日吾同既italian food, 正宗得很~
)再加上無人同我share, ( 母親大人吾鍾意啲一pat嘢既食物, e.g. tiramisu, potato mash, mousse...) 咁大份一个人食, 好滯, 美食都變吾好食~

Tiramisu~ 嗅一下, 好香酒味; 切下去, 夠moist, 每一層亦吾会太過移位; 食下去, 濃濃的.mascapone cheese, espresso ...令人陶醉~ 稱得上正宗, 回味host mum 整既tiramisu 好過好多restaurants 如pizza express (雖然pizza express 已經吾錯) This tiramisu 同樓下il bel pease 不相伯仲~ 多謝各食家的recommendation~ 不過好似話tiramisu既資素有啲漂忽, 大家緊記啊!

今餐十分抵食, 会有下次

喝了熱檸水, (盡量吾飲tea or coffee, 會胃痛)回家繼續我既right hand grip rule (physics exam) ~ Looking forward to the next day: continue my food trip after the phy exam (in the morning)~ Dining in K11~

是日好朋友豬小姐生日,行程相當豐富,首站先到spuntini 來個lunch此餐廰係我開始睇openrice既時候已經bookmark左,但一直都冇機會黎~難得一試,真的又期待又興奮星期六lunch十分少人因為之前試過幾次book位都full所以有點意外lunch set 價錢由$90~$110大約有20款lunch可以選擇室內光線充足,人又少,感覺悠閒自在侍應細心有禮,比起陣間去的萬豪酒店黑面女侍應好得多蕃茄湯超濃蕃茄味又勁多料濃郁兼有口感份量剛好三文魚加上芝士粒真是完美配搭軟身芝士口感軟滑,味道香濃但沙律油太重手,再加上濃味芝士&咸味煙三文魚真的未試過咁heavy既沙律食一半已經很飽到九分....侍應誠意推介她說每日只有8份lunch 4份+dinner 4份她這樣說真的不能不試一上枱已聞到陣陣香味1/2對我們來說真是超額雞肉尚算嫩滑略嫌太油&不夠入味皮又不脆,只算ok,不過lunch $118來說算是抵食

上週四五是漏漏的上堂日,可惜不是回到校園而是在HKICPA冰凍的教室,我們交的考試/會員費估計都用來充地租和冷氣費了吧…上堂本以為是艱苦難熬的時光,卻未估到會很有食緣。短短一個鐘的lunch hour,也給我和TC去Spuntini吃個簡單西餐的Spuntini午餐選擇非常多,有salad, panini, 各式salad還有意大利飯,本來最有興趣的是意大利飯,可考慮到晚上還有豐盛的譚魚頭盛宴,就選了salad,而TC就揀了牛肉千層麵主菜選擇多,頭盤卻沒商量,只有意大利蔬菜湯,別出心裁的裝載一個玻璃樽裡,可惜真正喝起來並沒有用湯碗那麼方便湯很足料,有很多煮爛了的蕃茄、椰菜、甘荀與西芹,蕃茄濃香又帶點肉香與油脂,味道有點像用來煮蕃茄意粉的醬,很開胃也不會覺得寡幾乎喝完湯麵包才到,典型的意大利包,當然要配黑醋+橄欖油,包其實沒什麼特別,但黑醋的質素值得一讚,醋味醇正帶點甘甜又端上兩件用risotto+smoked salmon整的sushi球兒,吃下去涼颼颼的,有點懷疑是剩餘物資所製,三文魚太微量,不太吃得出咸香,好在米粒本身融入了不少白汁的香味,心想這裡的risotto應該做得不錯吧牛肉

牛肉千層麵:表層鋪滿了厚厚一層mozzarella芝士,看見也流口水;下面就是麵皮、蕃茄醬與肉餡層層疊起。芝士多固然是好(對我而言),只不過所有的芝士都只是很求其的堆在表面,而下面的夾層中則完全欠奉,而芝士也不是很軟滑易於攪拌,所以吃到的芝士與意粉是分離的,要很刻意的塞一口芝士再塞一口意粉才能把二者結合起來

