家傳滬曉 is located inside the APM shopping mall and it is decorated in 50s & 60s Chinese style. It serves delicate traditional Shanghai cuisine. However, you don’t get a lot of focus from the staff even you rise your hands up.

四喜烤夫 (4/10)
It was marinated much stronger than usual Hong Kong standard, spongy and washed the bean smell/taste properly. Wroth ordering.
山东烧春鸡 (5/10)
Thought this is a roasted chicken, but actually it was rather moist. The spring chicken was extremely tender and the flavour was well infused within. The dish was topped with soy-sauce to complete the chicken.
雪菜肉丝汤面 (3/10)
This is a simple traditional noodle. Although the noodle was not freshly made, but it was still rather smooth and al dente. The noodle was mixed with marinated sliced pork loin and pickled Chinese cabbage.
After Hugo Boss private sales and we were starving. AMP became our target for dinner. We wondered around, most of the restaurants are empty except家傳滬曉! From our experience, this place is outstanding, definitely worth coming again if I am around the area.
Give me a thumbs up if you like it!
