來到太興,當然少不了這杯冰鎮奶茶。價錢跟以往一樣,沒有改變。濃香奶茶被周圍冰粒所包圍,私毫不會影響其奶茶原有風味。每飲一口也是醇滑質感,一直受食客歡迎亦是不無道理的。

在平日晚飯日子,免費自動升級套餐,的確節省了不少,自然吸引不少食客作為晚市選擇。

My favourite dish, eggplants and minced pork with salted fish came. I could smell the fishy taste in a distance. The eggplants were soft and tasted so well with the minced pork. The dish was not salty at all. The flavour was just right.

The braised pork with preserved cabbage and vegetables in hot pot came next. The preserved cabbage was salty but tasted so nice after mixing with the rice. The braised pork was not too fatty and very soft to chew. The vegetables at the bottom were a bit oily because they absorted all the pork's oil.

見冇咩人等緊,過左一陣就入得,所以入左去。叫左個雙拼燒味飯,叉燒同燒肉,叉燒唔太肥又唔太瘦,而且唔會好多油,燒肉個皮都好脆,幾好食。另外叫左個豆腐火腩煲,都算唔錯,好豆腐同火腩都好入味,而且煲到好淋。但係我就覺得個燒味飯有d貴,唔係好值,叫餸食飯會抵d。

本星期三的晚上,買了外賣自取二個燒味飯盒,加一個九吋老虎海蝦,今次講下佢現在推介的「九吋老虎花竹海蝦售價:28元,OK的,賣相: 失敗之作,從照片可見新鮮度:0,從它的殼可見了,蝦肉係霉既味度:無乜蝦味及完全無芝士味,個汁好似無味的白湯咁伴碟南瓜:比芝士汁遮住,不過不失,吃不吃都沒有損失。這一餐實在大大的失望!

平時好少幫襯太興,不過是日老闆話想食太興的燒味飯,所以一同前往。工作太忙碌,吃午飯的時候已有下午茶餐食。我和老闆各自點了雙拼燒味飯,我要的是燒肉和切雞,下午茶價錢比較平,但都要四十多元....很貴的下午茶。個碟本身都唔係大...仲要有一忽係吉左...只有五舊雞同五舊燒肉。燒肉d皮好脆,可惜大部份是瘦肉,吃不出它的香。雞沒有雞味...不過勝在夠滑同無咩肥膏。但有d毛未拔淨...有礙觀瞻。總的而言,味道是不錯,不過價錢太貴了。

只有五舊雞同五舊燒肉。
燒肉d皮好脆,可惜大部份是瘦肉,吃不出它的香。
雞沒有雞味...不過勝在夠滑同無咩肥膏。但有d毛未拔淨...有礙觀瞻。

總的而言,味道是不錯,不過價錢太貴了。

晚上時近六時,不想下廚‥‥唯有到太興買點燒味作菜。附近像樣的燒味,只有太興。之前有吃過樓下的裕滿人家,有被騙的感覺。還是太興的比較有水準!當然,價錢也是比其他的地方高。要了半斤燒肉,貪肥肉夠少。師傅手起刀落,斬下了半斤。回家打開盒蓋,隨手拿起一塊皮吃,脆卜卜!!燒肉有肉汁,最重要的是肥肉不多!一向都有點討厭帶肥膏的肉 (叉燒除外)太興燒肉,燒得到家之餘,肉質也有一定的質素!以後也來繼續光顧!

回家打開盒蓋,
隨手拿起一塊皮吃,
脆卜卜!!
燒肉有肉汁,最重要的是肥肉不多!
一向都有點討厭帶肥膏的肉 (叉燒除外)
太興燒肉,燒得到家之餘,肉質也有一定的質素!

太興出名燒味???? 可能我口味怪,真係唔太識欣賞乳豬仔配 "分提" 飯分提淡而無味,你只會覺得自己好似放左一舊咬來咬去都咬唔爛既肉入口咁而乳豬燒得好靚,齋睇乳豬皮你會以為好脆卜卜好有肉感點知入口d 皮已經淋淋地........so sad...........而且價錢一啲都唔平..........下次咪搞...........

平時LUNCH就會黎呢道食,佢地既雞唔錯,好新鮮。要才鼓油、多汁、少飯...講聲就得,服務態度都唔錯,唔會似有D餐廳既員工『行屍走肉』咁。不過我個人覺得佢地既雞飯價錢就高左少少,40蚊個。同埋佢地既炒粉麵有時會多油左D。上次去叫左個乾炒牛河,油到嗊親...最終食唔落,可能個廚師唔小心失手啦。下次識得叫既時候講句『少油』,咁應該好D。整體黎講食物味道唔錯,服務都好,值得去