本來一心想點salad,卻不知怎的變成panini, 然而時間緊迫,也將錯就錯,嚐嚐這個吧。麵包外皮微脆內裡則很有韌勁,咬起來挺給力的。中間的夾餡很豐盛,有prosciutto義大利火腿、蕃茄、茄子、火箭菜還有很軟身的mozzarella芝士,菜表面還塗抹了少許橄欖油增添油感,而火腿則帶出鹹香,整體而言是絕對美味的,只不過不想吃太飽肚的計劃又失敗了,這個panini雖然不油膩,卻足夠大份,看在好吃的份上,也不責怪了吧

看前人的食評似乎最後是有甜點的,黑朱古力也好果撻也好,聊勝於無嘛,結果發現是日的set不包甜品,實在有點失望,可我們又趕時間,便沒有單點。只喝杯咖啡(Cappuccino還要加價,不知道從前會不會這樣子…),沒有加奶先試了試,苦中泛酸,好討厭這種帶酸味的咖啡…

除了沒有甜品和咖啡不好喝,主菜和湯其實都不錯,不過環境實在很嘈,是次旁桌是兩個意大利大胖子,吃得多嗓音也格外洪亮,導致我和TC講話都要用喊的才能勉強聽得見對方說了啥,有點辛苦…Anyway, 是值得回訪的店子,下次一定要試試risotto!

幾年前返金鐘時呢度啱啱開業, 一直想 lunch 嚟試試, 幾年後的今日終於嚟了.
不過成份 set lunch 由 soup, main 至 coffee/tea, 竟然無一樣係真正滿意的, 朋友就直程食到黑晒面
, 係我哋期望過大, 還是佢真係唔掂?

Welcoming snack 係兩件 sushi 樣的 smoked salmon risotto「球」, 食落冰冰涼涼, 不過印象除了「一團飯糊」之外係無其他, 三文魚同塊 herb 就係無味嘅.


麵包 (係咪叫 ciabatta?) 呈一條條狀, 用熱辣辣的「傾斜」「不倒杯」 盛載, 烘得外鬆脆內煙韌, 帶麵粉香, 完全唔使落檯面的橄欖油 + 陳醋, 就咁食已好好食.


Minestrone 用玻璃 flask 盛載, presentation 不錯, 飲落亦夠晒熱, 不過味道太酸嗆太「茄膏」了吧, 質地杰杰的, 唔喜歡; 配料以黃色及綠色的 zucchini 為主, 除了增添咬口之外無其他 -- 鬼咩, 茄膏味咁搶


主食叫了 penne with lightly smoked tuna and rockets ($110)... lightly smoked tuna 有點「溶溶爛爛」, 食落係 "lightly smoked" + "heavily salted", 幾香, 但好鹹, 感覺有點似 prosciutto
Penne 煮得「掹車邊」的 al dente, 配上 grated cheese 及 lightly smoked tuna, 每一條都沾上了橄欖油, 食到底一樣幾多油, 都真係幾油
; rockets 就可有可無.

朋友的好似叫 200g US prime grade steak ($130), 面頭堆滿篤眼篤鼻的紅椒絲
落單時 waitress 無問要幾成熟, 嚟到就變了薄如紙又 well-done 到阿媽都唔認得的一 "pat" 肉, 食落又乾又韌, 肉味欠奉, 仲似乎 season 都無 season 過, 比茶記薄牛扒更難吃
, 旁邊仲有 roasted potatoes, rockets 及唔知乜 cheese, 我無試, 不過見朋友將薯仔切開, 食兩啖後就立即自行狂落 table salt, 睇怕...

餐飲要了咖啡, 啡底幾「水」, 齋飲只覺苦澀而非濃郁, 落糖落奶後亦無幫助 (話時話, 其實 d 奶都好稀...), 飲了一半還是放棄.

仲有兩小片 dark chocolate 與 coffee/tea 同 serve, 食落唔甜, 但亦離奇地無朱古力味
, 只怪自己食得太多 Vivani 及朱古力魔朋友的 Willie's 黑朱古力了.

食物令人失望, waitress 態度亦又 cool 又有點寸, 可幸環境不錯, 星期日 lunch hour 得我哋一檯客, 包場一樣實在舒服.

連加一 $121, 朋友的就 $143, 無興趣再來了.

上嚟 Openrice 先知原來呢度係 Grappa's 旗下餐廳之一?
但點解人哋好食咁多嘅...

真係冇意之間去左呢間餐廳, 因為覺得好舒服既感覺~入左去果然唔算好多人, 有四五枱左右, waitress 服務很好....食物質素十分出色, 新鮮味道好fresh. 因為我吃的是salad, 所以一吃一看便可知道食物用料. 我一定會再去, 到時我會試食pasta, pinini....etc~

Visited to this cozy and warm restaurant the other day with my bf, we are impressed with the friendliness of their staff, and the foods were nice with reasonable price. We had a cheese platter for appetizer, risotto and linguini as the mains. The risotto was impressive. I would definitely visit again.

一行7人去食lunch。每人選了不同lunchset。先送上面包,配上vinegar和olive oil,不過一失。餐湯是雜菜凍湯,用上密實樽,是一個gimmick吧。我們叫了不同的pasta,penne、spaghetti、lasagna,另外有人叫了risotto。本人吃penne,味道普通,不算是很突出好味道。眼見我們大部份人都已經吃完碟上的pasta,同事仍然努力咀嚼risotto,原來是因為risotto太硬,最後他們都放棄了大半碟。已經失望的我們最後給機會試了coffee。唉,一致認為,la baita比spuntini出色很多。

湯是Minestrone Soup - 意大利雜菜湯,用上玻璃器皿感覺特別,喝下去很濃蕃茄味,還有清新的蔬菜的味道。酸的程度剛好,感覺非常開胃,而且很多蔬菜很好吃呢~ 一口一口不停的喝,眨眼便喝完了。

喝完湯後,主菜便跟著來到了,賣相跟我想像的一樣漂亮。意粉上有著很多三文魚粒,再加上芝士碎,還有蒜粒,一上菜簡直香氣撲鼻。意粉是偏硬身的那種,但咬下去又彈牙好吃,還有著少少蒜和黑椒味,非常不錯。帶點鹹香的煙三文魚令意粉更惹味,加上不多不少的芝士碎,這個當然也清碟啦。

餐飲要了咖啡,隨咖啡還會奉上可愛的迷你果撻,這樣就可為這餐作個完美的總結。咖啡味道香濃,又不會太澀,再伴上微甜的生果撻,滿足滿足。

由於來的時候過了午飯時間,所以後期只有我一個人在餐廳內慢慢享受食物和環境,服務也很好,時刻留意客人的需要,而且還會和我談天呢。是日是我覺得很幸福的一天,因為我吃了一個很幸福的午餐。=)

意大利米芝蓮兩星名廚Moreno Cedroni專家給spuntini 的意見,食物水準當然不會差, 今天我與妹妹來食個lunch , 看見不少客人都是外國人為主, 侍應生好細心給我們兩份全英文的set lunch 餐牌, 之後更送上兩杯溫水,介紹了今天的set lunch 給我們,過了一會兒, 侍應生更送上一個不平衡的杯子,杯子盛載著熱辣辣的麵包, 杯子都充滿蒸氣, 麵包切開了一條條, 容易入口, 而且食落暖笠笠好軟熟, 再加上檻欖油&黑醋汁, 令人開胃又健康

Spuntini中午供應的食品不會太多,有一些light salad , sandwiches, pasta &risotto.....中午供應是由12:00pm~4pm, 價錢由$65~$118, lunch的供應都是輕盈為主,今天我與妹妹點了兩份set lunch , 兩份set lunch 都可有一個ministrone, 一份主菜和 coffee or tea

Ministrone--用一個玻璃保鮮瓶盛住, 配合新鮮的食材, 以甘筍,意大利青瓜,番茄等熬成, 再放在玻璃瓶內蓋住焗熟, 讓不同的蔬菜發放出精華,慢慢滲入湯水, 舀一啖入口已經覺得味道好清新, 好濃郁的蔬菜味, 散發香濃的蕃茄香味, 湯水的色澤好鮮艷,不是稠不是稀, 舀每一匙都是充滿好多的蔬菜粒, 帶微酸甜口的口感
普遍的餐龐都是放置salt & pepper各一樽, Spuntini又有別出心裁的構思, salt & pepper是放落同一個器皿, 按一下就可以灑出即磨胡椒,擰旁邊的制可以放出鹽, 真是幾特別的

Antipasto & Potato Salad $88---這是我的主菜, 因為我都幾喜歡食沙律的,這個沙律主要有sun-dried tomoto, 食落都是好像淨係食個乾了的蕃茄, 好有咬口, 有一些鹹鹹的olives,燒了的茄子&薯仔軟腍程度適中, 嚼爛吃下去好有咬口, 加上一些火箭菜, 食一啖真是感覺到有芝麻味, 舌後感到帶些少苦澀的味道,口感滑嫩,而且還有一些羅文生菜,lollo rosso, frisee.....Antipasto & Potato Salad 是好開胃的一個沙律簡單點伴油醋汁就可享用真是美味

Smoked salmon with Spaghetti $108---真是好好食的一個pasta , 意粉食落不會是好腍, 帶點硬身, 所以口感非常彈牙可口,頗有咬口的意粉, 不像茶餐廳般煮得過腍, smoked salmon 雖然不是份量多, 但好足夠去完成這個意粉, 鹹香味一流, 油潤甘香,那是高質素的煙三文魚, 再用了青綠的透明玻璃碟, 賣相高雅美觀,令人食慾大增

食完主菜當然食番個甜品, Fruit tart 太mini 而且怎能滿足喜愛食甜品的我們, 於是order了兩份tiramisu, 每一杯是$48, 價錢都不是便宜, 食甜品當然order了杯coffee 配合我的tiramisu, 都幾香的即磨咖啡配暖牛奶, 咖啡味醇香幼滑,味道都好香濃, 之前我都問waitress 有冇cappuccino, 她向我們說只有coffee or tea, 其他咖啡例如latte , cappuccino是另外order,其實都有點失望

Tiramisu$48用杯子盛住也算是正統, 傳統正宗意大利風味Tiramisu是軟身的, Spuntini 就做得到, 好濃味的mascarpone chesse ,口感軟滑,咖啡味香醇濃郁,所以內裡一定好夠濕潤, topping的可可粉加上濃郁的咖啡酒香真是啖啖令人難以忘懷, 味道在舌上徘徊不斷,tiramisu的意大利文意思是"帶我走!!",它真是帶走了我的心,釋放出愛和幸福的感覺, 我第一次食那麼好食的tiramisu

餐飲可以增多種類就好了,甜品都只是tiramisu or 迷你果撻, 甜品真多一些款式會更加吸引我們這些食客, 下次再來除了tiramisu 之外, 還有其他選擇就好, set lunch的款式都不錯, 水準不俗, 服務生都好好笑容, 服務都好細心, 她知道我們是share食物都會好主動給我們share plate 給我們, 都是物有所值的一餐

Spuntini午間所供應的食物有Antipasti & Spuntini、Light Lunch、Set Lunch幾類,價錢由$88-$108不等,午市時間比其他西餐廳都長,由中午至下午4時,足有4小時之久。今天點了巴馬火腿伴火箭菜意大利飯套餐(連意大利菜湯、餐前麵包、飲品和甜品),價錢為$98。

麵包 – 非常淺色的麵包,表面有烤過的坑紋,溫度只是微暖。麵包本身的質感不是幼滑細緻的類型,也沒有甚麼味道,一定要沾上黑醋或橄欖油,才會有些香味。如果習慣以濃味的蒜蓉包作餐前小食的話,或許會不太習慣這些麵包的清淡。

意大利菜湯 – 以矮圓玻璃保鮮瓶盛載的意大利菜湯,雖然湯水的外觀稀清,但是用湯匙一舀之下發現用料充足,內有意大利脆瓜、西芹、紅蘿蔔、椰菜、燈籠椒、洋蔥和羅勒。一般的西餐廳都難以將這個湯做得好,很多時都是因為不太注意用料的質素和食材之間的比例調配。此店的意大利菜湯,看起來雖然很稀,但是當你先用鼻子去感受一下的話,你會聞到植物香料的清香,再用舌頭去品嚐的話,你會出奇地發現原來湯底很夠鮮味,非常好喝但可惜份量太少。

巴馬火腿伴火箭菜意大利飯 – 外觀非常誘人的西飯,那纖薄的巴馬火腿呈半玻璃狀般透光,纖薄程度媲美中菜的燈影牛肉。色澤方面是嬰兒皮膚般的嫩粉紅色,在青綠色的火箭菜映襯下更見嬌美,令人捨不得動手吃呢!味道方面,火腿的肉質很軟和潤澤,但絕不油膩,帶點鹹香。意大利飯方面有嚼勁,而且米粒飽滿,飯粒都煮至僅熟,中間帶有一點生,飯粒沾滿巴馬臣芝士和牛油,所以除有嚼勁之餘,又夠潤滑,咬破飯粒,嚐到上湯的鮮味,很好吃。

果Tart – 迷你果Tart一件,Tart皮金黃有牛油酥香,少許濕潤感令口感不致乾硬難吃。Tart上的鮮果(即: 奇異果肉和原粒藍莓)本身沒有濃香,所以Tart的香味不足。另外,顏色方面不夠鮮艷誘人。Tart皮和鮮果中間的那層jelly,又不甜又不香。總的來說,此飯後甜品難以取悅我就是了。

此餐廳上菜頗慢,等了15分鐘才奉上餐湯,差不多半小時才有主菜吃,好在今天是假期,不用趕時間上班,不然的話要外帶才行了。服務態度方面,侍應是有禮的但不怎麼熱情。整餐最失敗之處就是那個所謂的甜品,就算散點也只有Tiramisu和Yogurt可供選擇,令人失望。不過餐湯和主菜都非常好味,令我不致失望而回。

The restaurant itself is very small. lucky we go one of the tables where there is a sofa seat and i sat quite comfortably.the food was amazing. everything was excellent. i myself had the sword fish risotto which you can see, was amazingly displayed. although i actually hesitated when i ordered it, since i have never tried fish with risotto, i had no regrets. correction. the only regret i had was that i ate the entire dish of risotto!!! i was so so full afterwards.... and i really need to

上次來這區時試過了La Fleur,感覺不是太好,今回再戰這區,一於試一間評語好一點的,畢竟都有不少相當具指示性的食友們吃過,老早訂了座,一入內時,店子竟是空空的,由店員帶了我們坐到最室內具梳化座的一角。先看看有什麼吃的,此處午市套餐的價位也相當合理,由八十五元至一百一十八元不等,包了湯、餐前麵包、主菜及飲品,看見第一個選擇就是燒雞,半隻燒雞也只不過是一零八,真的很抵,加上個人喜歡吃燒雞,當然不會錯過,另點了一個Risotto,看看店家在煮平民意菜的功力也好。餐前麵包是Finger Toast,其實都是如烘過的Panini包再切段,吃起來夠熱夠脆又鬆化,不會太硬而又有麵包香,用來蘸黑醋橄欖油吃,此處的黑醋是有點香味的,但也是挺為稀身,不夠濃稠味美,橄欖油有陣陣的橄欖油獨有的氣味,可惜都是未盡是上品,但以這個套餐來說,這個質素是很不錯的了。餐湯是Minestrone Soup,其實即是意大利菜湯,用上的器皿很特別,湯及器皿都很夠熱,一揭開器皿的蓋,那陣濃濃的蕃茄香飛撲出來,喜歡它的濃濃蕃茄酸味,加上很不錯的肉香,這個肉味來得很清香,面層泛有片油光喝起來令人覺得很舒服,相信是店家後加如橄欖

餐湯是Minestrone Soup,其實即是意大利菜湯,用上的器皿很特別,湯及器皿都很夠熱,一揭開器皿的蓋,那陣濃濃的蕃茄香飛撲出來,喜歡它的濃濃蕃茄酸味,加上很不錯的肉香,這個肉味來得很清香,面層泛有片油光喝起來令人覺得很舒服,相信是店家後加如橄欖油之類的食油在肉的清湯內,配合煲得爛透的蕃茄碎、椰菜絲、甘荀粒及西芹粒,真的是很好喝的一個湯。

之後就是我們的主菜了,先來的是意大利香草燒雞配薯仔,半隻的燒雞分成五件,底下有大量的薯仔及檸檬,相信店家將燒好的雞,再以雞殼包着檸檬粒及薯仔,讓燒雞鎖住的肉汁,混合了檸檬汁而煨入薯仔內,燒雞難得在煨過之後仍有點脆,吃得出有點點的鹽巴在雞皮片層,吃起來很惹味,加上檸檬汁平衡了油膩感,真不錯啊!

咬深一點至雞肉的部份,雞肉有點嚡,尤其是雞胸的部份,可幸煨過的雞肉總算不會太韌,其纖維組織破壞疏散了,加上檸檬汁酸酸的,吃起來又很不錯,雞腿也挺為大隻,肉厚而嫩滑,雞背集吃味及嫩口於一身,而墊底的薯仔就如剛才所言,飽吸了雞肉的精華,加上焗得夠腍,當然也好吃。

所謂的海鮮,其實是兩隻蝦及一粒帶子,但看得出其心機,蝦及帶子也是燒過的,吃起來有香口的感覺,蝦的肉質夠彈牙又爽口,帶子有咬口夠嚼勁,這還不夠好嗎?加上那粒橄欖之中釀入了芝士,吃起來很特別,雖然其芝士不算很香,可能是因為醃過的橄欖味道實在太強及太鹹了,但這粒漬橄欖醃好了也不霉散,可說是非常好的了。

目光也重回主角意大利飯身上,吃起來挺為綿口,是要咬得很深才有點點硬,米粒中帶芯的拿掐做得不夠好,加上用來餵煮這個飯的湯不太香,芝士又下得太少,偶爾吃出有點黏的,但整體芝士香也很薄,不是不好吃,但回想上在Sabatini吃到的,又真的是差太遠了,但我可以說,以這個價錢來說,其實也不差,畢竟在Sabatini吃一個Risotto,已經是今天全餐的價錢有找。

餐飲理所當然的要了咖啡,先來的是Single Espresso,Espresso完全沒有Crema,看起來有如煲得很稠的廿四味,嗅起來沒有撲鼻的咖啡香,只有少少苦澀味沖進鼻腔,喝下一口,有陣頗令人難受的酸味,真的是喝得人騰騰震,除了那陣酸味,就只有一陣苦味,真的是一點也不香呢!真的立時爆出一句「How did you pull this shot?」只抽了咖啡的酸味及苦味的咖啡,沒有了咖啡脂,有如一杯加了檸檬汁的廿四味。

Cappuccino的奶泡上有不少的可可粉,奶泡雖然夠厚,但就有如鬆糕,奶泡也許是太過鬆了吧,不夠綿密,這是我在很多很多地方,就算是在酒店中也是常見的,雖然沒有咖啡酸味及苦味,但其實就是什麼味也沒有,咖啡味很淡,完全不香,更不要指望口中留有甘醇的感覺吧。

喝了不太爽的咖啡,來兩個果撻當甜品補數吧,小小的果撻,撻皮吃起來脆脆的有點奶油香,少少甜但又一點兒也不油膩,上面裝着的鮮果有士多啤梨、哈密瓜及藍莓,吃起來酸甜平衡,也很是清鮮有果汁,也真的不錯,都算是彌補了咖啡的不足吧。

二人結賬也不用二百五十元,個人認為是物有所值,在此區再來吃個午餐都不錯,另在此多謝女友埋了單。

在網上搜尋了這家小店,見comment很好,終於有機會試一試。被安排坐在靠窗的位置,加上義大利音樂(略嫌大聲了點),如果是談心,可能不太合適,大夥兒來,反而不錯。餐牌有很多選擇,我們一行四人,都叫了不同口味的主菜。先來麵包,比較小件,而且不暖不熱。餐湯是番茄清湯,淡淡的熱熱的,喝了還想在來一碗。今天我的主菜是beef lasagna, 很熱地serve, 配以mozzarella cheese, 味道是不錯,可惜碎牛肉居然有筋?明顯不是我喜歡的那種lasagna。朋友們要了panma ham risotto, roast and smoke salmon spaghetti。除了smoke salmon spaghetti 比較油,其他朋友沒有特別意見。送了我們little fruit tart,最後是咖啡or tea. 我覺得一試無妨,再來我未必了。
